Amazing nursery with kind staff. My little girl loves every day she spends there. It is a pleasure to drop her off as she is always so excited and that is all down to the incredible staff and the experiences they provide.

Our daughter loves going to nursery - the staff are warm and welcoming, the resources are great, it's clean and her needs are met. I am confident when I drop her off she will be well looked after and cared for. An issue that I raised with the nursery (which was making my daughter upset), was addressed immediately - and we were more than satisfied. The only issue we would have is the lack of photos and updates on the app - however, I know that all staff are very busy so this isn't always doable.

My eldest child has been in the nursery for 3 years now and I've never had any issues, I know he's safe and being looked after well. I am blown away by the creativity of the activities they complete with him and this has really brought on his development. I've recent had a second child and I've no hesitation as to where to take him when it comes to his care.

My son has been at this nursery for a year now after changing from a previous provider in the area. I only wish I'd moved him sooner! I cannot praise the staff and management team enough for their continued support for both my son and myself during transitioning periods. He has recently transitioned to the next room and the staff were amazing in ensuring this was done at a slow and steady pace to reassure both me and my son. The staff are wonderful and really care for the children, they always make time to chat and update you on how the day has been, meals and any new learning they may be doing at the time and always encourage development in a playful way. The management team have been equally as supportive of any concerns or changes I may have required. I seriously can't praise them enough. If you're looking for a 5-star childcare service look no further! 5 stars all around for Busy Bees Doxford Park.

My daughter has just started Busy Bees in January and so far so good, staff are amazing with my baby. One thing I really like about Busy Bees is the app they update all day. I work 13-hour shifts in a busy ward and being able to see what she eats, drinking, nappy changes etc throughout the day really helps.

Lovely nursery! The staff are so friendly and great with my kids. Food menus are great as well with such variety. Can't fault this nursery, my kids thrive in it and it's great to see them so happy while they are there, learning and developing. Updates on the app are great for meals, nappies, sleep and photos to see what they do during their days to make you feel at ease knowing they are ok! Would recommend this nursery to anyone!

Our daughter loves going into nursery. The staff are really great with her, food is always a good range of different things and always nutritious! They provide constant updates and will happily chat pre/post nursery to let us know how she's doing and what they've been up to that day.

My daughter has attended Busy Bees Doxford since she was 11 months old and as a first-time mum, I was very anxious about leaving her. But the staff made me feel so comfortable and you can tell they genuinely care about the children. My daughter is now two and is thriving her growth and development from attending nursery has been amazing, she says and knows so many things that amaze me everyday! I love all the updates we get and the great facilities and different activities available for the children. The staff are all so friendly and caring, from the manager to the girls in her room to even the chef and cleaner! I’m so glad I chose this nursery for my little girl, she loves going to nursery and being part of the Busy Bees family!

Busy Bees Doxford is an amazing nursery. My son has Autism and the Director of the nursery and all the staff go above and beyond for him and myself. The nursery is very clean and organised, all of the rooms are big with so many toys and activities for the kids, they have a sensory/quiet room and the food provided is great too. Brilliant nursery and would highly recommend it to everyone.

All staff within the nursery have shown my daughter warmth and personal interest in her development and care. The facilities are purpose built offering both security as well as a nurturing environment. My daughter is happy and confident in her time spent at Busy Bees and she has developed secure and positive attachments with staff and peers.

My daughter has attended here for 3 years and I have nothing but nice things to say. Staff are lovely and help whenever and however they can with any issues/concerns you have. Overall an amazing setting and I recommend it whenever I can.

Our son attended another setting for 7 months and didn’t settle. We heard great reviews about Busy Bees Doxford and upon the first visit, we fell in love and knew it was the right fit for our family and son! The manager and staff were so welcoming, we have been a part of the Busy Bees family now for 7 months and he has built a great relationship with the staff not just in his room but within the team. They always go out of their way to update us on his day and we love the daily updates on how he is progressing. He has grown so much in his social development and we feel at ease placing our son in their care.

Busy Bees at Doxford is fantastic, my son has come on so much in every area. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. They are always happy to give me general advice when I also ask. I can't wait to continue to see my child grow here. Any feedback is taken on board straight away. The staff go out there way to make sure I know how my son's day has been and always provide lots of photo’s which I love. I could not recommend this nursery enough.

My nephew started Busy Bees back in 2023 and since starting he has thrived in his learning. The girls have been nothing but short of caring, supportive and attentive to his needs and wants and nothing was a matter. The pictures that get put on daily on the app are amazing!

My twin girls have been with Busy Bees since they were just under 6 months old and they are now 18 months old - having your children looked after outside of the family home at such a young age can be incredibly worrisome and daunting, however, the staff were nothing short of amazing! The settling-in sessions were so reassuring and supportive and made us feel confident returning to work. We were supported with every element of the girl's development, even with weaning as their fantastic chef made meals perfect for each stage! All staff remember the smallest of details about the babies including individual likes and interests during the session - which is no small task considering we dress the twins exactly the same! We receive plenty of photos and updates on the app every day, which is so comforting. Sending our precious babies to Busy Bees was the best decision we could have made for their development and our peace of mind as working parents!

My little boy has just recently transitioned rooms and I can honestly say that all the staff in both rooms have made the experience so much easier than I thought it was going to be. I was kept up to date with what was going to happen when it was going to happen and all of the staff was so lovely and answered any questions I had. My little boy absolutely loves coming to nursery, waves us off when we drop him off and always has a smile on his face when he sees any of his teachers. I really feel as though he has come on so much in such a short space of time and I’m so grateful.

Our daughter has been in Busy Bees Doxsford Park for well over a year now, during this period the manager has been absolutely incredible at not only showing love to her, but us as parents as we navigate our way through understanding how to parent certain key developments. For us, January and February have been key as she has now moved away from a dummy and potty trained all with the amazing help from the ladies. She moves up very soon as she is turning three, but the impact they have had on her is for the rest of her life, thank you all so much for all you do as you really are an amazing team.

Our 19-month-old son has been at Busy Bees now for four months and he is thriving. Staff were patient and reassuring as he settled in - and now he happily walks in and out of nursery every session, excited to see his key workers. His language and confidence have developed a lot since starting and we love seeing what he learns at nursery play out at home. So happy we decided to enrol him when we did.
