Our grandson loves coming to nursery, this helps his mum and us know he is cared for so much. Our grandson's key person is amazing, so kind, helpful, always goes above and beyond, so are all the staff. We always feel welcomed when we are there. The standards of the nursery are so amazing, from food choices to the updates and it's evident that our grandson is thriving there.

I can see that my son is learning very well. He loves to come to the nursery, and it is never easy to leave. This makes me appreciate all the work of Bright Horizons staff. The outside space is not huge, but enough to make my son enjoy his day. He is lucky he gets to see helicopters quite close, which my son is a huge fan of.

My little girl attends, and overall, I am very happy with the care she receives here. She really enjoys going, and I would recommend it to any other parent. She enjoys all the activities and the food, and the staff are always available if needed.

Since my little boy started Bright Horizons in May, he has progressed rapidly. He's very close to walking now, and his verbal skills are also coming along nicely. Every morning I bring him in, he lights up whenever the staff are ready to take him to the room - so I know he feels safe and comfortable with them (always a major relief for anxious parents such as myself). His key minder is such a delight. She's always happy to chat and keeps me regularly up to speed with photos and observations on the app to let me know how he is progressing. I love the use of the app, as I have such easy access to info such as nap times, meals, activity plans etc. I'm forever grateful to all of the team here, as they're always so polite and professional whenever I drop my son off. And always help me with any queries I may have. I can't really find a fault with Bright Horizons Lancaster. Pricing is fair, security is prioritised and the team takes care of my son very well. Highly recommend.

Excellent staff, all the girls are amazing and friendly and always go the extra mile to make sure my son is well taken care of and happy. They always ask how he is and always give a very detailed explanation of what he's eaten/played with that day, amazing!

Great overall experience with Lancaster Day Nursery. Very good key workers and great activities for small toddlers, including lots of outdoor time. Easy to use app, with lots of updates and pictures throughout the day.

Bright Horizons Lancaster has been really good with my son since he started about 2 years ago. He started in the baby room and is currently now in preschool. Each transition period has been very tricky, but the staff have been so patient and encouraging every step of the way. He is feeling more settled, and it is thanks to the dedication of the staff. Every child is treated as an individual and is very cared for. I also like how the parents are all kept up to date throughout the day. Thank you all so very much.

My son just finished nursery today and is moving up to reception class. We have had the most positive stay with him at Bright Horizons Lancaster. My son is autistic and I must say the staff have been wonderful with him. My daughter is in the toddler class now and she always looks forward to nursery. She tells me all about the room staff and how they're her friends. She absolutely loves the staff. I will recommend the nursery to anyone, with lovely and caring staff. The hours are also really great as they give an additional 30 minutes for hospital staff.

We're at the end of our journey with Bright Horizons Lancaster Day Nursery and Preschool now and we are leaving with such mixed emotions. He has been with the team for over three years now and is leaving for school. The team are just fantastic - everyone is so lovely, caring and friendly. I have never had to worry about how my little one is doing there and I know he gets lots of hugs when I'm not around. They have been a huge part of our lives and become an extended family for us so will miss the nursery so much! They have always pushed him to achieve when appropriate, supported him in learning his developmental skills and provided a great support to us both at difficult times. The care received has been amazing and the flexibility of the team to accommodate us has been so helpful. Communication is great between home and nursery using the app and at every handover. I am so happy that I chose Bright Horizons and would recommend to everyone! We're going to miss you all lots.

My son is nearly 3 and has been at Bright Horizons Lancaster Day Nursery and Preschool since he was 10 months old. I am really happy that I chose Bright Horizons as his nursery. The baby room was great - and he had the same excellent key worker throughout his time there. We had regular meetings with his key worker where she updated us on his progress - and it was obvious how well she knew him and how much she was helping him with his development. Now he is in the toddler room and having a really great time! He has another fantastic key worker and he comes home full of news and buzzing about all the activities. I get to follow along on the app and see what he's been up to. We use the photos and activity plans as a prompt to chat together. The toddler room staff are supporting his potty training and know him and his little habits and favourite toys. I am so impressed with Bright Horizons and would definitely recommend it.

Bright Horizons Lancaster Day Nursery and Preschool and staff have been amazing with our daughter over the last three years. They have gone above and beyond to ensure she feels happy and safe. I only have good things to say about them. I highly recommend this nursery and preschool.

My son goes to Bright Horizons 2 days a week and I was worried as he is only 15 months but he has settled in really well. He doesn't cry when I leave him which makes me happy knowing he likes nursery and how well the staff look after him.

My twin girls have been coming since they were 9 months old and now they are leaving to go to school. They have loved every minute of nursery and love the staff. Staff really care about the children and their needs. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, energetic and really get to know each child. My girls have really flourished at the nursery and made lots of friends. We recommend this nursery to everyone and it will be sad to leave. One of the best decisions we made was sending them to this nursery. They have prepared my girls for the next step in their learning. They even ask to go to the nursery when it's not their usual day. Highly recommend such a positive, clean and caring place.

We have two children in the setting at the moment and are very pleased with how they're looked after. They love their time there and have always been happy to attend. The staff are absolutely fantastic and really care about the children and know them well. There have been issues around staff retention, especially within the baby room and frequent key worker changes which is a worry as a parent but those staff who are longstanding can't be faulted. The menu is the most negative aspect of the nursery, a lot of high sugar and processed foods with little healthy and vegetable-based foods but kids do love it. The new app has improved communication and is great for pictures.

Bright Horizons at Lancaster, is a fantastic nursery. All the staff keep me updated with any changes or issues that have arisen and my son really enjoys going. He is always happy after a full day at nursery and loves telling me all the fun things he's been up to. I fully trust each member of staff to care for my child and they are all happy to see him, every day that he goes.

Bright Horizons is a very lovely nursery/preschool and provides high-quality care and education. The staff in the toddler room are absolutely wonderful with my daughter. They are very friendly, caring and kind and are genuinely interested in children's well-being. My daughter needs extra support with her speech as her speech is delayed and the staff have been very helpful and is in close contact with my daughter's speech therapist. Very thankful for their support! They also provide nutritious and healthy food for children. Highly recommend (already recommended to many friends) Bright Horizons Lancaster Day Nursery and Preschool!

My daughter is in her last year at nursery, after being at nursery from 9 months old. She's made loads of friends, loves the staff and the nursery has helped her learn so many new skills.

My son really enjoys going to preschool. The staff really enjoys going to preschool. The staff are really good in what they do. I do like the part where I get detailed reports about my son's progress and how I will be able to continue them at home (fine and gross motor skills, letters, numbers, doing simple chores). Fantastic and amazing staff. I am happy that I chose Bright Horizons for my son.

Bright Horizons Lancaster is a very special place. My daughter has been attending since she was 8 months old and she is due to leave for school next week and I couldn't have wished for a better nursery/pre-school. Every single member of staff is friendly, kind, alert, responsive, and genuinely dedicated to the development and wellbeing of the children. Our personal circumstances are such that my daughter often needs some extra TLC on arrival/throughout the day and I will be forever grateful to the staff for their support and understanding and for the reassurance and affection they've given my daughter. They are second to none! The nursery is run extremely well and the level of detail and thought that goes into activities for the children, and adults, is amazing. I honestly cannot thank Bright Horizons Lancaster enough for everything they've done for my daughter and our family. We will all miss you. Thank you for being such an exceptional bunch of people!
