My children have attended this nursery from babies through to preschool and I can say that the support the team gives to each other and you to make the children settled in each phase, makes all the little changes that are needed such an easy transition. They have grown in confidence as well as abilities. The staff are keen to work with you and your child on their individual needs, are very caring and nurturing and keep you fully updated on activities and mealtimes. Time is dedicated to outdoor play on a daily basis, as well as creative time indoors, which fulfils what the children love. They have made some good friendships and are developing their independence as their personalities grow and are encouraged at the nursery. I am very happy with the choice of childcare made and would recommend to anyone in the area.

What can I say! My daughter started at Kids Planet this year and she has settled in so much better than I could have anticipated! So much so that she cries because she doesn't want to leave! The nursery has gone above and beyond from the moment we had our first settle session, and the little bag and personalised blanket is such a wonderful touch! Since attending the nursery, my daughter's social skills have improved massively! Not to mention her development in almost all areas! Very very happy with Kids Planet!

We are thrilled to have found such a caring and supportive environment for our little one. The staff in the Tots room consistently go above and beyond to ensure that our child feels welcomed and included. We especially appreciate the regular updates on their activities throughout the day and the staff's support for children from multicultural families. We could not recommend this nursery more.

My son attends the Congleton setting. I am very pleased with the care we receive for our son, he always seems to have a good time, and the updates on the app inform me of his day as I don't always get to collect him. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The manager is also very helpful, she communicates well with the girls in the rooms.

I can't express how grateful I am for the incredible staff at the nursery. From the moment my child started, they have been nothing short of amazing. The staff are not only professional but also incredibly caring and attentive. They took the time to understand my child's needs and helped them settle in smoothly, making the transition so much easier for both of us. I've seen such positive changes in my child since starting at the nursery. They are happy, engaged, and eager to learn, which I attribute to the nurturing environment created by the wonderful staff. It's clear that they genuinely care about each child's well-being and development. I feel so fortunate to have found such a supportive place for my child to grow and thrive. My daughter who is nearly 3 loves attending Kids Planet, she cried the first few times at drop-off but the staff gave her cuddles and she was fine 10 minutes after I left. She is my third child to attend Kids Planet.

A lovely nursery. The staff are really helpful, caring and reassuring. My boy loves going there and always comes home saying what fun he has had. I get lots of updates throughout the day, letting me know how he is getting on.

Our daughter has been going here for just over 6 months and loves going to nursery each week. The staff are all very helpful and kind and keep parents updated throughout the day on the app and in person at pickup. Keep up the great work!

My daughter has been attending Kids Planet Congleton since February 2022 and absolutely loves it. The staff are so attentive and everyone in the building knows her name and greets her in the morning, including the chefs and the cleaners. We have received detailed and individual developmental reviews every month and every day we get updates about things she has been doing that day, meals she has eaten, nappy changes and sleep etc. It's very safe, clean and engaging and our daughter is very happy there.

I'm so happy I placed my son at this nursery. He's blossomed since starting there just before his 1st birthday, and he's continuing to do so through tots and now in the toddler room. Not a week goes by where he doesn't learn something new or pick up a new skill. I love they encourage him to follow his interests by designing little activities just for him. For example, he's a huge fan of cooking so they had him mix "potions" with herbs and tea, then encouraged him to smell the ingredients and say what he was doing. But they also create activities that push him to try new things too. I like the updates during the day on the app on what he's been up to including what he's eaten, how long he's slept, if I've managed to avoid having to change a dirty nappy etc. And the "moments" on the app with photos of the fun he's having make my day. They've also been great with his dairy intolerance. He loves the food there, sometimes has seconds and thirds... unheard of at home. Kudos to the chef!

Our decision was based on the logistics of juggling 3 children in 3 places, but I can honestly say we could not be more pleased with Kids Planet Congleton. Since he started nursery this year, the change in him has been amazing, and I have no doubt that this has been not only enabled, but promoted, by the fabulous team at Kids Planet. The communication with us and liaison with professionals has been outstanding and they're always a step ahead with any strategies or actions that will help him to develop. The staff work hard with genuine interest to try and understand home life, likes, comforts and preferences and use this knowledge to support him in nursery. He's a fussy eater, so often refuses. But alternatives are always offered, without it being too much trouble. Verbal communication is fab, and the parent app is always updated - sometimes later in the day, which reassures me that interaction with the kids is prioritised.

I cannot tell you how amazing the staff are in the baby room. My son is quickly becoming much more sociable and interactive. He bonded so quickly with all the practitioners. They seem to recognise what he likes and dislikes and are able to make him feel comfortable. I am so happy with the staff, the resources, the environment and how everything is set up at Kids Planet. I highly recommend it. Thank you very much to all the staff there.

This nursey is honestly outstanding, my son has been here since 6 months old and now is in the toddler room. He loves it here. The meals are nutritional and has a wide variety. Staff are ever so helpful and kind. My child has learnt so many skills. I’ve never had an issue with clothes not being returned or missing. I’d strongly recommend this nursery. It’s a lovely layout with loads of space for hundreds of different activities. I get updates at least 5 times a day from their app to show the activities, meal times and toilet time, assessment are also done. I couldn’t praise them enough.

Our boy is so happy here. We've always had a mixed response from him to nursery. Now though he loves it. He comes out chattering away about what he has been up to. Today it was creating treasure maps and going exploring. Couldn't be happier.

Kids Planet is a lovely and welcoming nursery. Both of my children have attended from nine months old and both have settled well, always happy to see their keyworkers and the other staff. The activities that the team organise always look so engaging and they're always keen to pick up specific interests expressed by the children and include this as part of the day. The outside space, although a little small is full of fun activities and the baby area a calm space for the little ones. Special mention also needs to go to the Chef - as well as making tasty nutritious food for the children he's also a friendly face around the nursery.
