A Wonderful Nursery Manager Truly an exceptional nursery manager. She always has time for the children, making each one feel valued, safe, and supported. Her warmth, kindness, and dedication shine through in everything she does. No matter how busy she is, she never hesitates to get down to the children's level, offering comfort, encouragement, and fun. She also creates a fantastic environment for the staff, fostering a positive and supportive team. Her leadership ensures that both children and staff thrive, making the nursery a wonderful place to be. Her passion for early years education is evident, and the impact she has on the children and their families is immeasurable. We are so grateful for all she does! Would 100% recommend this nursery to anyone

Outstanding Nursery - Highly Recommend! This nursery has been absolutely amazing! The staff are incredibly nurturing, and the facilities provide a warm, safe, and engaging environment for children to thrive. They looked after my daughter for four years, and I couldn't have asked for better care. Even now, I continue to support this nursery at a community level because of the incredible work they do. I highly recommend them to any parent looking for a loving and supportive setting for their child.

My granddaughter attends this nursery and absolutely love it, the staff are very welcoming and have great ideas to enhance their education. My granddaughter has come on leaps and bounds with her learning and it's all thanks to the dedicated staff that work here.

My daughter has been going to this nursery for over a year now. She absolutely loves it and so do I, every single time she comes out her speech has developed even more as the weeks go by. The manager is incredible and we have formed such a special relationship with her, she goes above and beyond for every single one of the children that attend. You can see how much the children mean to her and how much she loves her job. The staff members are also amazing, handover is always in depth and my child always comes out with a smile on her face. I will be sending my other little girl her too when she is old enough.

We strongly recommend Ashbourne Padgate Nursery.We as parents,we are very satisfied of what is happening to our daughter nursery. Since our daughter come to this nursery, she start to talk more, eat more better and also to interact more with other children's, things that our daughter don't do them before, and all this things thanks to our lovely ladies from Ashbourne Padgate Nursery. Thank you so much for all the hard work which you ladies doing every day. We really appreciate all your big efforts.

My little boy has been attending this nursery for a year and loves it. Never upset to go in, always in a great mood at pick up. That says it all really. Staff are warm and approachable, updates are thorough. I feel like the app could be better utilised for things like developmental updates. But it's nice knowing what they've eaten through the day and the occasional snapshot of activities. They have a spacious outdoor area which they spend lots of time in (weather permitting). Indoor area has lovely little nooks, messy play, home living, sensory. I love that they have a separate dining area to replicate school/home dining. Manager/parent communication is great, the manager keeps us up to date on everything and is always on hand for any issues. Only reason I'm marking down learning is because my son is only 1.5 and I'm not sure what he's actually "learning" at this age (again developmental updates on app would help here) Would definitely recommend this setting to others.

A really nice and well thought out nursery. My daughters absolutely love it there, so much so that my 2 year old chose to go to nursery on Friday instead of spending her day with daddy! The staff are passionate and well trained and there's a real family atmosphere to the entire setting. I'm always kept up to date with my 2 daughters' progress/activities through the app and, most importantly, through face to face conversation with the staff who speak to me respectfully and graciously. This nursery keeps going from strength to strength. Keep up the great work!

My daughter has been attending the setting since she was 12 months old and she is now 4. She absolutely loves attending and the staff have built a lovely relationship with her. We have an excellent relationship with the manager, who is very supportive and understanding.

My child absolutely loves coming to Welcome Nurseries @ Padgate. She has amazing relationships with staff and has made some amazing relationships with other children. I truly feel the nursery is setting my little girl up for school and life.

My son has just completed his first year at this nursery and they have been outstanding. The support they give individually to each child is amazing and it has benefited him so much. The setting itself is so well organised and has so many things for the children to do and play with. The communication between nursery staff and myself is very good and they always inform me of my child’s progress and what he has achieved, even down to what he’s had for lunch that day and it’s always a healthy balanced meal.

The staff are lovely and my child seems to have a good relationship with the key workers. I do wish that the nursery would send a bit more information about my child to me through the app or email though. When my child first started, we were told that there would be updates via the app every 2 weeks minimum but after almost a full year I've still not received a single update other than the handover at the door! My child seems happy at the nursery and she has flourished since starting there. Her development has come on leaps and bounds!

My son has attended for 15 months and he absolutely loves it. The main thing he loves about nursery are the staff themselves. On our way home each day he tells me the names of all the staff he’s seen that day. Nursery have gone above and beyond to make sure my little boy is included in everything they do. For example at a jubilee celebration when there was a buffet that he couldn’t eat due to his allergies - I thought they might have a separate sandwich for him but rather than making him feel different in a negative way the cook made him a whole box of safe options and made him feel extra loved instead! My son has multiple allergies and there’s never been a single slip up where he’s been served something he shouldn’t have or managed to get another child’s food as they manage this so well. He’s learnt so much from nursery and comes home singing a new song most weeks that they’ve been singing. I’m fortunate that my son is only almost 2, so he has a few more years to spend here!

My eldest son had attended this nursery since September 2020 until July 2022 and he has absolutely loved every second of it. Staff have been so encouraging with his development. He was behind in quite a few areas, especially his speech. Since he has attended he has come on by miles. Staff are amazing and very approachable both for my son but also general day by day updates. Even provided home pack activities for my son when he was off due to an injury ensuring that he didn't miss out on anything, which my son was so happy about. Couldn't have picked a better nursery to take care of my child. Which is why I have now since started sending my youngest child as I have 100% confidence in their abilities to further the children's development. I 100% will be recommending this nursery to my friends and family.

I currently have both my children attending Welcome Nurseries @ Padgate, my eldest is 4yrs and has attended since she was 9 months old. She absolutely loves it, and I wouldn’t of chosen anywhere else for my youngest who has recently started there. Staff are warm, friendly, knowledgable and brilliant with the children. I found that this really helped them to settle in and to enjoy going back each day. The environment is spacious and I love the large outdoor area, my eldest just loves the space available to play in. Food is healthy and the cook is amazing when providing a variety of snacks and meals which my children always eat. Management team are great and very approachable, I know if I have a question or query about anything they will be happy to help straight away.

My daughter has been going from 9 months old, the baby room was very good with lots of sensory play and adapting to her when she started to walk. As she's moved up through the nursery they do lots of play learning and also help with any concerns that I have had and supported me. I feel she has always been well looked after at nursery as if they were one of their own. I'm sad that this is an end of an era but so happy I chose this nursery, I've watched my little one blossom into a very confident clever little girl and would highly recommend all the staff and the nursery.

We absolutely love this nursery. The staff are very polite and welcoming. My daughter has learnt so much over the past few months since starting nursery. I always feel confident she is being well looked after when I drop her off and the staff always have time to talk about her day when I collect her. The nursery puts on different events to involve the parents and their children. This is greatly appreciated and so lovely to be able to see her interacting with the other adults and children in the setting. Thank you!
