My sons recently started in the baby room at Kids Planet Middlewich and it's been amazing! The staff are so kind and caring and have been so supportive in helping them to settle into the nursery! Would recommend to anyone that's looking for a nursery for their child!

My son started Kids Planet Middlewich this month, the girls in there are so lovely and made me feel so at ease with my anxiety. They communicated with me during my son's settling in sessions and I genuinely could not be happier that he is loved here. I feel a warm environment and genuine care from the staff.

I live and work in Middlewich my Daughter goes to this nursery in the 'Risings 3s' room and my son (currently 5 weeks) will attend when I return back to work. Happy with the staff and my daughter comes out Friday happy.

We absolutely love the nursery - all the staff are so friendly and welcoming. It makes it easier dropping off our little one knowing she is cared for and looked after. Upon pick up talks about all the staff and her day. We're so glad we chose this nursery and are looking forward to the rest of our child's journey.

All the staff are welcoming and know the children by name. The children are offered a wide range of activities and healthy meals. My child loves attending Kids Planet Nursery and talks positively about her experiences in "Rising 3s" at home. I love that the children are taken out into the local community whenever possible. Communication is good and the app is used well to keep parents up to date. If there are any incidents or concerns as to the health or well-being of your child they are responsive and take appropriate action quickly. Termly assessments are completed to monitor the child's progress. The only thing I would like to see is to have a termly 1-1 conversation with our child's key worker about the outcome of the assessment to enable us to understand their progress better, understand any areas of concern and how we can support further.

We are so happy that our child is able to attend this nursery! The staff are friendly, and welcoming and really do have our child's welfare and interests at the centre of everything they do. The facilities are great, with large rooms, lots of activities throughout the day and a menu which makes us quite jealous! The app they use is helpful to see updates throughout the day, and we love receiving photos of the various activities which shows she is having a fun time!

My little boy is currently in the Tots Room at Middlewich Kids Planet. I'm so grateful and happy with the care he is given while at nursery. He struggles slightly on the sensory side of things but the girls have been working with him to explore what they can and encourage him. I'm updated regularly on his eating, sleeping and activities during the day which puts my mind at ease. All of the girls in the room are very knowledgable and my little one has developed a good connection with them all. Fantastic Nursery and staff!

We had a rocky start but the manager at the time and since promoted was amazing and wouldn't rest until everything was rectified and that I was happy and confident again. Since our boy moved to the tot's room, I've been feeling so much more confident and content. He's flourishing in there. He's only been going for 2 mornings a week (until recently) but that's been more than enough for the team to work their magic and his speech is starting to really come along! Thank you tots team!

Since starting at Kids Planet my son has come on leaps and bounds and I can't thank the staff enough for everything they do with him. He is always so excited to go to nursery and thoroughly enjoys his days there. The staff are great and put so much time and effort into making sure that he always has fun and is constantly learning new things. The girls in the baby room are great! They all go above and beyond to ensure the babies are constantly doing activities they enjoy. I love that they go on walks down the canal and to the park.

I can't thank the girls in the baby room enough for the outstanding and loving care they give to my son whilst he's in their care. Not only have they helped him settle beautifully into nursery, but they have also helped me and his dad build trust with them and be able to feel relaxed when he's there. They truly are amazing. The app they use to keep us up to date with the day is great and helps us to know how he is doing during the day. There have been no negative experiences in our nursery journey from the management through to the kitchen staff they are wonderful. This review has come from the heart of what used to be a very anxious mum when it came to nurseries to now a confident mum dropping her son off. Thank you baby room.

My little boy settled into the baby room straight away. The staff are brilliant and I really feel he's in safe and caring hands. I'm always amazed at the fun things they get up to - lots of messy and sensory play and trips out for walks or to the playground or library. I love getting updates and photos throughout the day. The food must be good as he often asks for seconds! Really happy we chose this nursery.

Amazing nursery. Go above and beyond to ensure child happiness and support. Staff are always friendly and an overall lovely atmosphere! The baby room is always supporting and doing many activities to keep the babies busy. They go for walks out, trips to the library, and daily messy play activities.

Since my child has been at Kids Planet, he has been really supported by the staff and enjoys his time there. The staff are friendly and helpful and he feels settled. As a parent, I am kept up to date with his progress, and I am happy I decided on Kids Planet. Thank you to you all.

Great staff and great experience for the kids. Our child loves it here and will miss it very much. She will especially miss the staff who she has formed a strong bond with through her time here. Overall she has had a great time.

Our daughter has been going to Kids Planet for six months in the Baby Room and we could not be happier with our experience there. It's a huge deal for any parent to leave their child at nursery but the Baby Room team have made the transition so easy and our little girl has settled into nursery life really well. It's obvious the team all work incredibly hard and care a lot about the children they look after. They've really taken the time to get to know our daughter and all of the team have such a lovely bond with her. There's a big focus on development, even at this young age, which is brilliant. They organise all sorts of activities that keep the children interested and challenged to bring on their skills. Our 16-month-old can name and make the noises of quite a few animals which I think is quite impressive! I'm also really impressed by the meals they're offered - the children are exposed to a huge variety of different ingredients and cuisines, it makes me a bit jealous!

We are very happy with the nursery! Our daughter took a few weeks to settle in but the staff really encouraged her to feel comfortable and we can see that she has made real connections with them. They engage in lots of fun and varied activities which allow her to experience things she doesn't get to at home and the interaction with other adults and children away from us has definitely increased her confidence. She knows so much more than I expected at this age and I feel part of that is from her time at nursery. The secure access helps you feel assured your child is safe, and being all inclusive you know they have everything they need. We love the app and look forward to our updates and photos throughout the day to make us feel part of it. Our daughter smiles at drop-off and is always happy and chatty at pickup which speaks for itself. Everyone is so helpful and friendly with any queries, we definitely made the right choice.

Our daughter moved to Kids Planet Middlewich baby room after being at another nursery closer to work. I’ve got to say, the difference is significant. Our daughter is very happy in the baby room currently and the staff are great. They focus on development, but also the babies seem to enjoy all the activities. I’m really happy to see my daughter really happy to be dropped off every time. The rooms are really clean, which is something that was really lacking in comparison with our last nursery. Our daughter will be sad to leave the baby room, but I’m sure all the rooms are good. Would happily recommend Kids Planet Middlewich.

My son loves coming to the nursery, all the girls are fantastic with him the nursery has gone above and beyond in helping with his weaning. My son will stay with Kids Planet until he is ready for school.

I can't recommend the nursery enough. Since my son started in January his confidence has grown and the staff have really helped with his development before school. Nothing is too much trouble and the staff are super friendly. Lovely daily feedback and the addition of parentzone with information and photos from his week is just what we as parents want to see. It makes it easier going to work knowing I'm leaving him somewhere he loves and with a team of people who care about him.

My daughter has been at Kids Planet Middlewich since being ten months old and she is now in preschool, ready to leave in August ready for school. She has loved every room she has been in and every member of staff have been brilliant with her and her development. I want to give a special thanks to one particular member of staff; she has been in a number of the rooms with my daughter and my daughter loves her so much, she is kind and thoughtful and very caring towards all the children. My daughter is very sad to be leaving her group this year. My son is starting in the baby room in November and I am confident he will love it just as much.
