Our daughter has been attending Kids Planet Woolston for almost two years and we could not recommend them highly enough. We feel really lucky we can leave her with people who so obviously care for her, help her to grow and treat her like family. She talks a lot about her day and enjoys coming to nursery, she's happy and comfortable around all the staff. We have no complaints at all, she's extremely well cared for, does a wide variety of fun and educational activities, is fed a great mix of different foods and we are updated regularly throughout the day.

My 11 month old daughter started at Kids Planet Woolston in February 2024. My overall experience has been excellent. The staff are always so lovely, they update me regularly on the app with nap times, meals and how much she has eaten and pictures. She loves going to nursery and is always well looked after and happy when picked up. Highly recommend

I am very pleased with the nursery care provided for my child. The staff are great and I would like to thank them all. My child has been with this nursery for about two years and I am happy with everything.

The staff are the biggest selling point. They not only build strong bonds with the children but also take time out of their busy day to acknowledge and update the parents. You can tell that each staff member really cares for the children and treat them like their own. They really are the best.

Could not recommend enough! My daughter in the toddler room LOVES coming to this nursery. When we're at home she often asks about the staff and she looks forward to going each week. She always has new things to play with and the messy play is great. Staff are lovely and so good with her. Love love love.

Staff are all welcoming and look after my son really really well making sure he's included in every activity. He loves coming to nursery to see his friends and join in with lots of fun things to do. My son has thrived from coming to nursery.

My daughter is currently in the tots room and she could not be happier. After moving here from a different setting that did not suit her, she has thrived month on month. Her key worker is her favourite person, which is proven by how much she talks about her when she's at home, and how excited she gets to go to nursery in a morning. Would recommend this nursery to anyone!

My little girl always comes out of nursery happy and chatty telling me about her day. All the members of staff know her name and speak to her as we pass each room and everyone is always really pleasant and friendly. When she does have the odd occasion of being upset, the staff always comfort her and let me know once she has settled. My little boy will be starting this year too.

Fantastic Nursery setting. My son loved his time there and always enjoyed going in, and he progressed very well throughout his time there. The staff were all amazing and we enjoyed a great relationship with them. Senior management were superb and always had time for questions and was always available. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Both of my children attended this nursery from being babies and both absolutely loved it. From start to finish it felt like a home away from home for them. The staff are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond. You can feel the warmth the minute you walk through the front door.

Our son moved to Kids Planet when he was 14 months old. We chose to move him as the nursery had more rooms to separate the ages of the children than his previous did. This really helped my son find himself as the children around him were of a similar age and he didn't need to shy away from much older children anymore. They spend time with him in the next age bracket room each day which will definitely help his transition when the time comes. I get the sense they really care and want to support the children which is everything I could ask for. He's eating different meals every day and trying new things which is amazing. Everyone at the nursery is extremely pleasant and my son is very happy there. The app they use keeps us up to date and I love the photo updates of him, it's very easy to use. Dropping off and picking up can take a while as the security gates are slow to open but I'm glad that level of security is in place. Overall I love this nursery.

Puddleducks have looked after all three of my children over the last thirteen years. In that time the level of care and professionalism has remained at a high level. I would recommend them to any parent looking for childcare in Warrington.

Our daughter has been going here since she was 9 months old. We chose Puddleducks from word of mouth from other family members who had their children there. We are so so glad we listened as we have seen our daughter grow and grow with everything she has learned and how she has developed. From management to staff, they all go above and beyond and beyond again to make sure each child learns and understands as they grow. Whether it is working with them one to one or in a group, our daughter came home every day smiling and couldn't wait to tell us what she had done that day. Our daughter has now started reception at primary school and goes there brimming with confidence and excitement, which I know as been stemmed from her upbringing in the Puddleducks family.

My little boy has just finished at Puddleducks to go to school and what can I say - Absolutely amazing nursery with the best nursery nurses around. Each and every one of the staff helped to make my little one feel so much at ease about going to nursery. They have absolutely wonderful facilities and really help to prepare your child for school and help them to make friends. I can't praise this nursery enough! My second child will definitely be going here in the not too distant future.

Puddleducks Is a fabulously warm, friendly and welcoming nursery! My son joined the Cottontails room in January and despite being worried after a year of us being to gather 24/7, the transition was very smooth - down to the effort and time the staff put into his induction! The activities that the children take part in are lovely and the rooms bright and engaging but most importantly the relationships between the staff and children are beautiful. My son runs through the door with arms open wide and a huge smile on his face each morning. I would recommend Puddleducks to anyone!!

Absolutely wonderful nursery. My son has really developed since joining, and the staff are great in keeping me updated with his developments and what he does in the day. I couldn’t recommend this nursery enough! They have offered great support for myself also and have always kept me up to date on my son's progress.

I cannot rate Puddleducks enough. I have taken my child to the nursery since they were 1-year-old, and the staff at Puddleducks have always filled me with confidence. I admire how much my child learns whilst at nursery, and she enjoys going. The staff always seem so nurturing and encouraging, even encouraging my child with mathematics, and I can really notice how much she has come on with it. They are very understanding and accommodating with my ever-changing schedule, and this is a real relief while trying to juggle working alongside childcare. My child always tells me of the great activities that they have been doing and how much fun she has had with the staff and her friends.

I absolutely love my child going to this nursery; all the staff are so welcoming and put me at ease from the induction to now. The staff are so kind and caring and really do take excellent care of my child. Nothing is ever too much to ask! I would highly recommend this nursery to other parents. My child has dietary requirements, and they have catered to them so well. My child always comes home with a smile on their face from the nursery. I’ve watched them grow so much and can not wait to see how they further develop.

Lovely staff and a great safe space for the children. My son loves it. Areas are clean, well equipped and organised. Great learning environment, excellent for playing and interacting with other children. I feel that this nursery will help my child's learning and development as well as new skills in making new friends as he was a Lockdown baby.

Both of my children have attended Puddleducks Day Nursery since they were around nine months old. It's been a pleasure to watch them grow and develop under the care of the staff there. There's a real commitment from the staff to the children's welfare and development. We've had absolutely no issues during our time at Puddleducks Day Nursery and communication is easy either over the phone, in person or via the Famly app. If you're considering sending your child to Puddleducks Day Nursery, I'd recommend you take the time to have a visit, see the rooms and meet some of the staff. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Nursery setting. My son loved his time there and always enjoyed going in, and he progressed very well throughout his time there.
