Bright horizons Clairmont is an absolutely fantastic nursery. Our son started in baby 1 (room) at the age of 1, and he's due to go to the preschool there in September. We've loved the staff in each room and we love to see all the pics on the app of what our son gets up to. The food options are great too. And we look forward to our other sons starting there soon. Would highly recommend the nursery!

Leaving a child behind after maternity is never easy, but the staff at Clairmont Bright Horizons not only helped our child settle in, but also instilled confidence in both of us, as parents, that our child was in good , safe hands. Six months on, and the level of standards still carries on. Not only with the care, support and upbringing of our child but, also with the help within the office, on the odd occasion when we need it too. Although we have not seen the food quality or standard, our child seems to be having a well rounded, healthy dining experience. This information is provided via the app (which is brilliant!) the best bit of the app, are the photos we get to see each day, of our child - happy with the added bonus of integrating / socialising with others & learning

I chose this nursery during Covid, via remote video tour, as we were moving into the area and had a 1yo. I'm so glad I picked it as my eldest son formed some great friendships during his time here and now my youngest is doing the same. The staff in all rooms are fantastic, caring and creative. They helped out with potty training so my eldest was out of nappies by the time his little brother arrived, prepared him for school and did interesting and creative activities every day. My little one is now in toddlers and loves being outside, eats pretty much everything they feed him and is learning how to communicate. Extra things make it special like the summer fair, Mother's Day and Father's Day craft sessions, birthday cards and daily photos and updates.

We moved to the area when our eldest was in the last stage of Rising 3s and then had a full year of Pre-school. Our youngest then also started in The Baby Room. The team came highly recommended from parents who'd had multiple kids go through the classes too. I have come to place complete trust in the team and am eternally grateful for the fantastic start they gave my son, and continue to provide for my daughter. Through the close working relationships with the local primary schools the transition worked well and gave us a door into the local community. Not all been smooth but any bites/fights/illness/bumps & bruises that happen with kids, has been dealt with properly & professionally. The app is excellent for checking in on pics throughout the day and messaging the staff if ever needed. I can wholeheartedly say we'll be going back to the summer fair fundraiser after the kids have left to continue to support them.

Both the nursery and its staff are absolutely fantastic. Having already had our eldest go from the baby room through to graduating pre-school we thought we'd seen the best of what the nursery can offer. Second time round with our youngest and the team still amaze us with their incredible warmth, care, enthusiasm for learning and creativity. Wouldn't be able to recommend higher.

Outstanding nursery and team! You won't find a better nursery in the area than Bright Horizons Clairmont Day Nursery and Preschool. My little boy has attended the nursery from the age of 11 months in Baby 1 and is now due to leave for school in September. I could not have wished for a better nursery for him to have attended.

Bright Horizons Clairmont Day Nursery and Preschool is an incredible nursery and preschool. Both my children attend and love their time there. The provision is excellent, with so many opportunities to learn and develop through play and engaging activities. All staff, at every level, are approachable, knowledgeable and wonderful with the children. My eldest is currently in the preschool and the teachers have played a huge role in getting her school-ready, she has made huge progress in literacy and numeracy and everyday life skills too. The environment they have created is welcoming and engaging, including a forest school area which the children love. My youngest is in the baby unit and the staff there have helped him to settle in seamlessly, I am confident that he is happy there and we are kept updated throughout the day via the app. I know my eldest will be sad to leave when she goes to primary school but will have had the best foundation in preparation for school thanks to Bright Horizons.

My child has been at Bright Horizons Clairmont Day Nursery and Preschool for four years and it has been a brilliant experience since day one. Every staff member is caring, kind, works to a high standard and treats your child as if it was their own. I cannot fault this nursery. Located in a beautiful building with outdoor space, it has a family feel which has suited our son. He has thrived here and we will all be sad to see him leave when he goes to school!

We have been so pleased with Bright Horizons Clairmont Day Nursery and Preschool. All of the staff have been absolutely wonderful - they’ve built great relationships with our children and we always feel that they take the time to genuinely update us at the end of each day. Our eldest daughter has now graduated nursery but collecting her younger brother is a highlight as she gets to say hello to the staff who took great care of her during her time there. The nursery is excellent at supporting the children through the curriculum, helping their learning and development. We deeply value the updates they provide around our child’s development, as well as offering the opportunity for an in-person chat. The effort that goes into the breadth of activities available and the creativity to spark children’s curiosity flows throughout the nursery - the fairy garden, bug house, vegetable patch and forrest school are only a few examples. Clairmont is a wonderful setting, we couldn’t be happier with our choice of nursery for our children.

A fantastic nursery which has provided an environment for our daughter to thrive. All of the staff are a credit to Bright Horizons Clairmont Day Nursery and Preschool, with strong bonds formed with the teams in each class/age group. The app is a great tool also to keep us updated with activities throughout the week.

We’ve been so impressed with this nursery. They care about our child’s welfare and development. The staff are so knowledgable and caring. All staff are brilliant and the activities have brought our son out of his shell. The food menu is varied and includes everything our child could possibly need nutritionally, he seems to eat most things given at nursery which is amazing. The app is so handy and makes things a lot easier, other friends with children at other nurseries don’t have the app which provides live information and pictures about your child’s day. You can also communicate through the app with your child’s key worker. The outdoor play is beneficial and you can tell everything has been so well thought out. Pleased with our child’s transition into nursery life here at Clairmont and were happy we chose to put our child in their care.

Clairmont is great nursery. It is family-orientated and extremely friendly. I have 2 children currently there in different rooms. I receive regular progress updates about how my children are doing, they’re in detail and personalised. My children are both extremely happy and love their nursery experience. The staff in each room take an invested interest in the children and the nursery is managed brilliantly. I enjoy the use of the app, where I can check daily on how they’ve eaten and slept, which puts my mind at ease whilst I’m at work. The curriculum for each age group is appropriate, yet challenging. The progress my two children make astounds me and I love to hear what they’ve been doing each day.

I’ve been really pleased with the care my son has received from this nursery. He absolutely loves the employees and it’s lovely to see the activities he gets up to in the day. We’ve never had any issues at all and we also sent our older child to this nursery before she started school. I would highly recommend this nursery to others.

My son has been attending the nursery since January 2024. It has been great to see his progress and development in this time. From crying when he first arrived, to now running into the nursery is a pleasure to see. The staff are all caring, genuine, friendly people and you feel reassured to know they will be looking after your child. There are plenty of toys for the children and the staff interact well with them and play games etc. They also have a forest school. From the pictures the staff take and put onto the app (only for the families of the children, they aren’t on a public app) you can see how the children enjoy it. Looking at the food which the children are given, I’d be happy to be offered a menu like that.

We absolutely love Bright Horizons Clairmont. Both of my children attended from babies to pre-school and are always well cared for and happy. The communications are great, the staff are lovely and the kids love it. My son has very complex dietary needs that they have handled brilliantly.

Both of our children have attended this nursery for several years on a full-time basis. The nursery is very well run, has substantial policies and procedures in place and has great continuity of staff. The environment is both safe and stimulating and the activities that the children do are well thought-through and engaging. The nursery keeps us up-to-date through the app with lots of photographs and information.

Our 2-year-old is absolutely thriving at Clairmont! He’s happy to go to nursery every day, and we can really see improvements in his speech/overall language skills. The staff that we have dealt with so far in the baby and toddler unit have been lovely and always take the time to speak to you at the end of each day to let you know how your child has been throughout the day. Despite being part of a large corporation, Clairmont really has a family feel to it and I’d recommend it to anyone who wants to send their child to a nursery in the area.

This nursery has been nothing short of outstanding for my little boy. The staff go above and beyond to care for, nurture and educate every child. The professional yet personable approach with parents is exceptional. I particularly love the intergenerational and ethnically diverse workforce. The facilities and food are also fantastic. We will be very sorry to say goodbye when our little one goes to school!

We’ve had an excellent service from Bright Horizons Clairmont. Initially, I was really worried about my daughter not settling in and being quite selective on who she would settle with and they did a great job of making me and her comfortable and she now toddles in without looking back everyday. She’s well looked after and well fed and her development is coming on fantastically. They’re also great at looking after her when she isn’t feeling 100% and unlike others I’ve heard of I have yet to receive a call to come and bring her home despite her teething and having the regular nursery bugs. The app updates are really helpful and all the staff have been lovely.

My daughter recently started and I have been blown away by the high level of care. The staff are lovely and will do anything to go above and beyond. The app is very useful and the activities that the staff put on so the parents are seeing it is fabulous. My daughter loves coming to nursery. We have been to feel so welcome and every morning there is someone to welcome us at the door. I would highly recommend Bright Horizons Clairmont.
