Incy Wincy's provide a safe and fun environment for our little one to develop and grow confidence, socialising with other children and adults. Staff are attentive to their individual needs and personality. Communication with parents is already good, but there are plans to improve further still, which will be welcome (eg, parents' evenings). It is easy to get in touch with staff by telephone and easy to follow the day-to-day activities of my child as an app is used to record most things. Receiving "observation" is best, as usually describes new skills that are accompanied by photos.

The nursery provides a safe, educational and nurturing experience for my child. She has all her needs met and is well cared for, all the staff treat her as if she is one of their own. The nursery does lots of activities and every week is different. The parent cafe is great, it gives the parents a chance to see their little person in their own environment. The food menu is very extensive, we wish we could also eat there! Would highly recommend this nursery to anybody looking in the area.

I've nothing but praise for Incy Wincys'. It is like a home-from-home for my daughter, who absolutely loves it. All the staff are incredibly caring, the facilities and surroundings are first-class, and the activities and experiences the children are afforded are wonderful. Last week, the whole nursery went pumpkin picking, which they loved. The children regularly go for trips out into the community, have educational and interesting visitors such as a reptile and insect zoo, and have themed days such as the Jubilee and Halloween etc. I feel so lucky to be able to send my child here.

A wonderful team who works hard to meet my daughter's needs in all areas. Fantastic daily activities which are supported by special trips and visitors to the nursery. My daughter finds these incredibly engaging and talks about them a lot. I feel the team and my daughter's key worker know my daughter well and are quick to respond to both her learning and emotional needs. Communication is very good; I always feel like I know how her day has gone. All in all, we have had a fantastic experience with this nursery.

Fantastic nursery. Extremely caring staff who treat your child as if they were their own. Unbelievably good food - I think my daughter eats better at nursery then the rest of the family do at home. The surrounding are lovely and there is a really nice engagement with the local community. I couldn't think of anywhere better to send my daughter.

A fantastic nursery with an incredible team! There is not one thing I can fault about Incy Wincy's. They go that extra mile for your child, filling you will reassurance and confidence. The staff go over and above to make sure your child has the best time, creating new experiences, enhancing on their skills while building unique bonds together!

Bespoke care for each child as required. Very experienced management and knowledge of child developments are excellent. High-quality childcare, food and experiences. The flexible approach given during COVID challenges.

Our two children love going to Incy’s; they do lots of activities, and all the staff are very friendly. I know both of them are good hands. They are also offered a great range of home-cooked food. My eldest enjoys trips out to local areas every week. Both boys have come on leaps and bounds through the activities the nursery provides. We also get to see what they have been up to with constant updates on their days through an app.

We were recommended Incy Wincy's by a friend who's child already attended the nursery, and I am so glad we listened to their advice. When we visited the nursery to be shown around we were made to feel so welcome, and the member of staff openly engaged with our son to make him feel at home. Incy's has a calm and welcoming manner, every member of staff is fully invested within their roles and I fully trust that my children are being so well cared for. My boys have developed so much from attending the nursery, the educational aspect is second to none. Activities are enjoyed through our natural surroundings and we have found that each child's individual interests are encouraged. The outdoor space is cleverly designed while they use the local outdoor areas too. The chef creates such lovely fresh food to fill their tummies. There is close communication between management, staff and families to ensure we are all on the same page. My boys cannot wait for it to be a nursery day!

From the moment we looked around Incy Wincy’s we knew it was the place for us! Our two children started when they were one and have loved their time there. The bonds they have made with the team is extraordinary only made possible due to how fantastic the staff are! The staff are friendly, welcoming and my son still races to the door to start his day! The experiences they take part in including forest school, trips out, growing their own vegetables among many other things provide a broad range of learning opportunities.

I cannot comment enough on how much my little boy has come on since starting Incy Wincy's in 2014. The staff are approachable and I know my child is getting the best care. During his time there he has eaten a variety of food and I feel his appetite has picked up after trying all the yummy foods that Incy's has to offer. My little boy loves the outdoors and he has a variety of learning opportunities from the beautiful gardens and also the nearby park and attending Forest School sessions every Friday. The calm and warming atmosphere the nursery has, makes me feel reassured that my son is in great hands! I would like to thank all the staff for their hard work and care they put in every day for all the children.
