My daughter loves coming here, we are always greeted with a smile at the door! It's such a fab little nursery. Staff are on hand to help or answer any questions you may have. It's very clean and the home-cooked food smells amazing every day!

I highly recommend this nursery, my daughter attends twice a week and I've never had any problems. My daughter talks about everyone in her class and I love seeing pictures of her on the app daily so I can see how she is getting on while I'm working. The staff are all friendly and groups are good sizes, very personal touch. I'm informed regularly of how she is getting on. I've always been happy with the service offered. Thank you all.

All the staff at Patterdale Lodge are excellent, really helpful and give loads of information about how our little girl has been doing. She loves going to preschool every day and we've never had problems dropping her off there.

Excellent nursery, both my 5 year old and 3 year old have gone here since being in the teenies room and my 5 year old loves seeing staff when we pick her brother up now she has left. The nursery has everything you could want for your child but the USP is absolutely the amazing staff, they care for your children like their own and build up such amazing bonds with them from manager Nic to room staff. Both of my children's development sky rocketed since they joined Patterdale Lodge and its their happy place to go home from home, we can not ask for more.

By far the best nursery I've had children attend, I have 2 young children who attend and they absolutely love it, the communication between parents and the staff is incredible, both children settled in so well and are coming home learning new things everyday Thank you for all your hard work and support for my children

A brilliant nursery. The staff are lovely and can't do enough. Always super helpful with any questions and give lots of updates at the end of each day and photos. They seem to do lots of different activities which is great. Really glad we chose this nursery.

Been sending my little boy since October 2023. From the first enquiries to showings, & all the questions from a first time mum. The manager was amazing, patient and helpful. Once he started the settling in sessions and beyond, the support again was so good. Never had a single major concern or issue. Everything that happens I'm made aware of, the app is updated so I can track what he's eaten etc with observations done weekly. His 3 key workers have been incredible with him, as have all the staff. I'm so happy I chose Patterdale for his early years education.

The manager and her team are fantastic. My children have been attending Patterdale Lodge Day Nursery for 18 months or so now, and the children love it. They really enjoy the mixture of activities available and the focus on Phonics in preschool is really assisting with their speech and language. My favourite part of the nursery is the fact that if it is nice (dry) weather they will get them outside in the fresh air to play as much as possible!! All you want for your child is for them to come home happy and healthy at the end of the day, and the Team at Patterdale do their best everyday to make sure the children have the best day they can.

Patterdale Lodge is a fantastic nursery. I viewed several nurseries in the area and it was without a doubt that we chose Patterdale Lodge. The staff are amazing, they go beyond what is expected to ensure the children are settled and happy at nursery. The baby room leader is amazing. She carefully plans different learning opportunities for children's learning and development which is fun and stimulating. The baby room staff have made an amazing relationship with my little one, he reaches out for them each morning. My little one has excelled in all areas of learning, thanks to the well thought out learning opportunities the baby room staff provide. The baby room environment has been carefully thought through to ensure the provision is purposeful and stimulating for the children. I always leave my little one reassured, knowing he is in safe hands and that he is going to have a fun day at nursery. The communication app is brilliant, we receive observations, linking to the EYFS Framework.

Amazing nursery. Warm and welcoming staff as the child best interests at heart. My daughter been attending for over a year now and she come so far in her development they support all her SEN needs and are getting her ready to move on to primary school. They keep us informed with all new information. Always have lovely activities planed for the children to take part in.

Since our little one started at the nursery, we've seen such a big improvement in their speech and social skills! The staff keep us well-informed throughout the day via the app, and they're always quick to respond to any questions we have. They do a great job with a variety of themed activities, often based around the seasons or cultural events, and our little one especially enjoys all the outdoor play!

Fantastic nursery staff are friendly and caring. My daughter loves it here. Excellent food, activities and updates. My daughter has been at the nursery since 10 months old and every room has been excellent. Her development is supported and she really enjoys going to nursery.

The staff are fantastically great people and very helpful. My little girl has improved tremendously since she started the Nursery last year, in how she communicates and develops in her learning most importantly she is always happy to attend.

After the takeover, I wasn't sure about how this would affect my granddaughter, but it hasn't. The staff are the same as usual all lovely nice and friendly, greet you with a warm welcome. Nothing is too much trouble when you ask for anything. Always well informed with the up-to-date app, where you can see what your child has been up to. Also, pictures, what they have eaten, sleep and child nappy changes. From a Nana point of view, we have been attending Patterdale for a long time I have an 11-year-old who attended then a 7-year-old attended when they were both young. Now I have a 20-month-old attending. Patterdale has always been good to us and even though changed hands from the old manager to another company that took over once the old manager retired, to now Planet Kids most of the staff have stayed the same. So it's familiar faces even when my 7-year-old goes it's like family. My older two would love to go back. Excellent wouldn't change anything about it, just keep up the good work girls.

Good nursery with lovely staff. My little boy is in the baby room and has loved every minute of it and can't wait to go to the girls once he gets into nursery. Everyone's friendly and lovely. The nursery is always clean and tidy and the children are always offered a good variety of food which is usually dairy-free/nut-free for children with allergies.

The nursery as a whole is absolutely outstanding the staff are amazing the facilities are outstanding and the overall care that has been given to my son is amazing I can not fault them at all just all round amazing.
