My little girl started high hopes nursery in November 2024 and she absolutely loves it, the nursery, the other children but more importantly the staff. She has such a special bond with all the staff and I know how happy she is being there. She has came on so much and I know that's through being at the nursery. If your looking for a nursery for your child definitely recommend High Hopes Nursery.

I would 100% recommend this nursery to anyone. My little boy has been there half a year now and he absolutely loves it. The manager and her team do an amazing job and I cannot speak anymore highly of them all. My son has come on leaps and bounds, his speech has progressed and I love receiving the photo updates on the app. I feel so relaxed when he is there, he is well looked after and comes out a very happy little boy. They have a lovely little garden area where they play outside and plenty of activities inside, my son especially enjoys the water play, he is thriving in his learning thanks to this amazing team!

My son started at high hopes day nursery in January 2025 and he loves it! He's progressed so much since starting. The staff are amazing and really care about the kids that are attending there. Would recommend to anyone that I know that have nursery aged children.

I was asked by my son's previous nursery to find a new placement setting due to his unpredictable behaviour as a result of autistic spectrum disorder. I then took a look at High Hopes Day Nursery to see if it was a better placement for my son and they surely did not disappoint. Since my son has attended this nursery he has come in leaps and bounds and is doing remarkably well. All of the staff are absolutely brilliant with him and support him with all of his needs and he has the best days there and really enjoys his time at nursery. They provide children with healthy meals as well as lots of snacks. They are all fantastic at communicating how my child has been at nursery and what he's been up to which is amazing as I always worry when he's not with me but I can absolutely relax knowing that I can trust each and every one of the staff members there at high hopes day nursery.

My little boy attends High Hopes Nursery 2 days a week, my son goes too. The manager and any staff member with a smile on his face and open arms on a morning which shows me he loves it there. They helped him settle in so well and told me how much he had enjoyed his day which I love hearing. I get regular updates throughout the day which is great so I know how he is doing and the communication is spot on. They all made him feel so welcome and loved from his first day and I couldn't recommend this nursery enough.

From day one our little girl took to the staff members at High Hopes Nursery, you can see how warm they are and the setting has been thoroughly thought through and suits all ages and abilities. All the staff are amazing with her and you can tell that she doesn't want to leave. Would highly recommend this nursery to all.

Couldn't fault High Hopes! From their safeguarding protocols to the gentle love and care they give to my son when I am at work. Communication is excellent, absolutely no care deficits noted in the 4 months my son has been attending! He comes home every single session with a smile on his face, and dances in excitement when he sees where we are in the morning! I owe these girls my sanity since my return to work! I would, with my hand on my heart, recommend High Hopes to anyone! 10/10!

My daughter started at the beginning of July and does 2 days a week and she absolutely loved the bio and all the staff , they are amazing. Never had any problems with communication, brilliant app for pictures and updates.

Absolutely brilliant nursery. Updates through the whole day, give him amazing homemade meals and loads of snacks. Do loads with the kids too. Can’t fault them. The facilities are excellent, little mini soft play toys, loads of sensory toys, a kitchen and a sensory room! Opening times are 7.30 till 6 as well!

My son has attended High Hopes since it opened and has come on leaps and bounds with his speech and language. The knowledge and understanding from all the staff is amazing. All the fun activities he does are really helping to bring him on as they are tailored to the learning frameworks. He has really good relationships with his peers and also the staff and really enjoys going to nursery. I also like how the children get out and about into the community attending the library and also the park etc. Couldn't be more grateful to all the staff for the amazing care my child receives!

The team at High Hopes Nursery are absolutely fantastic. The nursery is a breath of fresh air to Prudhoe. I have two children who attend after-school provision and holiday clubs. Both boys love going. They enjoy the activities, the local walks, and the adventures with the other children. Communication with the nursery is brilliant. I’d highly recommend this childcare provision.

The manager and her team are really good. I have no concerns about leaving my two-year-old with them. And she’s really developed. Friendly and flexible. My daughter can’t wait to get there in the morning time. Highly recommended.

My son attends High Hopes Day Nursery and he loves it! The facilities in the setting are great, especially the sensory room. I couldn't thank the staff enough for looking after my son. All members of staff are caring and welcoming. I am informed throughout the day of my son's activities, meals, naps and nappies through the app and can receive any other concerns through the messaging platform of the app. The manager has been exceptional fitting childcare around my work commitments. I would like to thank the whole team for the great work they do.

My daughter currently attends High Hopes Day Nursery and I honestly couldn't ask for more caring and trustworthy staff. The care she receives is brilliant and she's come out of her shell so much since joining, she's learnt a lot in all aspects from communication, relationship building and being more independent. The support we continuously receive is amazing as well, my daughter always comes out of nursery with the biggest smile on her face after a fun, busy day every single time.

My daughter has been at the nursery after school for a while and also goes during the school holidays. The manager and all the staff are absolutely fantastic and wouldn't send her anywhere else. They are caring and friendly. They understand my daughter's needs and can help her if she requires anything extra. You are kept up to date with how your child is and anything that they have done during the day. It's the best nursery by far and I'm so happy I can trust them with my child.

My son attends High Hopes Day Nursery and he absolutely loves it! The facilities are fabulous and the staff are so lovely. We are kept up to date with everything our son is doing over the day and any concerns staff have. The security process is brilliant and I trust 100% that my child is safe and well looked after. His social and play skills have progressed consistently since he started, I couldn't recommend this nursery enough!
