We couldn't be happier with Jesmond Nursery. Our daughter started here at 9 months old and from day one has thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff are brilliant and go above and beyond to ensure the children feel at home and safe.

We have had a fantastic overall experience with Jesmond Nursery and are so thrilled that we chose to send our son there. The staff are all excellent caring, friendly and enthusiastic. The activities they do with the children are so unique, fun and developmentally stimulating. Overall we are just really grateful for the outstanding care that our son receives at this nursery-thank you all so much.

So happy my son attends this nursery. The girls are amazing, and always informative of his day on collection. He is always happy to see everyone and gets excited naming staff on the way in. He has learnt so much and he only goes 2 days a week his counting is amazing, speech has come on leaps and bounds.

Our daughter has attended Jesmond Nursery since August 2023 and we couldn't be happier with our choice of nursery. The staff are incredible and our daughter can't wait to start her day there. The food she is given is all home made and varies every day, and her learning and development has come on leaps and bounds. Thank you, Jesmond for making our daughter the happiest little girl, us us happy parents.

I am extremely happy with the level of care and attention my daughter has received since starting at the nursery aged 9 months old, she is now heading off to school in September and I can see she is school-ready. She has grown into such a confident and determined young lady, nursery has played a huge part in getting to this stage and supported her through every part of her learning journey. The staff treat the children like their own and show so much empathy towards the children. Staff have also supported me with my daughter's behaviours in the past and helped me to achieve goals with her. The nursery also supported me when my daughter had allergies as a baby and while she went through the milk ladder, providing different meals to suit her dietary needs. I know my daughter will miss her nursery days after leaving to go to school! I fully recommend this nursery to anyone looking for childcare.

We have been parents of children at this nursery since 2020, and cannot fault it. The staff are wonderful- kind, caring, compassionate, supportive, and really get to know all the children as individuals. Our eldest two are shortly leaving for school, and they have been so well prepared for it by the wonderful team. Our youngest has just started, and again our experience is faultless. I would recommend them whole heartedly and would not send our children to any other nursery.

My child has attended two other nurseries before and never have I been to a nursery before that seems so on it with wellbeing, celebrating diversity/different occasions and end-of-day feedback. My child has been so happy since going to this nursery and I can't thank the staff enough. It's such a safe, nurturing and secure environment. Outdoor play is really encouraged and is often as well as lots of messy/educational and fun activities for the kids. Thanks guys!

Jesmond Nursery is absolutely wonderful, my daughter looks forward to going each week and has a great bond with her staff. The staff are dedicated and their hard work is evident. It's a great nursery and would highly recommend it to friends and family.

Excellent standard of care for our little boy. Regular updates via the app and great care and attention are given to his educational development. Very personalised feedback. Great variety of toys and facilities, and the staff are amazing.

My daughter absolutely loves coming to daycare. She skips in and doesn't look back. I love I get updates about her day throughout the day. All the staff are lovely and very friendly. The nursery is always clean and tidy.

Our son has been attending Jesmond Nursery for two years. The level of care and attention given to the children is exceptional and we would recommend the nursery to anyone. The staff are attentive and get to know your child as an individual. Our son has thrived at Jesmond Nursery and we couldn't be happier with our choice.

As all mothers I was so nervous about my child attending nursery at 13 months. I wanted to continue breastfeeding and send him to nursery and they helped accommodate that. I never had to pump (hooray). Using different soothing techniques the key worker worked her magic and he slept by himself. Of course it took a few weeks for my child to settle but now fast forward almost a year he runs into nursery excitedly. The nursery is both caring and professional. Any concerns or worries are addressed straight away.

I cannot be happier than this! My son loved the nursery from day one and I did too. Everyone is so nice and dedicated and committed. I feel my son is in the best hands possible 10 hours per day every day and it has been more than 1 year now and I can see the progress he is making every day and how happy he is to go to nursery every time. Also, massive support through the allergy journey we have been through and with accommodating my son's food needs. As a mum, it is a real relief knowing my kid is receiving the best care ever.

Our son is thriving in Jesmond Nursery. The staff are all kind, caring and nurturing. Our son loves the fun and healthy food and we can clearly see his development growth in such a caring, warm environment. The nursery has great facilities in and outdoors and also access to local parks for the occasional trip out. Our son loved the visit to Fenwick's window in December.

We now have 2 children at The Jesmond Nursery and remain impressed and grateful for the support, care, creativity and opportunity our children get from this wonderful place. The staff are all welcoming, friendly and approachable. They are thoughtful and considerate in their work. The premises are clean with great resources for the children to enjoy. The food is yummy and healthy. The activities and range of celebrations and special days/themed weeks at the nursery are wonderful in enabling them to try and experience new things. We’ve never had to worry about dropping our children off as we know when they walk through the front door that they are in safe, caring, well-trained hands.

As a parent, I couldn’t be happier with Jesmond Nursery. My daughter has attended this nursery for over a year, and the transformation I’ve witnessed in her growth and development has been outstanding. The staff are exceptional and demonstrate an unparalleled level of dedication, care, and expertise. The nursery’s facilities are excellent, and their focus on safety is commendable. I've always felt at ease knowing my daughter is in a secure and stimulating environment developing life skills, besides learning about the world, languages, countries and cultural holidays. The communication between the nursery and parents is excellent. Regular updates on an app, parent-teacher meetings and monthly newsletters provide opportunities for my husband and me to feel closely involved in our daughter’s learning journey. Jesmond Nursery has exceeded my expectations in every way. I wholeheartedly recommend this nursery to any parent seeking an outstanding start for their child’s educational journey.

We are very happy with the decision we made in choosing this nursery. All the staff are very warm and welcoming and we can see that our daughter loves going there and has a great time every day. Big shout out to one member of staff, in particular, because without her, the perfect adaptation our daughter has had would not have been the same (thanks to her!) All in all, my husband and I are very confident that our daughter will always be safe in the Jesmond nursery.

Our daughter has settled really well into nursery due to the excellent care and attention provided by the staff at Jesmond Nursery. It’s great to know she’s in such safe hands. Great nursery, both children in the nursery. Had no issues. A lot of play and educational work done. Staff build great relationships with the children, making the children feel like it is their second home (a safe place).

Jesmond Nursery is simply fantastic! We chose this nursery because it gave us that family-feel. It is clean, has a very inviting environment and boasts great facilities. Our little boy has been with the nursery since he was 11 months old for 4 days a week. The staff are lovely and have been incredibly helpful with his development. The communication with parents is outstanding which makes us feel at ease and reassured that he is ok. Our son loves the fresh food, the daily activities and trips outdoors. He runs into nursery every morning because he really enjoys it. Highly recommended for any parents considering a new nursery.
