My daughter has been attending this nursery from being 9 months old. To see the growth and confidence in her now at 3 years old is amazing. She loves coming to nursery and never wants to leave, they do a variety of activities and she is always coming home sharing what she has done that day. She speaks so highly of the staff and even wants to come to nursery at the weekend. The management and staff are amazing and really do care for the children and cater to all individual needs. If I have another child I will definitely be returning.

This nursery has been such a huge part of our lives since 2019 when our first daughter started at 12 months old. She left last year and her school teachers have commented on what a brilliant foundation she must've had as she has thrived at school too. We put a lot of that down to Kids Planet. Our second daughter has just finished there and we've left the nursery for good too and we're genuinely really sad. The staff have been brilliant and have felt like family to us. They're so patient, caring and loving with the kids and we've always felt like they were completely safe and well looked after. They show up every day with different activities and go above and beyond to make each day really special. We couldn't rate or recommend this nursery highly enough!

My son attended from before he was 1, until reaching school age just recently. The nursery staff are wonderful, and very attentive to every child and their needs and preferences. He loved going there, and will really miss it and the staff. You will receive regular detailed written updates on your child's development and what they have been learning and doing, both in line with the EY curriculum, and just sharing so many nice photos and activities they have been doing. The outdoor space is amazing, it is massive and has lots of different areas and fun stuff to do. They spend so much time out there when the weather is nice. The kids from different rooms get to see each other and play together a lot. The kids do lots of fun stuff like crafts, baking, and recently went on a trip to Dunham Massey! The graduation ceremony is lovely and really above and beyond what I would expect. It's always easy to talk to the staff about anything, I would absolutely recommend this nursery to other parents.

My little one started at Kids Planet in November 2023 when he turned 1 and settled in very quickly. The staff made a very difficult transition time much easier. They are all so down-to-earth and helpful. My little one has been in the baby room and the toddler room and loved both. When we pull up outside of nursery he gets so excited, runs in and makes himself very comfortable straight away which is very comforting to see as a working parent. We love the regular photos that we are sent through to see what he has been doing. Developmentally, he has come along with in particular his speech so much since starting. I couldn't recommend Kids Planet enough!

Our little boy started at Kids Planet Stretford in May this year when he was 12 months old. We were very anxious about the transition to nursery as we don't have family close by and he'd spent no time away from us prior to starting. The staff in the baby room made us feel very supported and gave us a lot of advice around building up his time at nursery. Fast forward three months and we can't believe how settled he is. We had been dreading nursery for months and I can honestly say that it has gone much more smoothly than we could ever have expected. Staff are friendly, kind and caring and always have time to give proper updates on my little boy's day which means a lot to us. We love the friendly feel of the nursery and all the inclusive activities on offer. Most importantly though, we now have a little boy who is happy and settled on the day we have to work, which gives us so much peace of mind knowing he is well cared for.

Staff are lovely and very caring. It's not a massive nursery and all of the staff know our little girl even if they don't work with her directly. Lots and lots of activities and she loves the food! She always has a good day when she is there. A great environment to nurture and grow. I have no concerns with our second attending in September and wouldn't consider anywhere else!

We're happy with our experience at Kids Planet Stretford. Communication is good, emails and calls are always responded to promptly. Staff are lovely, caring and understanding no matter what is thrown at them, it is clear the staff genuinely care about the children they look after and the wellbeing of the children is at the heart of all they do. The staff are really vigilant with regards to noticing changes in children and communciating these promptly and responding to the needs of the child with knowledge and experience that is really reassuring as a parent. Our little one talks about his key workers at home and his friends at nursery and tells us about the activities he has done which is lovely to hear.

I have 2 children that attend the nursery and it's such a blessing being able to drop them off at a place they both love and not have to worry about them! They both literally run into the nursery which says it all! My son will be leaving in a few weeks, he's been there for over 3 years of which he's grown such amazing bonds with the staff! The nursery itself has such a warm and welcoming feeling and all the staff are brilliant at getting to know each child. The food sounds great, the activities they do are such fun for the children and they have plenty of outdoor play which my two love! The nursery constantly keep you updated with photographs and the progress of your child and celebrate all different occasions throughout the year (who knew there was a World Tiger Day)! I honestly don't have a bad word to say about the nursery or its staff, I'm sad my son is leaving but glad my daughter has a few more years there because I'm definitely not ready to say goodbye!

From initially viewing the nursery, until today, the staff have been amazing. Putting me at ease with any concerns I had about leaving my daughter in their care for the first time. They're always on hand to support the children and the parents. I've been able to build a good relationship with staff who have been helpful when navigating everything to do with nursery. My daughter has come on so much since attending, which is what I hoped for. They participate in lots of different activities and cultural events throughout the year which not only builds knowledge, but inclusiveness which is the type of environment I want for my child.

My daughter has been attending for a year and a half and has blossomed in this time, she learns so much and has grown in confidence. She sometimes gets upset at drop off but the staff are so good with her and make sure she is comforted. The team all know her so well and she has a great time.

My son attended this nursery for 3.5 years. All the staff are fantastic, they provide really good information about what the children have been doing and they really like and care about the children. The staff retention seems to be good. My son was always happy to go to nursery and made lots of friends. The nursery have been flexible when we have wanted to change days. They set up lots of fun activities and have a great private garden. They give the children opportunities to learn about different cultures and religions. Staff were very helpful when our son was potty training. Like most kids my son ate a greater range of food at nursery, the menus always sounded tasty and balanced.

My daughter has been going to this nursery since she was 1 years old. I contacted this nursery after having an unpleasant experience at another nursery. Not only was I able to get her into the nursery quickly but all the staff made me feel at ease leaving my daughter there. Especially after my first-time mum, child going to nursery anxieties. My daughter will be 3 soon and I can only sing the praises of all the staff that she has interacted with. They have nurtured her strengths and developed things that she has been less confident with. They always keep me informed of anything that is happening at the nursery. No matter how many times you ring to check on your child they never make you feel like a nuisance. Best decision sending my daughter here.

This is a great little nursery run by a great team. It isn't overcrowded like other nurseries I have used in the past. The staff are very helpful and do their best. They listen and try to help where they can. They were very supportive when my son took time to settle initially. He now runs to his room every morning and has been there for under a year. The manager is also a very hands-on manager who gets involved in the rooms where needed and knows every child. Highly recommend this place. The setting promotes an inclusive and diverse environment as well and the staff are very hardworking.

I just wanted to say how amazing the nursery and all the staff have been with my daughter, they have always kept me up to date with her throughout the day when I've been anxious at times and nothing ever seems to be too much. I love getting her weekly photos as a picture says it all! I can see how much fun she is having. She has grown in her confidence and formed lovely bonds with the staff and will often speak of them at home. Thank you to each and every one of you and for all your hard work.

We've had two children attend this nursery over 3 years. We've had an amazing experience throughout and would highly recommend it. The staff are friendly, kind and professional. Our children have always bonded well with their key workers and also the management.

The staff's attentiveness and dedication to each child's well-being is genuine. From day one, it was clear that the caregivers are fully committed to creating a nurturing environment where every child feels valued and supported. There are loads of opportunities for creative play, which shines through in the little ones who are always so happy at pick-up. Handover is always thorough, and the staff are vigilant with all interactions and changes in behaviour. They always support parents and are keen to help. My favourite element is the strong relationships that children form with both their peers and the staff. The sense of community is palpable, and it is evident that the children feel a sense of belonging. This supportive atmosphere has helped my child develop social skills and build meaningful friendships. At first, it was daunting leaving our little one, but the team at KP have been amazing, and our little boy speaks of them with such fondness that they almost feel like family!

This nursery is brilliant, my daughter has been coming here since she was 10 months old, she's started in babies all the way to pre-school, she is very looked after and has learnt a lot since coming here. The staff and management are also amazing.

My son has attended this nursery since he was 17 months old and has done all of the rooms apart from the baby room and I can honestly say that this nursery is amazing, the staff are all absolutely lovely and every one of them is amazing at what they do, in particular, the staff in the nursery class and the management team are incredible. My son is nonverbal and the support that he has received from the staff in nursery class and management team is nothing less than outstanding. As a mum, all you ever want is for someone to look after your child like you do and love and care for them and I can assure you that's how my son feels every time he attends this nursery he is well looked after and very much loved and cared for to a very high standard. The rooms are spacious the outside space is big enough that more than two classes can go out together, and they really encourage your child to express themself through play. Thank you for everything you have done for us.

My little boy has been attending Fledglings in the baby and toddler room since he turned 1. I have been so impressed with the care he has received, right from the start. I got a really nice feeling when looking around the nursery and this has continued throughout his time there. His keyworker visited us in advance of his first day, and he had a full week of settling in, which is more than most nurseries offer. He settled in really well and formed a bond with his keyworker from the start. He’s so happy there – always has a smile for the staff and likes to give them a cuddle before we leave. The children spend time outside every day and do lots of activities such as water play, painting, musical sessions – lots of things I can’t provide at home! The nursery has lots of things for the children to play with, and it is very clean. The standard of the food provided is excellent. The staff all interact with him and it really feels like he’s part of the family there. Highly recommend it!

My little boy started this nursery in January 2018, at first he would get a little upset going in but the staff always manages to settle him down. After the first half term holiday he started going in without any tears and was really excited, he’s formed a bond with almost all of the staff and even talks about them in the holidays saying how much he loves them. He’s always greeted with a massive smile and the nursery always has a welcoming vibe. All the staff are easy to talk to and very friendly. We both had amazing support whilst potty training and taking his dummy away! Would definitely recommend.

We've had two children attend this nursery over 3 years. We've had an amazing experience throughout and would highly recommend it. The staff are friendly, kind and professional. Our children have always bonded well with their key workers and also the management.
