This is an excellent nursery run by the acting-up manager. The focus on ensuring that all children are cared for and included is outstanding. I have triplets at the nursery, one of whom has autism and global delay. The nursery has been so outstanding in including her throughout the year she has been there and ensured that she is included in all activities. Thank you to one member of staff, in particular, for continuing to do this and always making sure my daughter feels comfortable. My twins absolutely adore another member of staff and always ask for her. They love her comforting nature whilst also teaching them. Above all, thank you to the manager for everything you have done for the youngest triplet in particular. You will never know the depth of respect we have for you as a family.

Our son joined Busy Bees Wirral Neston earlier this year and is absolutely thriving. He goes in happily each morning and loves spending time there. Since visiting the nursery, heavily pregnant, we were extremely confident that this nursery was the right choice for us. All the staff were super welcoming and make an effort to talk to you about your child. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough to friends and family. It has made my transition back to work much easier knowing my little one is happy. Receiving daily updates is also lovely. It's nice to know and see what he gets up to.

Our daughter has been attending Busy Bee's Wirral Neston since around 9 months old. She has had a tough start in life with enlarged adenoids which affected her hearing and, in turn, delayed her speech development, alongside frequent ill health. Since joining Busy Bees, her confidence has grown, her ability to communicate quickly developed with the loving and caring staff she had around her and she has made friends with the other children. Her adenoids are now shrunk and her hearing has vastly improved, allowing her to flourish into the shining star that she has become (a very cheeky one at times). The best part is we get live updates of all of this via the Busy Bees app, seeing what she has been doing all day, what she has eaten and all of the other important information a parent should be aware of. I cannot sing my praises for this nursery loud enough, they have honestly been amazing with our baby girl.

Our child has loved it here over the last four years and will be sad to leave it but they have prepared him so well for starting school in September. Always go out of their way to sort things and ensure the children are happy. Thanks so much for everything.

Busy Bees Wirral Neston has been fantastic, they have really cared and looked after our son throughout the three years he has come here. He has learnt and developed so many new skills and learning techniques. We couldn't recommend them enough. Our son has loved each room he has gone to and each staff member that has cared for him. A big thank you to the whole team.

The staff at Busy Bees Wirral Neston have been amazing no end with my daughter. She is autistic and nonverbal. The Senco and her buddy have played a huge part in my child's development. The nursery, as a whole, is so inclusive and gave my child the support she needed from day one. We are leaving to go to school this year and if I could take her buddy and the Senco with us, I would! The help has been endless from the Senco. They are flexible, kind and caring and the nursery is always clean and tidy. I will highly recommend this nursery in future and will miss them dearly.

Really lovely nursery. Made my son's transition to nursery a lot easier for us. He loves going to nursery, largely because of the team who go above and beyond, and the relationships they develop with the children. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Busy Bees Neston to prospective parents!

I cannot recommend Busy Bees Neston enough. They are absolutely fabulous. My son attended from age one year to the week before he started school and loved every second. The different rooms were each perfectly geared towards the ages of the children within them, and all of the staff in all of the rooms were fantastic, friendly, kind and supportive. They all cared for him so well, encouraged his interest and increased his confidence, helping to nurture him into the happy, kind, caring and confident child he is. Each room has access to the outside and uses it a lot; they all have wonderful toys and games, make use of seasonal items like pinecones and ice, and do lots of crafts, water and messy play. The food is great quality, and the kids seem to enjoy it! They encourage the children to take an interest in the world by doing activities and crafts related to events such as Chinese New Year, the Jubilee and the Olympics, and prepare the preschoolers brilliantly for starting school.

Busy Bees Wirral Neston is a wonderful place for my daughter to attend. Friendly, caring staff, always clean and tidy, and well-run. I feel comfortable and confident my daughter is in great care there, and she always comes out smiling.

Our daughter joined the nursery on a full-time basis in September 2023 based on good recommendations from friends and colleagues and a positive nursery visit. We have been so pleased with the level of care and nurturing that the team has given our daughter. The parent app is a good way for me to stay informed about my daughter's day, to see what and when she has eaten and slept and sometimes get a glimpse into some fun events from her day through photo sharing.

My daughter has been at Busy Bees Wiraal Neston since she was a year old. She absolutely loves it. The staff go above and beyond and are extremely caring. Nothing is too much trouble. They have a good range of meals and offer alternatives when required. Parking is good for drop-off and pick-up. Security is good, and each member of staff gets to know the parents.

My son has been attending this nursery for the past 7 months, and I have nothing but praise for the setting and all the staff within. The staff have been lovely, answering any concerns I have had and making me feel at ease leaving him there. My son adores the nursery and doesn't look back when he goes in. They send regular updates via the app to keep me informed throughout the day with what is happening as well as regular photographs. My son is always beaming, albeit very tired when I pick him up at the end of the day. Staff are beyond helpful, and you can see the bonds they have with the children within, this is clear to see with how happy the children are to go in each morning. Staff are kind and attentive, and go above and beyond to support families, meeting any extra requirements, such as dietary, for example, that parents require for their children. As a family, we are more than happy with the care and support offered by the girls here.

My eldest started Busy Bees Neston when I went back to work after maternity leave and I was put at ease straight away. I felt confident leaving my child with the team and were given regular updates on the app. From there she has always enjoyed attending her days at nursery and we have now enrolled our youngest for when I go back to work once again. Food is varied and healthy, they do craft activities regularly and are outside playing on most days. We’ve been very happy with this nursery.

My little girl has been going to Busy Bees since she was 12 months old and it has been fantastic for her. I was nervous as when she started it was during Covid, but the nursery is exceptionally run. Every member of the team there has the best interests of the child at the heart of everything they do. My little girl has grown and learnt so much from attending Busy Bees; she has made friends that I'm sure will last a lifetime and the way she has been prepared for starting school has been very supportive. Highly recommend this nursery.

Both my sons have attended this nursery (one being aged 13 now) and one still attending. The nursery is amazing. Staff are completely dedicated to making sure our children have the best time being there and making fantastic memories! They all go above and beyond and are always there when you need them. There is the most kind-hearted centre director there and they support you and your child's needs 100%, nothing is ever too much. The assistant centre director is fab too and always listens and supports you! I would recommend this nursery a million times over!

The staff are what makes this place excellent. They are fantastic with the children and are always positive and do everything with a smile. My son has grown so much as a person during his time here.

My son has been attending Busy Bees in Neston for the last few years. He absolutely loves attending and has significantly developed his cognitive and social skills. The staff are all very professional and welcoming and provide an excellent service. We feel lucky to have such a good nursery available in the local area that we can trust.

My daughter has been coming to the nursery since she was ten months old and I cannot fault the place. The staff are very nice, helpful and the kids are well looked after. They have gone above and beyond during Covid-19 but they have also been sensible about it, such as a child with a bit of a snotty nose is unlikely to have Covid-19. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a nursery in this area.

The nursery at Neston is wonderful. All the staff are welcoming and friendly. My 4-year-old daughter has been there since she was 11 months old and has loved every minute. The activities for the children are varied and aimed to stimulate learning and social interactions. They have also been very flexible around my shift work.

My two little ones love this nursery. They have attended since they were very young. It is a nurturing, supportive provision and the staff members are extremely helpful and caring. Highly recommend!
