My son only attends Nursery one day a week, but each time is happy to come into Nursery. The lovely staff put me at ease and I love knowing he is being well looked after and cared for, with a great range of learning opportunities available to him. Thank you!

I am totally happy with the nursery, my son enjoys his time. He learns new things, teachers are very helpful, they help him to understand everything so I am very satisfied with them, they provide good facilities, food, activities, things which help them mentally and physically. Thank you

Staff are worth their absolute weight in gold. They are so committed and appear to love what they do. Always welcoming on collections and give an update of how our baby has been that day. Our son took some time settling in, the nursery were very accommodating with our child's needs at this time. They did everything to ensure he settled and there was no rush for this. At times the environment could be a little cleaner and tidier. However this has recently improved and is looking great. The nursery nurses are very busy, a cleaner on site am/pm might be good, the girls are so busy providing the best care and attending to our babies needs. The nursery has a lovely outdoor space for children to explore. We get regular learning updates on app and photos. I love the app which we can check with updates including: meal times, nappy changes, naps and learning moments. CCTV throughout nursery and secure doors. We love this nursery.

My daughter attends one day a week and she absolutely loves it. Initially, I thought I'd need more days to help her settle, however, she loves going, she gets very excited when we pull up and happily goes in. All the staff are wonderful, nothing ever a bother, always happy to help. We love that our daughter is always doing a range of activities as busy working parents we may not have the time to do.

The most caring staff, our little boy has grown so much in confidence since starting here. He adores all the nursery nurses, all are so lovely with him and he is excited to go every day. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about the children and it has such a home-from-home feel to it. Every day we get photos on the app with an update of what he has been doing and eating, they are amazing at keeping this updated. He gets to play outside every day and they always provide a range of different activities daily, they often take them to the park too. So pleased we chose this nursery for our little one.

My son loves it here and the staff go above and beyond in everything they do. They answered all of my questions and were really patient with my circumstances. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nursery!

Lovely nursery, the staff are great and know my children really well. I always feel like both children are safe and are well looked after. Love how varied their meals are especially and lunch and tea time. Maybe slightly more choices at breakfast time could improve it further. Love how I get updates throughout the day on the app. Thank you.

My son has only just started with Kids Planet Ashbrooke a month ago and we couldn’t be happier. The whole team have made the entire process positive from show around to taster days and settling in. I have all confidence in him being cared for so well whilst he is there the staff have all been amazing. Communication is also fantastic! The app is updated in real time and the regular notifications put my mind at ease as well as staff calling me to reassure me when he has come into nursery unsettled. The whole experience has been highly positive and I couldn’t recommend the place more!

My child has started nursery at 2 and a half, having never been before. I was understandably nervous to see how he would settle but I needn’t have worried. The staff were so welcoming and kind and despite a few teary days, my child looks forward to his time at nursery now. I really enjoy the app and being able to get updates on my child. Communication with the nursery has been excellent and I always get a swift response to any questions or queries.

Really good facilities and fabulous staff who know what they are doing and are amazing with our little one (as I'm sure they are with all the children in their care)! Made us and little one feel so welcome from the beginning and have continued to keep us up to date with all of little one's achievements, progress and general day-to-day things via the app and face to face at drop off and pick up. Little one loves his days at nursery!

My son has been attending the nursery for the past couple of months. We are very happy with the nursery and the friendliness of the staff. Initially before deciding on this nursery, we did view several local nurseries in the area and this one stood out from the rest. We thought it was a warm, cosy environment with friendly staff and a happy atmosphere. The only negative point we could give so far is the accounts department is dreadful. We seem to have difficulty setting up a direct debit on a monthly basis. So far we’ve had no access to the app to see photos comments or activities throughout the day.

My son has attended this nursery for over a year now and has came on leaps and bounds since starting. The nursery always go above and beyond for him and I couldn’t be happier with how he is cared for and nurtured within the nursery.

All of the staff are absolutely brilliant and very loving and caring towards our son. The staff show emotional friendliness and genuine care for all children. The only room for improvement, in my opinion, would be the accounts team and the area where coats and bags are stored, we have had problems relating to monthly fees and I feel the children’s area could be better kept as it obstructs pathways and looks untidy. The overall feel of the nursery is warm and welcoming, I feel my child is safe and cared for.

They always go above and beyond and clearly have the children’s best interests at heart. They always strive to inspire and develop the children. They are clearly stimulated the whole time they are there as mine come home happy and exhausted!

Lovely, warm and welcoming environment. My little one is settling-in lovely and enjoys going every day. Friendly staff are always available to help. The food always looks to be a delicious - balanced meal.

My children first came to Ashbrooke in 2021 aged 3 and 18 months. They previously attended another nursery and were upset about going each time. After one visit at Ashbrooke, both children ran in smiling and my youngest continues to do so every morning (the oldest is now at school) and will ask to go to nursery when we ask what he wants to do at weekends. All of the staff know my children well and activities are personalised for individuals. The food provided is very varied and the way it is served promotes choice-making and independence. Although our youngest has only just turned three he is thriving academically, is really engaging with phonics, and always impresses us with his maths. All of his learning is done through play and not “forced”. The nursery is so flexible and are always willing to try and help out. The “walking school bus” to St Mary’s school is fantastic and holiday clubs are brilliant and great value for money. Overall a fantastic nursery.

My son has been going to Ashbrooke since September and he absolutely loves his days at nursery, he learns so much while he is there. Ashbrooke nursery is such a nice environment for him to grow in, which is so reassuring as a parent while he is there when I am at work.

I would highly recommend this nursery. The staff are amazing with both of my little girls. Always accommodating as well as I’m a very busy Mam with work so they help me a lot if I’m running late or early.

My little boy absolutely loves going to nursery, he started at around 10 months old and has just turned 2. He has come so much and always leaves nursery with a big smile on his face! All the girls are so lovely and understanding, really looking forward to my little girl starting there soon!
