Absolutely lovely nursery and staff. Always busy with the children and take them on little trips. Love seeing photos shared throughout the day of what he is getting up to. Feel comfortable knowing my son is going somewhere that's welcoming and good care is given.

I'd love to be allowed to mention names as this girl deserves to be recognised but I always get a friendly warm welcome and a 5-star service every single time. Most recently she went out of her way to bring my daughter to the car and strapped her into her car seat whilst I attended to my other daughter. Not only this girl but all of the girls in nursery are so friendly and helpful and really make you feel welcome. There is nothing negative I can say about this nursery as a whole I think you are all brilliant.

All the staff at Ashbourne House make the effort to make every child that attends along with their family feel welcome. My daughter has difficulty with drop-off time at nursery, the staff are so patient and there is never any rush for me to leave when dropping her off, so that I can settle her. She is always happy when in nursery. There are a variety of activities for the children to engage with along with nutritious and varied lunch/snacks. As a family we are very happy with Ashbourne House and would highly recommend.

Having a brilliant experience with my son and his first time in nursery and soon settled. Love the picture updates during the day! Looking forward to his future with Ashbourne House! The staff are so friendly and reassuring can't thank you enough!

Mine and my child's experience of Ashbourne House has been one of overwhelming positivity. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The work that they have done with my child has certainly seen their development accelerate and has aided in the building of confidence and other skills which have aided in putting the foundations in place for them. Facilities always appear clean, my child always appears to eat well and comes home appearing to have had a good day. Thank you for all you have done and continue to do.

Fantastic staff the 2 managers are lovely very helpful and the girls in the rooms make my grandchild's days fun she loves going to nursery. She talks about the aunties all the time even when there. The aunties are always happy are caring towards all the children. When I go pick her up she is always taking me round the garden and the room to show me what she has played with throughout the day. So happy that she enjoys her time spent there couldn't wish for a nicer caring place for her. Thank you to everyone and keep up all your hard work you are all amazing at what you do.

Overall I am happy with the standards and structure of the nursery and the updates I'm receiving week in week out are great. I have expressed recent concerns regarding the food situation and I am happy that it has been addressed, however, I am becoming slightly concerned that week after week you are attempting to feed my child vegetable casserole. I appreciate the amount of children you have to cater for and the limited supply you may get when it comes to food, but we are discovering that my child is not eating this, so I would appreciate if you could try an alternative sustainable meal as a replacement as we are finding ourselves having to give him more food after nursery. This is in no way a complaint, more of a viewpoint and polite request that maybe we try giving him alternatives to veg casserole. Other than this, I am fully happy with your nursery. Thanks.

I am so happy that our child has been able to learn and grow at this nursery. The staff are all brilliant, they really do look after your child and go above and beyond for them. I can drop my child off and not worry about her as I know she is in the best hands. She has so much fun there and is always excited to go. There are always activities going on and little trips out that my daughter loves talking about. She has made some lovely friends and there is such a friendly atmosphere when you are there. I couldn't fault anything and I am so glad we picked this nursery. It's a fantastic environment, the staff really do make the experience the best it can be for the children.

My little boy has come on leaps and bounds since attending Ashbourne House, he is so comfortable there and looks forward to going every day. All the staff and management are amazing! Such a lovely setting and I cannot thank them enough for the care they provide for my son.

My child attends Ashbourne and absolutely loves it. She has recently gone from once a week to full time and the transition has been made that little easier by all the staff in the baby room. Management is great and helpful also. I would always choose Ashbourne and recommend it to anyone who is searching for a place for their babies.

My daughter has been going to Springfield nursery for 2 years now and she absolutely loves it, the staff are so helpful and very experienced. I would highly recommend this nursery everyone is so lovely.

It was such an important but daunting decision, as a first time mum, to choose the right nursery for my daughter. But we are so glad that we chose Ashbourne House! My daughter absolutely loves it there! She asks every morning if she's "going to school today?" and is super excited on the days we say yes. The staff have always been amazing with us, super friendly, professional and accommodating. I often run through any parenting dilemmas we're facing and they take the time to listen and offer support and advice where they can. My daughter LOVES her 'auntys' at school and often talks about them at home, which is just lovely to listen to. The facilities and set out of the nursery have recently been updated and looks just fab! The food offered is always home-cooked and nutritious and my daughter eats exceptionally well at nursery so it must be delicious! We have recently just had our second daughter and she will for sure be attending Ashbourne too!

I have sent both of my children to Springfield Ashbourne House. The staff are friendly and personable. Both of my girls seem to have progressed in terms of speech, fine and gross motor skills and they have been helpful in potty training previously too. My daughters always looked forward to going and we are updated with photos daily. Queries are answered promptly via email or phone. No issues in my personal experience and have and will recommend it to friends. Thank you for making it much easier for full-time working parents. Your flexibility is unmatched.
