A team of professionals that create a lovely environment for the children to learn and play. Good communication system between the staff and parents with regard to the child. It is a very good place for your child to grow.

Had our first parents' evening with the teacher. Overall, the nursery is good and I am happy to send my son there. My son has settled in well as he's not as upset as he used to be and on days when he is upset, the teacher is very good with him as she takes over, gives him a hug and makes him feel welcome. The teacher is a very good teacher as she likes to keep the parents involved, keeps us updated about how the day went, what they ate, any nappy changes or incidents. The teacher is also very understanding of home life and other aspects that can affect a child's life and behaviour. She is good at giving advice as being a first-time mum isn't always easy. The teacher has helped my son a lot with his speech since he has started nursery which I really appreciate. She has also referred him to speech therapy as my son is a little delayed in his speech.

The facilities are excellent with plenty of engaging activities and resources that keep the children happy and stimulated. They also prioritise safety and hygiene, which gives us complete peace of mind. The communication from the nursery is outstanding - they keep us updated on our child's progress and daily activities. It's clear they genuinely care about every child's well-being and growth. We highly recommend Birkbees Day Care to any parents looking for a nurturing, safe and fun environment for their little ones.

Really happy with this nursery. Especially the baby room. Really good staff and nice to talk to. Always have a smile on their face early in the morning. I like that there are cameras in the nursery. Any queries I have ever had have been dealt with straight away. Loved the old manager and the new one is nice also. Overall, I am happy with my child's care in this nursery and would recommend to anyone.

All three of my children have attended Birkbees Day Care and a lot of my friends' children have after my recommendation! All the staff are amazing and really do build a relationship with the children. The nursery is so clean and all equipment is in perfect condition. I couldn’t recommend a nursery enough! I know my kids are in safe hands at nursery and I have never had to worry about them being there. All three of my children absolutely loved Birkbees Nursery!

Seeing my child when I pick them up, so happy and relaxed means the world, as it can be quite scary leaving the care of your child to a stranger, but the staff make it worthwhile and knowing how cared for my child is and how excited they are to go to nursery makes it easier. Seeing them interacting with the staff and other children, makes us as parents know we made the right choice to come here.

I can highly recommend this nursery, my daughter started here as a baby in the honey bees room and attended all the way through to queen bees(preschool) until leaving to start school in September 2023. She loved every minute of her time here, she even wanted to attend on the weekend. She asked for every member of staff at home, showing she had created great bonds with everyone who works at Birkbees, even asking to see the company directors who were often in the nursery building and so welcoming to her. The staff are amazing, they are so welcoming and show great bonds with every child that enters through their doors. My daughter learnt a lot through their planned activities and was encouraged to use her imagination throughout the day. If it was not for them she would not be the confident, sassy little girl she is today. I can not thank them enough for all they did and taught her.

Really great nursery. The staff are so friendly and have formed close relationships with my little girl. They really encourage her independent spirit and curiosity. They do a wide variety of educational activities. The manager is always super quick and helpful if you ever ring or email with a query. She is always very well fed as well; I have been told some nurseries only give snacks out for their tea! My little girl absolutely loves the nursery and all their staff!

I couldn’t recommend this nursery enough. The staff are friendly, reliable and most of all take great care of my kids. My 18-month-old settled into the nursery within a few weeks (quicker than I thought).

My daughter absolutely loves Birkbees. She has developed such a strong bond with the staff and looks forward to going to nursery every morning! They always have such a variety of activities for the children to do and teach them about different cultures in amazing ways. She’s always coming home with something she has painted/crafted that I can keep for her to look at when she’s older! The staff keep me updated on everything she has done through the day. I couldn’t recommend this place anymore!

I have 2 children that attend Birkbees. The nursery is amazing with a range of activities for the children to meet their development. The staff are friendly, positive and amazing!. Overall the nursery is great!.

A wonderful, understanding and accommodating place to be. Since my son resumed here it’s been amazing. The school made our settling in very easy. Thank you to the teachers and management for your good job.

Both of my children attended this nursery. I feel the most comfortable leaving them there, they love it and sometimes don't want to come home because they are having so much fun. The staff are lovely, the food must be delicious as my child always asks for seconds and the facilities are excellent. I cannot recommend this place enough. It is the best place for your little one. Also, I found the team the most helpful in special circumstances my family was in, offering as much assistance, compassion and flexibility which just proves the point this place has the best interest of little ones at heart. Thank you, my two daughters are growing up being nurtured, looked after, and their skills and abilities growing and developing day by day.

My son has been attending for 2 years now and not once has he cried when I'm leaving. Now he's toddling and he trots in on his own waving and saying " bye mummy". That gives me comfort going to work for the day. All the staff down to the cleaner are all very polite, friendly and will always try to cater for any change and take what you say on board. Having a few weeks off nursery and now he's back. I can see how he is developing and his speech is getting better.

My daughter is 22 months old, over the past 12 months my daughter has learnt a lot. She loves all the staff mentors and has made many friends. They keep me informed at all times on her daily learning and activities. I looked into a lot of nurseries before choosing Birkbees when I first looked around there was lots for my daughter to do also the outside play area was brilliant, lots of space and learning equipment. Staff are very friendly, the nursery is very clean and very inviting. My daughter loves going, her learning is due to all the staff.

My daughter absolutely loves Birkbees. She has developed such a strong bond with the staff and looks forward to going to nursery every morning! They always have such a variety of activities for the children to do and teach them about different cultures in amazing ways. She’s always coming home with something she has painted/crafted that I can keep for her to look at when she’s older! The staff keep me updated on everything she has done through the day. I couldn’t recommend this place anymore!

Both of my children attended this nursery. I feel the most comfortable leaving them there, they love it and sometimes don't want to come home because they are having so much fun. The staff are lovely, the food must be delicious as my child always asks for seconds and the facilities are excellent. I cannot recommend this place enough. It is the best place for your little one.
