IMPRESSIVE! Wow just where to begin about this amazing nursery, from the initial telephone conversation to being on day two of my little boys settling in sessions. I had encountered a bad experience from a previous nursery where they been trying to settle my boy every day for a month, here at Little Acorns in Padiham settled him on day 1!I had the pleasure of the manager showing myself and my little boy around and she went through everything to do with development and the day to day routine that is followed by them.It was a very warm welcome from everyone and introduced my little boy to the other children which was really nice, they ensured that they included the children which is fantastic and good for development! He's had two days of settling in, which he's had lots of playtime, enjoying his food and nap times! He has made a best friend who is his key worker. They send you daily updates via pictures on an app. I highly recommend coming to this nursery no questions asked,10/10!

My son has been attending Little Acorns Nursery since January 2024. He is so happy and settled at nursery - he just waves me off and goes to play with his friends. He is currently in baby room. It's so reassuring to know that he is clearly very comfortable with staff. Staff are always happy and friendly and always willing to help or listen to any concerns or queries you have. Regular parents evenings means we can stay on top of any targets. My 2 older children were also cared for by many of the staff that work in this setting. I would not go anywhere else for my childcare! It's like home from home.

My daughter attends Little Acorns Nursery, and from the get go after looking around several nurseries, I knew this was the one we were going to choose. The staff seem to really connect with the children rather than seeing them as just a job, they seem to care a lot about the children's well being and are constantly on the ball, I've never ever had a problem or had a reason to raise any concerns with how I feel my daughter is being treated. Over the moon on a weekly basis feeling like my daughter is in safe hands, and makes me feel relieved knowing that she receives the same kind of care, attention and warmth that she receives with me at home, best nursery ever.

Absolutely amazing nursery, my little boy has been attending since he was 1, he is 2 and a half now. The staff are all lovely, kind and caring. The manager goes above and beyond for the children, if you ever need anything she sorts it out straight away! Shout out to the member of staff in the toddler room who has been amazing to my child since he moved into the toddler room, she has a lovely relationship with him and he loves going to nursery. The member of staff always helps him feel involved in all activities and he loves having cuddles with her in the morning before breakfast. They have all supported his struggles with speech and language and always provide detailed reports of how his day has been. Shout out to another member of staff in the baby room as well who he started his nursery journey with, he settled so quickly into going to nursery and playing with others because of her supportive and kind nature. The food choice is brilliant and love that they take the kids out on adventures around Padiham! 5 stars as always girls!

I couldn't recommend this nursery enough. All of the staff have helped so much with my son to settle him in. He loves spending time here and I feel at ease knowing he's got the care he needs when he's there. He's got such a good relationship with his team leader, it's lovely to see she goes above and beyond! Thank you to all of you.

Having a child with SEN has not fazed this nursery at all. The manager and the team have excelled in getting everything my child needs, nothing is too much trouble and I couldn't ask for more. All activities are made accessible to my child and are tailored to her individual needs. My child's key worker shows so much love and support towards her. There are lots of additional activities on offer such as baby ballet, drama and swimming lessons. I 100% recommend this nursery to everyone and anyone. It is so nice to see my child happy to come into nursery and see all the amazing staff.

My son has attended Little Acorns Nursery, Padiham since he was 18 months old and will be leaving for school this September. I will be deeply saddened when he has to leave, all the staff are amazing, I never have a worry with how he is as I trust them 100%. In the short time the nursery manager has been in charge she's constantly trying to move forward with new projects to better everything with the children's best interests at heart. If I had another child (which I'm not) I wouldn't want to place them anywhere else.

Me and my partner sent our child to gain social skills and help his speech. When he started he could only say a few words, now he can string sentences together and plays happily with the other children in his room. He is my first child so sending him to nursery as a first-time mum I was so scared and worried about everything but the staff are amazing, they are so comforting and welcoming towards me and my child, if there is ever a problem they ring straight away and let you know exactly what's going on with your child. They are an amazing nursery with all the safety and facilities any mum would want for their child. Overall my child loves going and I love how they have helped him grow with his speech and confidence and with his continuous growing.

My son currently attends this nursery and absolutely adores it and the staff. They're all so helpful and caring and love and look after my baby as I would, so I can work. He's my first child so it's always hard to leave but not here, he's happy and thriving! Can't recommend or thank the girls at Little Acorns enough!

Best nursery in Burnley. I moved my little boy here from a childminder and he was showing slight delays in his learning. I was quite nervous about this but within literally weeks he was starting to progress and went from hardly picking up a pencil to writing his own name. The staff go above and beyond with the children. My little boy has a dairy allergy and they make sure he is never left out. They even order goats milk in for him because this is his preference at home, which means he never goes without. My child's key worker is amazing and has a real loving bond with my son, it makes me feel at ease knowing he can come to little acorns and be cared for while I am at work. The nursery also offers drama classes which my boy loves and they provide swimming lessons too, which are included in the price. The variety of activities they offer are also outstanding and provide a real range for the children. You won't find a better nursery setting on the area.

Couldn't recommend this nursery enough. Every single member of staff go above and beyond. My two children are thriving and love going to nursery and this is purely down to this amazing setting Little Acorns Nursery, Padiham provide.

Both my younger boys have (one still does) attended Little Acorns Nursery, Padiham and both love it. All the staff are lovely and knowledgeable and have been super helpful with encouraging my youngest to come out of his shell and be more independent. The nursery manager does a great job of keeping us all updated with events, day to day running of the nursery and or any upcoming changes.

We moved our little boy to Little Acorns from another local nursery in July this year. From his very first settling-in session, he was so happy to attend. Most evenings when I collect him, he is much happier staying and playing! All the staff are extremely welcoming and lovely. My little boy also has a milk allergy which the staff are great with, he doesn't ever get left out of activities, they make sure they cater to him so he can join in too! Safeguarding is a huge priority too, staff we haven't met before have been sure to check with other members of staff when they're not sure who we are, before letting us in. We're so happy we made the move!

I feel like the nursery nurses really welcomed my child and made her feel at ease when she first arrived. Every time I drop my baby off and pick her up she is welcomed with smiles and my baby loves to come. It's reassuring that friendly kind nursery nurses are with my baby while I'm at work, it's also lovely to get the updates and pictures on the app everyday. I would highly recommend this nursery.

We stumbled upon this nursery when a different nursery let us down the week before we needed them and it's one of the happiest accidents I've ever had. This nursery is fantastic! The staff are incredible with my daughter and she loves them all. I've also had some security concerns while using the nursery and the staff and management couldn't do more to help and support me. They do lots of activities with the children and are fantastic at sharing this with the parents. I am regularly asked what I'm working on with my daughter ie-potty training so anything I do is also supported by the nursery ensuring consistency. If you are questioning if this nursery is for you, stop it. It is. Your child will be happy, safe and nurtured here. I quite literally cannot recommend the staff or this nursery highly enough!

If I could give 10 stars I would do. Cannot recommend Little Acorns enough! My little boy has been going for just under 2 years and he has come on amazing from these girls. From the office to the back garden you are welcome! They have recently had a refurb and it is amazing, every setting is well-seen and clean. My little boy absolutely loves coming to nursery, cannot thank the staff enough.

My son absolutely loves it here, he's always so happy to attend, he runs in every morning I barely get a goodbye from him he's that excited to be there. He has come on so much since he started earlier this year. All the staff are absolutely amazing, they are all so kind, caring, happy and fun. They create such a happy and safe environment.

Little Acorns is a fabulous nursery. My son loves going and has come on leaps and bounds since starting. The ladies that work there are all very loving and caring, my son definitely has his favourites he likes to run up and give a hug to. They do drama and dance, little trips to local spots, and even swimming lessons for preschool children. I know if I need to bring up any issues or concerns I can speak to any member of staff and it'll be sorted. I'm so happy with the nursery that I've booked my daughter in to start when my maternity ends next year.

My little girl has been attending this nursery since April, she is currently in the baby room and has come on leaps and bounds. The nursery has gone through a complete renovation and they have excellent resources/rooms alongside amazing, welcoming and attentive staff. My little girl always runs in to greet the staff with a smile and is eager for me to leave! I get to see her thoroughly enjoy her days via regular updates on an app with pictures. The staff always put on a variety of activities to suit the season and other relevant things that are going on in each month. My little girl is always made to feel involved and busy doing activities which include not only crafts and entertainment-based activities but also opportunities to learn including working with food and interacting with other children to learn social skills and build on her vocabulary. Since she started my little girl has learned a variety of words sentences and songs and always comes home extremely happy.

I honestly cannot recommend Little Acorns enough. I currently have a 1 and 4-year-old that attend the setting. I have used many settings previously (through having multiple children) and Little Acorns is by far the best I have used yet. The manager and all of the team are fantastic. They really do go above and beyond. No issue is too big/small. They are a fantastic bunch of girls who really help and care for our little ones. My little one really struggled with separation at first. The girls were really helpful, kind, and empathetic through all of this and helped put me at ease. My little one now asks to go on her days off she loves it just as much as I do.
