Kids 1st Wynyard have been absolutely amazing in settling my little boy at nursery. The facilities are great and the staff are fantastic. They go above any beyond to deliver a great experience. The team always maintain communication and make the whole experience easy and enjoyable for both parent and child.

Absolutely outstanding nursery! They've been dedicated and caring about every aspect of our son's wellbeing and development. In particular, the food is second to none and I would happily recommend the environment to anyone looking for top notch childcare.

I would like to express my gratitude for the professionalism and dedication demonstrated by the team at Busy Bees. When my daughter started nursery at a young age, I was impressed by the level of care provided. She eagerly looks forward to attending each morning, and I appreciate that her full-time schedule is filled with engaging and enjoyable activities that keep her entertained throughout the day. The staff are exceptional, and I highly recommend this nursery.

This is a really wonderful nursery. We have two children here and we can see how much our eldest has thrived by attending for two years. Our youngest has recently started and the staff put so much care into making sure he was settled and happy. The staff are incredible and really go above and beyond to make sure the children are getting the best experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the nursery.

We can't fault Kids 1st Wynyard! We feel like each key person builds a great bond with the children. Since my daughter started in January, we receive regular updates throughout the day. Recently our child's been unwell and the manager, went out of her way after hours to ask if she was okay, yet again another way of showing how much they really care! We highly recommend Kids 1st Wynyard!

Absolutely wonderful nursery, my little girl absolutely loves her time here. I can't fault the staff, with regular updates on naps/meals/daily activities and more they have really put me at ease about going back to work and leaving my little girl in nursery. Thank you to everyone at Kid 1st Wynyard for being so brilliant. The only negative is obviously cost, it's quite expensive and things like wipes, nappies etc. aren't included but the care your child gets is worth every penny and the quality of the nursery is better than others in the area.

My child has been attending Kids First in Wynyard for 9 months. Prior to him starting he was very shy with other babies and would struggle leaving me. He now runs into the nursery with a smile on his face, doesn't want to leave and really enjoys making new friends. He has come on leaps and bounds socially and this is down to the staff in the nursery creating a welcoming supportive space for him to thrive.

Wonderful Nursery! Amazing Kids 1st Nursery has been fantastic for my granddaughter. The staff are warm, caring, and truly dedicated to the children's well-being. The environment is safe, clean, and filled with engaging activities that support learning and development. She has settled in so well baby room team have been fabulous and management have helped over and beyond. Highly recommend it.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this nursery. My little girl started not long after her first birthday and I was really apprehensive about the change but as soon as I walked in and saw the setting and lovely staff I felt so at ease. Every morning the setting is always set out beautifully and the staff are always in a positive mood ready to start the day. I love how there are constant updates on the app and the communication at pick-up is really good, never feels rushed and nothing is too much for me to ask. My little boy also then started here when he was 7 months and again I have had nothing but the best experience! The flexibility of being able to add sessions via a particular staff member also helps with my working pattern. We plan to keep both of our children in this nursery until they start school and we will be sad for them to leave! Thank you so much to the manager and the team.

My daughter had never been left with anyone before attending nursery. She experiences quite bad separation anxiety, and due to this, I was worried about having to leave her. However, the staff at Kids 1st quickly put my mind at ease. They genuinely care about my daughter and give me regular updates. She has settled quickly and has learned a lot.

Our children have been at Kids First for a few years and we can't recommend the nursery enough. Every member of staff is lovely our kids adore them. It's always hard leaving your kids for the first time but they have always been so settled and excited to go to nursery. The staff always keep us up to date and are always on hand to help if we need anything- and so flexible with us.

Outstanding nursery and pre-school setting. 2 of our 3 children went there, youngest will shortly be enrolled. Our experience with different classes has been excellent. We love the inclusive environment they offer and how all team members are very helpful and cooperative. Definitely recommend!

Kids 1st Wynyard is far and away the best nursery we looked at when choosing where our little one was going to go. We are so happy with our choice to go to this nursery. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond. We get regular updates with how our little one is getting on, which makes us feel reassured. The activities that the children are able to take part in are fantastic and our little one loves them. They have key workers to make sure the children are well looked after and they help to meet their key milestones and develop skills. The food there is varied and specific to each child's dietary requirements. It must be yummy too as he eats it all up. We feel very safe knowing that our little one is properly cared for by Kids 1st Wynyard.

Kids 1st Wynyard goes above and beyond for my child. They send constant updates on how her day is going and send lots of pictures. The staff can't do enough for you they always help when I'm feeling worried about my child's development or her eating. The management team are always on hand to help with anything even when I was confused about the government-funded 15 hours. Both my children have been through the nursery and I would highly recommend it to anybody.

Lovely staff, and outstanding care for all children, my little girl has attachment issues and was nervous leaving her, but I was reassured and she settled absolutely perfectly. I have been offered settling in sessions which were perfect in every way, highly recommend this nursery.

I was really worried about leaving my son to go back to work but the staff at Kids 1st Wynyard couldn’t have made the transition any easier for me and my son. I can go to work knowing he is in the best hands. The staff are always welcoming and really helpful. The updates are fantastic too especially knowing how much fun he is having. We are always updated on food/naps/nappies etc. The staff should be really proud of how well the nursery is run and how at ease they make parents feel.

Great nursery, everybody there is friendly and welcoming. It's great that we receive updates during the day with photos and information on what the child eats and does. They do many activities with the children that are great for their development.

My child is now 3, has been with Wynyard BusyBees for about 1.5 years now and it has been great. She was with Montessori previously and I was nervous about the change, but no regrets at all. Staff understand her needs well, she always loves it when I drop her off and has made many friends. Seems to have a low turnover of staff, everyone knows my child by name, very friendly atmosphere. Lovely space indoors and outdoors. I love the app, getting daily updates of her activities, nap times and meals are great and easy to keep a track of. Management is friendly, approachable and communicates well. Also love the tea and coffee facility for grown ups, a nice touch for the morning rush. Hours offered seem less flexible compared to some other nurseries, but works well for me.

I can't recommend this nursery enough. Our son has been going since January and he absolutely loves it. The staff genuinely go above and beyond and truly care about each individual child. We have no idea how they have the time... but they seem to know each parent and child so well! At Kids 1st, we believe that he is nurtured, educated and encouraged at the highest standard. More importantly, he is safe and he also eats very well there! (Menu is delicious)

My 4-year-old goes three days a week and absolutely loves it. She has been attending the nursery for over a year and, since joining, has come on leaps and bounds with her speech and confidence. She has lovely bonds with the children and staff there. I have never had any issues with the nursery, and my daughter always has a lovely day.
