We have had a fantastic experience with Kids Planet. Our eldest just left to go to school and loved every minute while our second child is enjoying and learning every day. From the caring and attentive staff to their excellent trips and provision, we couldn't be happier knowing our children are safe, enjoying life and learning every day.

The staff cannot do enough to support the children and parents. When going through lots of changes, the team has been really supportive of my child and accommodating to us as parents. My child has come on leaps and bounds with his development and is always so happy while he's in nursery. The environment is welcoming and full of exploring and learning opportunities for all of the children.

My son started in babies and has since moved up through tots and is about to start in toddlers room. I cannot sing the girls' praises enough for their hard work so far. My son has continued to grow so well and grows bonds well with the girls in there. I love receiving updates and I'm so happy with everything. Thank you Kids Planet.

My boy has enjoyed being at Kids Planet Southport so much, every room has been great for him and the staff are always so welcoming and friendly and fab with him, and he always comes out smiling and has developed so much. He has been coming here since he was 9 months old and is now in the last room (prep school) even though he has struggled slightly in this room as he's becoming clingy with me when I drop him off, the staff are amazing with him, special mention to a particular members of staff, as she has gone above and beyond trying to make him content and happy in there, she has spent time building his trust and it has made it so much easier for him and myself when dropping him off as he has become really attached to her, great nursery all round!

Amazing nursery! Couldn't recommend enough. My little boy has been coming since he was 8 months old and every room has been fantastic. All the staff or so attentive and cannot do enough for you or the children.

My daughter loves coming here. The staff are absolutely fab, they are so attentive and caring. Every room she has been in has been amazing, from staff to facilities. I have absolutely no concerns about leaving her here. By far the best nursery around.

My little boy has been going to Yarrow House Kids Planet since January 2024. He has progressed from Babies to Tots and is soon to move up again to another room. All of the staff are so caring and attentive, they know my little boy so well and he absolutely loves going to nursery. It was a hard decision to make to put him in 3 days a week but I'm so glad we chose to as he is thriving.

The staff are fantastic, they are attentive and caring. The kids get to go out on lots of trips, which is great, they also get to play outside a lot too. The preschool could do with updating the app a little bit more. Overall, it’s a lovely nursery. My children love it here.

I couldn’t recommend Kids Planet enough. We’ve sent our daughter from 10 months- to school and our son is also attending and in Tots. Each room has been fantastic with so much stimulation and lots of trips. Very comfortable leaving them when little in Babies two particular members of staff. The key workers are all kind and caring. I particularly want to highlight the amazing Tot's room team. I am so comfortable leaving my son and he loves nursery. Thank you to all the staff. I would 100% recommend it for all ages.

I cannot praise this nursery highly enough, they are absolutely phenomenal. My daughter loves going to this nursery. I was very nervous about finding the right nursery for my daughter, when I first attended I knew instantly that I had found the perfect nursery. The staff go above and beyond for you and your child, they are so attentive and caring that it really does move you. My daughter found the whole transition so easy, she adores the staff and the activities they do are amazing. Staff will update you on their needs via the app, providing constant reassurance but I know when my daughter is at nursery, that she is in the safest hands. So yes, Kids Planet Southport is the best nursery and I recommend them to all parents. Can't thank you enough for all the support you give families.

We moved our son to Kids Planet Southport from a different nursery and it was the best decision we've made. We have been so impressed by the level of professionalism and care the team has provided. Our son is extremely happy and is being given the support he needs to develop further. He has come on leaps and bounds since he moved to this nursery. We are kept informed daily about the learning taking place via the app and this is varied each session. The environment our son learns in is bright, clean and welcoming. We're always asked how he is at drop off, you feel a genuine sense of care towards him from the staff. We 100% recommend this nursery provision.

Such a welcoming warm safe environment. This is my 2nd daughter that has gone here, love all the friendly faces and all the brilliant information on the app. The meals are exceptional covering such a wide range of nutrition too.

The best! I was hesitant to send my child to nursery, after a bad experience from her last nursery. As an extremely fussy and anxious parent, I wasn't sure. After I was taken round, I soon realised what a welcoming, safe environment Yarrow House is. The staff in rising threes, are all so friendly, welcoming, caring and are an absolute credit to the nursery. My child looks forward to nursery and is exceptionally well looked after by the staff. I know she is completely safe and enjoys her time at nursery and she has learnt so much during her time there. From learning the basics, playing games, singing, dancing, to teaching manners, Yarrow House has covered everything and more. The staff go above and beyond, I'm forever grateful they've all attributed to my child's development. I feel reassured with the constant pictures and comments on how her learning is progressing and activities she does during the day. I will always highly recommend Yarrow House to anyone who has children!

We have two daughters, both of whom have been in nursery since they were infants. We have moved around the country a lot for work and now have experience of various different nurseries. Our youngest started in Rising 3's at Kids Planet Southport in September of this year. I can honestly say that what we have seen so far of this room and the setting more widely suggests this is hands down the best nursery we have attended as a family. The staff in the room are unfailingly interested, caring, and attuned to the needs of each and every child individually - it's clear that the room leader leads a very happy and cooperative team. They plan and deliver a wonderful range of activities that excite the children and allow them to develop mentally, socially, and physically through play. The team deal with challenging behaviour (inevitable in this age group) seriously and responsibly, engaging parents at every stage of the process. A fabulous place, which we are delighted to have found.

My little girl is in Rising Threes. We moved her from a nursery in Leyland to here when she was 2. Since the minute she arrived the staff have been nothing but amazing! They absolutely adore her and know her inside out so I know when I drop her off she's in safe hands. The communication is excellent and they are always so patient when I need to ask questions. They provide so many activities for the children, my little girl is never bored! The app is also a fantastic way to see what she has been up to and they do this often! The building is very clean and well presented. The food is great but our favourite thing is the staff! They are just brilliant. I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone.

My son attends the tot's room, and we couldn't be happier with the service they provide. All staff go above and beyond to ensure that he is healthy and happy, going out of their way to meet his medical needs and provide extra care when he is ill. My son has a great relationship with all the staff in his room but particularly loves his key worker and frequently chants her name in excitement prior to going in. We appreciate how much she seems to genuinely care about him, and we feel very lucky to have her in our son's life. The staff make sure he has lots of different activities to engage in each day, and he seems to be learning more and more as time goes on. We love seeing everything he gets up to on the app.

Both of my children attend this nursery and I am consistently impressed with the high level of care my children receive. This is consistent throughout all rooms, varying at different ages. My children are extremely happy to attend, every day of the week. I think this says a lot! Activities are planned weekly across all rooms and these themes and activities are initiative and very well thought out. All staff are approachable and extremely great at what they do. Thanks for everything you do and have done!

The staff are brilliant and always have time to tell me what she has been up to. I feel that my little one is in safe and caring hands, and she loves nursery. It’s lovely to get the updates on the app to see what she has been doing, what meals she has had and see photos of her having a great time throughout the day.

As a family we have been with Kids Planet Southport for nearly 5 years! My eldest daughter loved it and my youngest daughter adores being at Kids Planet. The staff are always caring and attentive. She settled so quickly and enjoys all the different activities. We couldn’t recommend Kids Planet more as a family we feel part of Kids Planet! The most important thing is how happy and excited our daughter is to go each morning.
