We have been thrilled with the service provided since day one. He first started in the baby room and found it really difficult to nap which impacted his nighttime sleep. Staff created sleep plans to replicate what was happening at home. Soon enough, he was having 2-hour naps! Our little one also has food allergies, and this was one of my biggest worries. I have been blown away by the effort and support the staff have given us! He eats no different to his peers, is never left out and they support us whilst we make changes to his diet. His development has come along leaps and bounds and we are so pleased. He loves visiting the ducks and going to the local playground. The biggest achievement of all, is the amazing chef and staff have got him eating things that I would never have expected him to eat! The manager is brilliant and always there for support and advice. Thank you for all of the hard work, effort, love and care you give the children. Keep up the good work!

Our first child currently attends this nursery, and we were super nervous about leaving him. However, the friendly, positive and knowledgeable staff instantly put us at ease. I'm a former teacher, and it was clear that the staff absolutely love being with the children, really understand the stages of development and plan a range of activities both within the building and the wider community that the children love, as well as being designed to bring on their development. My son has come on leaps and bounds socially and developmentally since starting the nursery, and its made a huge difference knowing he is in a safe, nurturing environment which delivers targeted, developmentally appropriate activities. Even the meals are amazing - harissa spiced lamb and cous cous... raspberry sorbet... he eats like a king! Couldn't recommend it enough!

My little one has been going to Kids Planet (Twinkles) since he was 10 months old and he seems very happy. There has been a lot of staff changes when Kids Planet took over, which was very unsettling for him, but generally that seems to be much better and settled. The one thing however I have given feedback about since Kids Planet took over is the app is not used how it should be. I’ve brought this up numerous times and I’ve been told it’s broken or not submitting correctly. He goes three full days a week and I’m lucky if I get one nappy update, let alone his sleep/ picture. If the app is finally fixed then I won’t sound like a broken record and will be generally happy with the nursery.

Granddaughter loves going to nursery, the staff are lovely and go out of their way to accommodate us. My granddaughter has built great relationships with all staff members, which makes it easier to leave her there.

Our child has been coming to Kids Planet since October 2022, after previously being with a childminder. She has absolutely thrived since being at Kids Planet and the transition to nursery was very easy. She never has a day when she does not want to go to nursery and always looks forward to going. The staff at Kids Planet have always been really fantastic, as well and genuinely caring for her. Every morning there are carefully set out and planned activities, which are set up before the children arrive. I would highly recommend Kids Planet.

Love the staff and facilities. Totally trust them and my baby is very happy there. The place always appears and smells clean. The staff always have time to chat and ask about my son and how he is doing. They all seem to genuinely care.

My kids are so happy here, they love the staff and activities. The office staff are friendly and helpful, ready to answer questions. We really appreciate the updates via the app, it's great to see how they are doing whilst I'm at work.

My daughter has absolutely thrived since starting at Twinkles Nursery Wetherby! She is so happy to see her key worker and all the staff in the baby room. I get regular updates on her day and some lovely pictures too! The food must be great because my daughter always eats it all, and the activities the staff set up look like so much fun!

My son has been at Twinkles Nursery Wetherby for the last eighteen months and absolutely loves it. He settled in straight away and the level of care he has received as he's progressed through the rooms has been excellent. Each of his key workers, as well as all of the other nursery staff have been kind, friendly and helped with my son's development and built his confidence. The facilities are great, the varied food menu is impressive and they are very thorough with their practices and policies, especially when navigating through the pandemic. I would highly recommend the nursery to anyone looking in the area.

We are so pleased with the care given to our little boy while attending Twinkles Nursery Wetherby. I was very nervous about leaving him but the girls in baby starts are all so reassuring and lovely. My little boy settled in so well and loves attending nursery, I would definitely recommend Twinkles Nursery Wetherby to any of my friends and family needing childcare.

My daughters have both attended Twinkles Nursery Wetherby and have absolutely loved it. The staff genuinely care for and about the children and we have been made to feel part of a Twinkles Nursery Wetherby family. My younger daughter starts school in September and we will be very sad to say goodbye to the fantastic team.

All of the staff at Twinkles Nursery Wetherby are amazing. Both of my children have been to Twinkles Nursery Wetherby and have absolutely loved it. They do an amazing range of activities with the children and they have a great menu which has really expanded the range of food my children would eat. The staff are brilliant, they are all so loving and caring with the children and both my children have never had an issue going to any of the staff. I can’t recommend them enough.

A fabulous environment for my grandson to spend some time. The staff have been great in helping him to settle in and go the extra mile to make him feel secure, allowing him to explore and interact with new people, especially in the current climate. Well done everyone and thank you so much.

Both of my little girls have loved their time at Twinkles Nursery Wetherby. The care they receive in all of the rooms is truly impressive. I am especially pleased with the amazing menus and quality of the food prepared from scratch and cooked on site. No wonder they have both thrived in the environment there. Thank you!

My 2 children joined Twinkles when they were 2 and 3 and settled in straight away thanks to the amazing and welcoming staff throughout the setting! They have encouraged them over the last year and not only helped them to develop skills but also build confidence. I could not rate this nursery and the staff more highly! My daughter is now ready to start school but my son is looking forward to another happy year here!

We have been very impressed by Twinkles since our son started nursery, especially with the support we received during the pandemic (as we are both key workers). I was very apprehensive about returning to work and leaving my son at nursery but feel that all of the staff at Wetherby and the core team at Boston Spa have gone above and beyond to support the process. Each day there is a range of activities available aimed at stimulating and supporting our sons development, and we can already see how quickly he is flourishing.

Twinkles Nursery is amazing. My son has been going there for 18 months. The staff have gone out of their way to help him settle and work with us to ensure his drop off went well (he was a little clingy and anxious). His key worker even changed her shift to be there for him. During the Covid 19 pandemic, the nursery continued to have our son (due to both parents being key workers) on the days needed and were brilliant at keeping us up to date with all information. They are always accommodating for our needs. So friendly so caring. Our son loves it. Thank you Twinkles!

My daughter is very happy at Twinkles, as was my son when he attended. The staff are always friendly and helpful and make me feel at ease when leaving my daughter. The facilities are fantastic and the new gardens look fab!

Our son has been at Twinkles for the last two years and has really enjoyed his time there. He is a very happy, bright and sociable child and I put much of this down to the excellent care and stimulating environment of the nursery.

My little one has been going to Kids Planet (Twinkles) since he was 10 months old and he seems very happy. Granddaughter loves going to nursery, the staff are lovely and go out of their way to accommodate us. My granddaughter has built great relationships with all staff members, which makes it easier to leave her there.

All of the staff at Twinkles Nursery Wetherby are amazing. Both of my children have been to Twinkles Nursery Wetherby and have absolutely loved it.
