Kids planet Clifton Lodge has been the best decision we made for our child the nursery workers in the baby room where our child has started is phenomenal The workers in this room are compassionate and caring and show true dedication to their job. We have felt comfortable under ease leaving our child in the care of this Nursery which is a big thing for any parent But they have helped us as well as our child and helped her grow and develop in the months that she has been there and we couldn't have asked for a better start to her education. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough and cannot thank them for all that they have provided and done for our child. This Nursery has stuck her for days out in the pram helped put her at ease when she's been upset by supporting her in the sensory room and given her lots of cuddles when required. by attending this nurse, she has been able to try lots of different home-cooked food and find new tastes she likes.

Kids Planet Clifton Lodge is an exceptional nursery with a caring, homely feel. All of the staff clearly care very much about each child, their well-being and progress, and go above and beyond to support them. My toddler and baby daughters attend this nursery and both thrive there. From community trips to the library and local care home to sports/wellness activities (e.g. yoga sessions) and brilliant on-site facilities (e.g. role-play, breastfeeding and sensory rooms), the setting offers so many opportunities to little ones, with a personal touch at the forefront. My eldest thrives on having a job and helping out and she is given every opportunity to do this and is given the responsibility of cleaning up and helping out wherever appropriate. My youngest is pace-fed and loves being in a baby carrier and the baby room staff supported this without issue. I 100% recommend them.

Initially, our little boy loved being dropped off at nursery. He made great bonds with the staff and has thrived within his development while being there. Recently he has struggled with drop-off, but the staff have recognised this and have been brilliant, patient and very caring. The management and all staff in the baby room have been so good with him. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough. It feels homely, warm and welcoming. Thanks so much.

I can't recommend this nursery enough! My baby started in the baby room when I returned to work in September and the staff made me feel totally at ease leaving her for the first time. My baby goes in arms out and smiling! The staff take the time to get to know your child and the end of the day reviews are really thorough. The app updates and photos are fab and make my days away from her a lot easier. 5 stars Clifton Lodge!

Excellent, lovely staff. Great varied activities for the children. I'd like more support with potty training as child is there 4 days a week - have found this lacking.

Kids Planet Clifton Lodge has been an excellent learning environment for our daughter and she loves attending. As well as educationally they have supported her emotionally including settling in, with potty training and also supporting us as a family when we have been going through a difficult time.

Since the new manager has arrived the nursery feels and looks like a breath of fresh air has been pumped into it! The staff all appear happier, the nursery feels homelier and most importantly the children are excited to attend nursery! The food options for the children are amazing and the staff are always up to fun educational child-led activities helping the development of the children! This nursery is amazing!

My 3-year-old lad absolutely loves this nursery. Always goes running in every morning and always full of smiles when it's pick-up time. Also tells me how much of a fun day he's had doing his sports sessions and playing with all of his friends.

I have been nothing but impressed with Clifton Lodge. My child started in the baby room last year and made great bonds with her key person, and all other members of staff. She has recently moved up into the next room where they do lots of engaging activities. When we arrive we are always greeted with friendly smiles and genuine interest about how my child is/has been. There is a varied amount of meals and my child seems thoroughly looked after. I would have no hesitation in recommending this nursery.

I have been really impressed with Kids Planet Clifton Lodge since my baby started six months ago. The staff in the baby room are kind, caring patient and really adapt their care to each individual child. They do lots of activities and have sensory and interactive stations to keep the children engaged and constantly learning. The handovers at pick-up time are thorough with information on meals, sleep, etc. They also spend a lot of time outside and on walks which the children love. I cant recommend the nursery highly enough!

My little girl loves going to Clifton Lodge. The manager played a huge part in her development and supported her through the nursery and different rooms and all the staff are excellent and care for the children. The home cooking is excellent for the children and my little girl eats very well at nursery. If I could make some suggestions for improvement, I would like to see more of them getting out to the park and the beach. I felt my first child was taken out a lot more than my second and I feel even on bad weather days they could make more of the surroundings and take them out more. I personally feel this has changed over the years and feel it could be improved to how it used to be. Overall we love Clifton Lodge and can't thank the staff enough for all the love and support they give the children, I feel they all work long hours and there are high expectations from them and they all do a fantastic job. Thank you.

Clifton Lodge is a great nursery, both my daughters attended and we never had a problem whatsoever. The care throughout the whole nursery is 5-star and they take all the needs of the children and parents into consideration. Love the updates via the app, puts both myself and my wife at ease knowing everything is okay. Couldn't recommend Clifton Lodge enough. Thanks to everyone at Clifton Lodge.

We find all the staff professional and also warm and kind. My son is very settled and happy here and I'd happily recommend this nursery to other local parents. It's a relief for any parent to know their child is safe and in a happy, warm and clean environment!

Our son started at Clifton Lodge in Nov 2020. Throughout the nearly 4 years we have found Clifton Lodge to be very supportive and my son's early years development has been very much enhanced with his 3 days at nursery. There was no hesitation in deciding where our daughter would attend. Our daughter started in June 2023 and again, we have been very impressed with the support and development of her early years.

My little girl attends Clifton Lodge twice a week. She has been going for nearly 6 months now and I cannot fault anything about the nursery. All of the staff are amazing. All members of staff take the time to get to know all of the children on a personal level and my little girl has come on leaps and bounds. Each day is a fun-filled packed day of education which shines through. Home learning is great too! The daily updates via the app and pictures are great which put me at ease knowing how happy my little girl is there.

Clifton Lodge is a fantastic nursery. Our son has moved through 3 rooms now from babies to lower preschool and the staff in each room have been brilliant. They are all so caring and our son thoroughly enjoys his time at nursery. We couldn't be happier. Thank you to everyone at Clifton Lodge.

I have two children at Clifton Lodge and the whole family is extremely happy with the nursery! The baby room was such a warm, loving home from home for my youngest when he started at 11 months. The rest of the team are so caring and do everything possible to make the children feel safe and happy. He is now really enjoying being in the toddler room and thriving with all his little friends. My oldest is now in preschool and loves it. All the activities, including sport and fitness, are brilliant and he is so happy and engaged. All the staff are brilliant, my son loves all the creepy crawlies that staff bring in and I am really pleased that he has male role models in nursery to look up to. My only issue with the nursery is that the bills are sometimes wrong and hard to understand. Overall though I am very happy and think the quality of care is great!

I have had one daughter go through every room at this nursery between 2017-2021 and my second has attended from 10 months old and is now 2. The outstanding staff here make this nursery a really lovely place, they are really good at keeping staff and many have been here for years. There are also a number of male carers which you don't get at a lot of nurseries - it definitely provides a really nice balance to really nurture little ones in different ways. There are frequent trips out, evening events and involvement with local community club days etc. There wasn't much noticeable change when the nursery was taken over by Kids Planet, the same great manager and team all continued to do what they are great at! I couldn't ask for anything else from a nursery for my girls. I wholeheartedly recommend them. Thanks, everyone, 5 stars from me!

My little boy attends Clifton Lodge, he has been going for nearly a year now and I can not fault anything about the nursery. All of the staff are simply amazing! They really take the time to get to know all of the children and my little boy has made amazing bonds with not just his fantastic key worker but also every other member of staff. He's happy to run into nursery each morning as his days are full of learning, developing his skills and plenty of trips outdoors to the local areas. The daily updates via the app are full of information and pictures which put me at ease and seeing my little boy so happy and thriving reassures me that I made the right choice in sending him to Clifton Lodge.

My daughter really enjoys going to nursery and when I go to pick her up, she's always keen to stay, which tells me she thoroughly enjoys herself. The staff are very friendly and informative and the nursery is always clean and the ambience is very calm, too. I love how the nursery is set out and the sensory room is amazing! My daughter also has a plant-based diet and the nursery chef always makes lovely food daily, to meet her dietary requirements. I would highly recommend the nursery, as I don't have any worries at all. I have a great rapport with all the management and the girls that look after my daughter.
