Been with Wise Owls now since April 2023 and my daughter loves going. We have had a lot of change since 2023 but it's better than ever! She loves all the staff, and I can just tell when I see her there and see her with the staff that she just loves it. The staff are amazing not just with my daughter but with me as well. I as a parent have built a lovely relationship with them. The nursery has really had a huge turnaround over the last few months, it's looking great and when you walk in all you see are learning activities, mood boards, paintings and drawings which I love to see. I would highly recommend Wise Owls to anybody.

We have had such a positive experience over the last three months our daughter has been at Wise Owl, the settling in process was very easy, both us, as parents, and our daughter are very well supported by staff at all times, we believe she has settled quickly and well and has formed lovely bonds with the staff and her peers! We have seen a lovely progression in our little one's development since she has been at Wise Owl, we would recommend them to any parent looking for a safe, fun and engaging home from home-like environment for their little one.

My child has attended this nursery since the beginning of 2021, experiencing ups and downs, but I can say that since the new manager started in July 2022 and added a new team to the nursery, things started to change for the better. Everyone has done a fantastic job. I am so happy that I trusted the manager; she reassured us that they were doing all the necessary changes to be back to the top. My child has developed massively since then, and they are keeping me up to date with everything that she is doing, giving me peace of mind that she is doing well. All the staff members are very friendly and professional, and my child loves to go to the nursery. You can follow your child's activity through the nursery app, where they post photos, payments, your child's development stages, nappy change, what they eat (snacks and dinner) and the amount - meals are all homemade. All the activities are very interesting. I'm not giving full stars because I think there is always room for improvement. Well done!

My daughter is all settled in now. She started in September 2022 and will definitely go to reception next year straight from this nursery. Great teachers, a great environment, and so many educational activities for the pupils. My daughter is still learning most of the things, and I have no doubt that by the time she starts reception, she will be ready for it. She learns new things every day and is becoming more confident when speaking English bit by bit. And oh, they have good and healthy home-cooked meals. Thanks to the staff for their commitment

My son has attended nursery since he was one, he is now three and in the preschool room. Our son has always been happy at Wise Owls but since the new management team were put in place earlier this year, we have seen a positive difference in both his experience and ours as parents. The new leader of the preschool room has been an amazing addition to the nursery, along with the rest of the team in preschool. They organise amazing activities for the children, my son always comes home talking about how he has been baking, cooking, crafting, looking for insects in the garden and learning new songs - there's so much he enjoys. In addition to the activities in nursery, the children are also taught about the world around them and the local community and they go on regular trips to the local care home, church and most recently to the museum to lay a wreath the children had made on Remembrance Day. The staff are engaging and they deserve recognition for developing a lovely environment for learning.

Both my daughters attend the nursery. My youngest daughter (1) and my eldest daughter (5). My youngest daughter loves the nursery and the staff; she is comfortable in the setting, and her confidence has improved massively. The staff care for and teach the children like they are their own. The setting is very friendly, and the staff are extremely approachable. My eldest daughter attends their holiday club and is always excited to go. The holiday club provides age-appropriate activities and experiences for the children. The management team really do try their best and is always looking for ways to improve the setting. The setting feels like one big family, and I am proud to say my children attend here. Thank you.

I am incredibly disappointed with this nursery. We had to deal with the same issues over and over again. I have informed the Manager and Room Leader many times that I constantly pick up our daughter in either dirty nappies, either wet/damp clothes/socks /slippers etc, and sometimes in both. She had always extra sets in her bag, and many times left untouched. (Except the last few days when they used another extra trouser). So many times happened that her feet were freezing cold, so I have no idea for how long she was staying like that. Apologies and promises were given, however not much improvement as we just had the same issue in the last week again. Handover from some of the staff was very poorly presented, sometimes I had no idea what our child has been doing during her session. No web camera access is available, even though it is still advertised. Food is not really variable. I highly do not recommend this place!

I used Kid’s Den (owned and run by Wise Owls) after-school club in Bottesford for the past school year. Wise Owl’s closed Kid’s Den on 8th July 2022, with immediate effect. Only messaging parents on an app at 7pm on a Friday night, leaving many parents (including myself) without childcare from the next working day. I and many other parents paid for July’s childcare a month in advance and as soon as parents started asking when our money would be refunded they closed the commenting on the post. When I messaged them privately asking when I would be refunded for the 2 weeks of childcare that hasn’t been provided. I received a vague message back advising it would be in “due course”. It is now over two weeks later and I’m still no closer to knowing when I will be getting my money back. I’ve called and messaged multiple times to either get no response to messages (even though they have been seen) or to be told by management that it will be in “due course”. So not only has this company left me

Lovely friendly staff, very professional, always welcoming and there for help or support. They have helped my daughter to come on leaps and bounds. My daughter will miss this nursery when she leaves to go to school in September.

I would definitely recommend this nursery. All my children have attended with my youngest still there. Wouldn’t consider anywhere else. Staff are amazing and the added bonus of been able to log on and view through the password-protected cameras, brings extra peace of mind.

During the pandemic, the nursery has done a great job of keeping the children safe but still enabling them to have fun. The password-protected webcams are great for checking in on your child during the day. Especially, when going through that difficult phase of separation anxiety. The app allows you to see what your child has eaten. And if you have any concerns, you can message the nursery via the app and they get back to you really quickly.

My daughter absolutely loves attending. The staff are friendly and approachable and are always willing to help. I cannot thank them enough for helping my daughter to reach her EYFS targets. Highly recommended.

Wise Owl nursery is such a fantastic setting for children. My daughter loves it and can't wait to go every day. Throughout the pandemic, they have worked tirelessly to make sure cleanliness and the correct guidelines are adhered to as well as maintaining a high standard of care and attention to all children to make sure they're happy, safe and having fun! I can't recommend them enough. Password protected cameras for parents to check on our little ones and great rates for attendance and dinners. Love this nursery.

Fantastic nursery, my little girl has loved her 4 years at nursery and will continue to attend the nursery's holiday club. Lovely caring staff, fab setting and a happy smiling child at the end of the day!

My son has recently graduated from Wise Owl Nursery. He's got medical and behavioural problems however the amazing team took him under their wing and couldn't do anything more for him. I couldn't recommend this nursery any higher.
