Kids Planet was my first choice for my little girl's nursery and I couldn't be happier with it. The staff are wonderful and I know she's in safe hands. She's learning so much and she absolutely loves it. Would highly recommend!

I enrolled my little boy, when he was 18 months after having a negative experience at a previous nursery. The settling in experience was fantastic, he had 3 settling in sessions, one with me, one where he was picked up before lunch time and one where he stayed for his lunch. He loved it from the first minute, the staff were so kind, asked what he liked to do and immediately got him things out to suit his interests. He has been in all the rooms Each time he's moved rooms, I have been introduced to his new key worker who has made me feel that his needs will be looked after and cared for. All the staff are approachable and I wouldn't hesitate getting in touch with anyone if we had any problems. It has been so lovely to see a particular staff member in the kitchen receiving a 5 out of 5 in his food hygiene rating, the food always smells lovely, and my little boy always eats it all. It's reassuring to know that he's getting healthy balanced meals, prepared in a clean kitchen

Southfield nursery has been amazing for my little girl who has been there just over a year now. From starting here at 9 months old the staff here have been amazing with her, the reassurance and communication I get to know she is ok throughout the day is great. My little girl absolutely loves it here, her development and confidence have came on so much since starting here and that is honestly down to the amazing staff and the genuine care they have for my daughter. She has made the best relationships with the staff here, even the staff who have never worked with my daughter always stop to speak to her and make so much effort. Couldn't recommend this nursery enough.

Excellent nursery, excellent facilities, and outstanding staff! The girls really make the nursery what it is. My grandchild loves going to nursery and loves the staff in his room. Activities are varied and suit the development of my grandchild. The nursery chef is also amazing. My grandchild can be a very picky eater, but the chef always remembers this and will have an alternative on standby ready for him. In short, would I recommend this nursery to other families? Absolutely, yes!

My daughter has gone to this nursery since she was 6 months old and she's now just over 2 years old. I can't recommend Southfields enough. The staff are amazing and my daughter absolutely loves them and the nursery. She runs through the door every morning. I feel so comfortable leaving her, knowing she really enjoys her day at the nursery and has lots of fun.

Southfield has been an amazing nursery for our little boy. He first joined at 9 months old and is now 18 months old, and he has loved every moment of his experience so far. I feel like the staff has really taken the time to get to know him, and it's so nice that they notice the little things that many other people wouldn't notice (like him being more cuddly when he's starting to come down with something). He is so happy to go in on a morning, and it's so nice to see the updates on the app throughout my work day. We've had such a good experience I've recommended them to friends and family!

My little boy has been coming to Kids Planet Southfield for almost 18 months now and I couldn't rate it more highly. I absolutely love the nursery's focus on providing healthy meals and snacks for the children. The staff's welcoming and caring attitude makes me feel at ease every time I drop him off. My little boy is constantly talking about the nursery, the staff, his friends, and the activities they have done and it's clear how happy he feels in their care.

The staff are so lovely and care about my child. Activities are great and love it when they do special themed days. Kept up to date via an app which is great. Really reliable and has lovely clean facilities.

My son absolutely loves attending Kids Planet Nursery in Southfield! The girls he interacts with are amazing, I am kept up to date throughout the day on how he is doing which is very reassuring for me as a first-time mum.

Southfield is an amazing nursery, my daughter has loved every minute of being there. The staff are amazing my daughter was sometimes a bit unsettled going into nursery but the staff would always approach her with a happy face and always seemed to make her laugh and give her the cuddles she wanted. The nursery rooms are well organised and the outdoor space is big. I have nothing but good things to say about this place, would 100% recommend it to other parents. Couldn't be more grateful. As a working parent, I always felt so comfortable leaving my daughter knowing she would be looked after so well. Highly recommend.

My granddaughter has been going to this nursery for the last year and absolutely loves it. They have really helped her not only academically but with important things like sharing and how to meet new friends. She gets excited to be there which is brilliant and makes dropping her off a lot easier. They also kept us all informed with pictures and updates on what she was doing. Would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone.

Our little girl started going to this nursery when she had just turned 2. Our daughter had never been away from us and was a very reserved little girl. We were so nervous about her starting nursery but it was the best decision we ever made. The settling-in process was adapted to suit the needs of our daughter and we were able to attend settling-in sessions with her to ensure she felt comfortable before we left her. She was supported very well by her key worker and the staff in her room. Her confidence has grown massively in the 6 months she has been going to nursery here, she is like a completely different little girl. She is so excited each morning to go to nursery and runs in happily without looking back. She has built a lovely bond with all of the staff and enjoys every minute of her time at nursery. We are so pleased with the nursery that we have now applied for our son to start in April and we can't wait for them to both be going here! We would highly recommend this nursery.

I love this nursery and have no concerns at all when I drop my son off. He is stimulated throughout the day with a variety of activities and the staff are brilliant. He often comes home talking about what he's done with staff and his friends and really enjoys his day. He started as a fresh 1-year-old in baby and moved through the rooms without issue. The menu is amazing and the nursery caters for allergies as well which is a great bonus. They also do stay and plays at key times of the year which is great. I would definitely recommend this nursery as it's really put my mind at ease and I know my son's in the best hands.

Our little one has been attending Kids Planet Southfield since January 2023 when she was 11 months old. We have had an amazing experience with all members of staff; our little one loves coming in every day and we feel confident that her needs are well met whilst we are busy with our days. Initially she did struggle to settle in, as to be expected, but staff were mindful of this and did everything they could to make nursery life as similar as possible to home life (naps, food, milk etc.). Staff have been accommodating right the way through as she has transitioned to new rooms - with clear transition plans in place, staff building up great relationships and clearly caring about each child. The children spend lots of time outside and our little one loves telling us about her trips away from nursery (to the park, or getting the bus back from the shops). She is encouraged to make new friends, build on her current skills, and she grows in confidence every day.

My son had been going here since the nursery was part of another group. Staff worked really hard to work out his allergies. We had some issues but the manager worked with us on this. When Kids Planet took over everything went downhill rapidly. Management was very poor and it was always the room staff who were blamed. At one point the manager administered the wrong medication and made a member of room staff call to apologise, even though it wasn't her fault. In the summer some staff just leave the children in the garden with, what appears to be, no kind of organised stimulation which would often result in my son and others getting frustrated with one another and hitting out. Complete disregard for Disability Discrimination Act around known medical conditions. The manager is completely unaware of what was going on in the rooms, including lack of supervision/intimate care. It's a shame as lots of the staff are just wonderful, they don't seem to be treated well either.

Both of my children have been attending Kids Planet Southfield since September 2022 with my eldest going straight into pre-school and my youngest working his way up from the baby room. Throughout this time my children have grown so much in confidence and have developed strong bonds with both the staff who work there and the other children. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming that it feels like a little family there. I am so happy that I chose this nursery for both of my children and I know that my daughter will miss going there every week once she leaves to start school in September.

I found Kids Planet Southfield after visiting what felt like every nursery in the area, and upon my first visit, I knew it was the nursery I wanted my son to go to. The facility and layout are just perfect for little people exploring the world. The staff are an absolute credit. Like most parents, I really struggled with leaving my son but the staff at Kids Planet Southfield, especially the staff in the baby room, reassured me every step of the way. They didn't make me feel silly or overprotective, they just got it. As for my son, he loves it! He loves all the different activities, sensory play and meal times! The highlights of my day are the photo updates that I received on the app. It's amazing seeing that he's having so much fun and is safe. After just a short time, my son has built strong bonds with his Baby room staff and his development is just amazing. Something new every day! Kids Planet Southfield is 5-star!

My son has attended Kids Planet Soutfiled for one and a half years, he started as a baby, progressed to Tots and has just started in Toddlers. The care he receives from the friendly team is amazing; they are attentive and caring. The setting is lovely and I feel it is very safe and secure. Every member of staff that you pass on your way in and out welcomes my son into the nursery. He has grown in confidence and has gained so much independence. This nursery sticks to the routine agreed for my son, especially when he was a baby with regards to naps and feeding. This ensured a smooth transition from home to nursery environment. My son takes part in many creative activities, story time and outdoor play. Activities are both fun and educational e.g. learning colours or numbers through play and songs. I love the updates on the app, and knowing what fun things he has been doing as well as seeing the good variety of food he has during his day. The menu and variety here are really good.

Fantastic nursery. All the staff are so lovely and friendly and excellent at their job. My son has settled very quickly there and I trust that he is well looked after as the care they provide is second to none. My child has come on leaps and bounds after only attending a short while!

My baby daughter has been going to Kids Planet Southfield since June. She has always came home full of smiles, and updates on the app are regular. I can tell the girls who work there all love my daughter and treat her with respect. I feel that my daughter is in a safe and secure building as security on the gates and doors are always maintained! Staff are always giving me great advice when asked. They always try to stick to routine and when I mention we are trying things at home they always ensure to do it at nursery also. The activities I have seen via the app that they do throughout the day are always adventurous and creative! My daughter has a milk allergy and they always ensure they follow her dietary needs. Whenever I have any queries, I always email the enquiries email and I get a fast response. I always would recommend Kids Planet Southfield! I couldn’t thank the team enough!

Southfield is an amazing nursery, my daughter has loved every minute of being there.
