Our son loves going to the nursery at Heaton. He is very well looked after and says the names of his friends all weekend. Thank you for taking good care of him.

Amazing nursery. We have our 2nd son there now, actually after initially trying him at a nursery which was closer to home. We moved him as our experience at the other place was not as fulfilling as that at Heaton. From day one at Heaton, we noticed a difference. He turned from being a subdued boy in the photos that nurseries pop into the apps these days, to being smiley and engaged. This is in no doubt due to the amazing staff at Heaton. Another huge positive is how accommodating the nursery is when unexpected appointments or work events pop up and require moving days around. So super helpful. Thank you Heaton.

When I was looking for the best nursery for my son this nursery was the first one when I came and was made to feel very welcome in this place. My son has been going to the nursery since July. He really enjoys every day in this place. They are very friendly and helpful staff. At the end of the day, the ladies always explain how my son has been. I really recommend the Children’s Place Heaton Day Nursery.

My son attends this nursery when his other nursery closed in the first Covid-19 lockdown. The staff are extremely caring and professional. He is in the preschool room now and loves it. So much outdoor play at this nursery, lots of opportunities to be outside in all weathers. My husband and I are so impressed with Children's Place Heaton Day Nursery. They are consultative with parents and really go the extra mile on a regular basis.

My son only went for a few months as he started the school nursery but for the time he went to Children's Place, he was very happy there and had no problem settling in from day one. He absolutely loved the staff there and would not want to come back home - that's how much he loved it.

My son was struggling to start with as it was five hours that I left him in the nursery but within a few days he started developing friends and personality. He started doing things independently and loved showing off his skills.

My daughter settled in quickly and is happy at nursery. This is due to the kind and caring nature of the staff. I trust the staff and I know my daughter is happy, safe and well cared for when at nursery. All the staff are lovely and the nursery is well managed. Very happy.

This nursery is helping my daughter develop and become a more confident little girl. She is learning how to make friends and looks forward to the next time she attends nursery.

The nursery has met all my daughter's needs. I feel happy that she is in good hands. The staff are always updating me with her progress. I will be very happy to recommend Children's Place Heaton to every parent as I have had a wonderful experience also seeing my daughter thriving as she had a lot of catching up to do, especially with the physical side.

We are very pleased with Children's Place Heaton. Since joining the nursery my son has developed in so many ways. He has become much more confident and we can see a difference clearly. The staff are brilliant, caring and very professional, my son talks about his teachers all the time and looks forward to seeing them. I would definitely recommend this nursery to other parents.

Children's Place is a fantastic nursery with excellent staff. My son loves going in every morning which gives me great assurance. The staff have been very accommodating answering every query we have without hesitation or frustration. A special thank you to the manager for making our first ever nursery experience a magnificent one. We are so pleased to have picked Children's Place keep up the exceptional work.

Security-wise so good assurance that child is safe. Niece always happy and playful. Downside not always eating but 100% good.

Both my children have attended Children's Place. They have both enjoyed, learned and have had some great experiences in nursery. As a full time working mum, it was important for me to know my children were being looked after and that also they were happy to be there.

I have found Children's Place Heaton exceptional when it comes to the overall development of my child. The staff have shown the utmost commitment, dedication and patience with my child over the course of the last 4 months. My child has progressed immensely during his stay at Heaton and I applaud all staff who have engaged with my child and give credit to the management who have expedited a strong and supportive environment for the children per se. In conclusion, I would most certainly recommend Children's Place Heaton to others.

This is the second nursery my son has been to, the first wasn't very good so I took him out. In this nursery, he is coming on leaps and bounds and I am so pleased.

I am pleased with this nursery. I now send my second child here. There are lots of activities to do for children, as well as a good play area outside. The staff seem friendly and helpful.

Great nursery for babies/toddlers, friendly staff. The nursery always has themed activities set for occasions throughout the year, parents are involved with children on open day and celebratory day activities. There are also parents' evenings which allow parents to understand the child's progress and learning. The nursery also has a review book and log of activities and learning development of the child which is helpful to capture the progress of the child.
