Its always a happy day the nursery day for my daughter. Absolutely amazing nursery with wonderful caring staff. A massive thank you for everything you do to stimulate learning and genuinely care for the children. I feel lucky and I will keep my daughter continuing to stay at the Kids Planet Harrogate. Also fully recommend as this nursery is an absolute gem. Thank you.

Currently in preschool room but been going since he was a baby. Staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. Lovely room set up with lots of activities and garden space. The staff make an extra effort to include my son's interests into his day at nursery. Good choices of food through the day. App used to record meals and some pictures of activities, although this is not always filled out each day. Overall great experience at this nursery.

My experience I think so far you have The best manager in the nursery. She's so lovely and so kind to everyone. And she will help you with anything you need and she's so supportive, and kind to everyone with her staff. The staff also are so nice, very caring and so lovely. I am so happy with everything in the nursery. Anything I need. They are there for me to help me. My son is always excited to come to the nursery. The manager is the best.

Fantastic nursery highly recommend! Both my children attend and I can tell they love it here. I receive regular updates of their days and the staff always do fun activities with them - lots of messy play which is great! The staff show so much care towards the children and I know they are in safe hands.

I send my baby to this nursery since September very happy with the staff and the manager. Staff in the baby room I have the best comments for them they are so caring and polite and mostly they do activities with the photo that they update you on what your child is doing. I'm very happy with the nursery. Want to mention two people in particular who always took care of everything that I needed. Thank you.

Absolutely brilliant nursery the staff are so kind, and I cannot praise them enough for the brilliant work they do with the children. They are always quick to reply to emails and put to rest any worries or concerns. I honestly wouldn't ask for a better group of people to provide care for my children.

My little girl loves it here and is more than happy to attend waving me off every morning, with a huge smile on her face so I know she is happy, safe, and well cared for. The staff are like family to us. The communication is great throughout the day and she often comes home with lovely pictures and stories of how fun filled her day has been. They all seem to pull together if a problem arises switching rooms (I.e. sickness of staff) so all the children know all the members of staff which I feel is a positive and helps with when they transition to other rooms. My child has come on leaps and bounds even with only attending two days a week the staff encourage her to eat a healthy selection of food but also often do baking and fun-filled activities to balance things out. I literally do not Have a bad word to say. They are all so lovely and friendly my little girl even has a positive relationship with the cook and cleaner, an amazing team of childcare staff.

All the staff and managers at the nursery were very lovely and helpful. My daughter loves coming to this nursery. When she started the nursery over two years ago, she settled straight away. Love how they tell you at pick up how she got on. Love the app. I can see pictures of what she has been doing, etc.

My son has only recently started and has autism and the nursery couldn't be any better with him! He's settling in nicely and couldn't be happier my son's a fussing eater! And for the first time, he's been eating outside his comfort zone! The staff and been lovely and the management are amazing!

This nursery is amazing, they look after my little girl so well. She has loved it from day one and the staff are very caring and understanding. They do different learning activities for my child and help her to develop in walking, etc. Would recommend this nursery.

Our children have flourished at this nursery. The staff are caring, room leaders are great and the nursery manager has done a great job.

Both my boys have attended Kids Planet. My eldest has just left for school! We were there whilst the nursery transitioned from its previous owner and whilst it was daunting I couldn't be happier with Kids Planet. Like all nurseries, they have probably a third of the staff with high turnover but the other two-thirds are just fab and my boys love them. They are like family. They know them inside out and are so attentive to their needs. When people compliment them for how developed they are, I always just say it's nursery not me!

My daughter has attended Kids Planet since just before her first birthday she is now 2 and a half. She loves going to nursery, her development has come such a long way they have such a variety of things for the children to play with and a lovely outdoor area the staff are fantastic and do a variety of different activities with the children. It is a fantastic nursery.

The staff provide meaningful teaching and learning opportunities and know their key children well. The team are caring, knowledgeable and welcoming. The manager seems to lead from the front and sets the example for the rest of the staff to follow. The new outdoor area is great and offers many more learning opportunities.

My little boy started in January 2024, he has come on leaps and bounds and we could not thank the nursery team and management for all of their support and care every day. The staff are all so welcoming and supportive and my little boy loves coming here every day. The staff go above and beyond and the activities my little boy gets up to he absolutely loves it. I would recommend this nursery to anyone it honestly is an amazing nursery and I know my little boy is in great care when we drop him off every day knowing he is cared for and is learning new things every day and thriving. Thank you so much Kids Planet Harrogate.

My son has been here for I think thirteen weeks now. He goes one day a week and he missed one due to sickness. At first, I worried he wouldn't settle but in that short time of twelve days he has settled so well and actually, last week when I walked in to collect him he just smiled at me and then ran away to continue playing which to me is a perfect sign he is happy. All the staff there are amazing and the rooms are so big and spacious with outdoor space for all. The girls in the baby room are the only ones I've properly met of course and they couldn't be nicer people that my son has clearly taken to well. I'm so glad we choose this nursery as I don't worry at all when sending him as they are good at messaging, calling if needed and my son's communication since starting seems to be getting better.

I moved to Sunbeams Day Nursery (Harrogate) with mixed feelings; most of it was on deciding on the best school for my two-year-old daughter. Surprisingly, another day nursery recommended Sunbeams (best decision ever). I am happy and also a proud Mum. My daughter loves it here, and she's always happy. However, a few days ago, I decided to visit another day nursery that is not too far from where I live, after the visit, I realised that there's no better nursery than Sunbeams. A big kudos to the management. Special thanks to the manager and professional gratitude to the staff. I love you.

The level of childcare is fantastic. My children look forward to going to the breakfast club. The manager is fantastic with the level of support I’ve had over the years with my children. Really has gone over and beyond.

Our two started at Sunbeams a year ago after quite a bit of upheaval for them moving house and nurseries, being with a poor nursery previously that we had to move them out of. Our eldest showed his dislike of all the moving around with bad behaviour. The staff couldn’t have been more understanding of this and his emotional needs in dealing with so much change. They gave him lots of one on one time and worked with us to best turn the behaviour around. All their suggestions worked; they knew exactly what to do. Both dad and I are very grateful for the time and attention are given to both children. Our youngest was a Covid baby and not great with strangers, and the moving around didn’t help. He has since become a very confident and happy little man, and so much of that is down to the love and care he receives from all the girls. The two of them are excited to go in the morning and full of energy, keen to tell us what they’ve been up to when we pick them up.

Our daughter has been at Sunbeams since the pre-school year group and is now attending the morning and afternoon out-of-school club as a 2nd-year pupil. We have always been happy with the service provision, setting and staff at the nursery, even though the changes and challenges over the recent years. Being warmly greeted every morning goes a long way to set common standards for the remainder of the staff, and Sunbeams has never failed to be a warm, safe, fun and engaging place for our daughter to continue to thrive outside of the school setting. I imagine she'll be attending for a while to come yet.
