Staff friendly, helpful and approachable but most importantly always looking after the children so well. My daughter is always happy and well cared for, with plenty of educational and creative tasks, ideas and activities being created.

My child has been attending Kids Planet Halewood since January 2024 and has been thriving since starting. She recently moved up rooms and at first, was slightly unsettled. The workers in her new room kept us updated on what they were doing to get her settled, adapted her key worker to someone who was in for all the days my child was in. After a week of some amendments, my child was completely settled and was skipping into nursery. It's a lovely safe environment and my daughter loves her nursery days. The learning is age-appropriate and the workers take great care in working on key development objectives which we can clearly see at home. We're so grateful for all Kids Planet Halewood is doing to invest in our child's nursery development.

This is a lovely nursery and the care they give is amazing. They go above and beyond for my little girl and I couldn't ask for a better group of girls to look after her. My child is so happy and comfortable in the setting and has a great relationship with all the staff. Thank you so much Kids Planet Halewood.

Nothing but positive things to say about this nursery, the staff are all amazing and always go the extra mile to make your child feel safe and happy. The food menu is always great and nutritious. The activities and days out they do for the kids are brilliant my little boy has attended this nursery since he was 1 and will be here till school. Will not hesitate to put my little girl here when she's ready! Lovely staff and a lovely Nursery! My little boy is always so happy to go in.

My little boy has been attending the nursery since he was 6 months he is just entering his last year before he starts school and we have never had a problem. All staff are brilliant with him a treat him like their own child. Exactly what you want in a nursery that home away from home feel.

We were really apprehensive about our little one starting nursery especially as she hadn't spent any time with anyone but Mum and Dad. The first few weeks were really tough, emotional and long! But the nursery staff were incredibly supportive. We never worried about leaving our little girl there and felt well-informed. 6 months on she loves going and we struggle to get her out! Thanks all!

Excellent nursery, very happy with my son's care. They do lots of activities with him the food is great, lots of variety and the meals are very nutritious. He loves going to nursery and all of the staff here are great.

My daughter attended when the nursery was Ducklings from 11 months old until she left to start school, and when we needed a nursery for my son we didn’t hesitate to send him here as well. He loves attending nursery, the facilities for him are brilliant, and there is a wide range of activities each day for him to participate in. The best thing about the nursery though is the caring, fantastic staff who look after him. I feel safe in the knowledge he is happy and well looked after here. I would highly recommend Halewood Kids Planet to anyone looking for a nursery.

My daughter loves attending Kids Planet. The staff are brilliant and do a fab job looking after my girl while I’m at work. The facilities are great, the place is always clean and welcoming. Thanks guys for all you do.

The confidence that my little boy has gained is thanks to the great staff here. They noticed his speech was delayed and helped not only him, but us in how to support and promote it slowly.

Amazing staff, always attentive, nothing is too much trouble. They are extremely professional, I feel very happy and at ease going to work knowing my daughter is in safe hands and happy being there. There are lots of activities for the children to take part in. The selection of food is fantastic, my daughter enjoys all the meals and snacks provided. The nursery is always immaculate and well organised.

I love how Kids Planet nurseries look after their staff, this makes a huge difference to them having security and prospects. The staff have always been so caring and compassionate. My children have always been happy here and since Kids Planet took over the facilities have improved with fantastic investment in the nursery, staff and children.

A home from home for our son. Always such a warm welcome. I couldn't recommend Kids Planet enough. The staff always go above and beyond to ensure everything is just right. Ant queries always dealt with promptly and efficiently. Such a safe, warm, happy environment for our son to grow and learn. Thank you, Ducklings, you really are the best.

Our sons have attended Ducklings collectively for over 6 years and we have always been delighted with the nursery. Since the takeover of Kids Planet, we have seen significant improvements that we did not anticipate. Little things like the smart uniforms for the staff and the offering of coffee to our mornings have been lovely additions, however, the changes to the nursery decor and the new PE teacher have been quite significant to our youngest son's learning and contentment. I would recommend this nursery to anybody who was looking.

My little boy joined the nursery in January 2023. The difference in his development is amazing. Thanks to the staff in the baby room. I feel very comfortable when in the setting and there is always an opportunity to speak with management if needed.

My son is the second child I've had at Ducklings - since taken over by Kids Planet. Both of my children have been content, well love, safe and have developed wonderfully. I would have no problem recommending this nursery to any of my friends or family. Since being taken over, however, I have received three incorrect invoices!

Fantastic, engaging staff. My little boy loves his nursery. Always happy talking about his daily activities and constantly comes home with artwork he has completed throughout the day. They have indoor and outdoor time. He has come along so much since he joined this setting.

Love everything about this nursery. Our daughter has felt at home from her first taster session, and 2 years on she loves going every day. All the staff are genuinely lovely and care for the children. Great nursery!
