The nursery is bright spacious and clean, the staff are all very welcoming and happy to see my child every day. All staff make an effort to know my child and not just the staff that is in their room. Management are always smiling and ready to help with anything I need.

Bright Horizons Cramond Centre have provided our daughter with outstanding care and we can't thank the staff enough. Children's learning experiences are tailored to their abilities and interests and I have enjoyed hearing about everything my daughter learns throughout the time she has attended. The nursery is always welcoming and friendly, working alongside parents and carers to ensure our voices are always heard. Staff provide daily feedback, which is always appreciated. Our daughter has been very happy throughout her time here. We couldn't recommend Bright Horizons Cramond highly enough!

Our daughter was at Bright Horizons in Cramond from early 2021 to Autumn 2022. She returned this summer for a short spell where she was able to reunite with some old friends and many familiar faces among the staff. This is a great nursery offering good flexibility in terms of pick-up and drop-off. In addition, they have very high staff retention which is great for the children as they can really get to know their key workers and other staff. The food is great too and this has been commented upon by our daughter on a number of occasions. During her time at nursery, they introduced the family app which we found to be a great way to keep track of what our daughter has been up to as well as recording pick-up times and other information. I would so look forward to seeing some new photos in the app of what my daughter had been doing during the day! I’d like to thank the team for all their efforts over the years and recommend this nursery to other parents in our local area and beyond.

My son has been going to Cramond for over three years now, and I can’t recommend the nursery enough. He has been in four rooms across the nursery since starting and has made great relationships with all the staff and children. All the staff make an effort to get to know the children and their families and are very friendly. The nursery provides nutritious meals and snacks which my son has enjoyed throughout the years. There is outdoor space for all the rooms, and the children often go out on walks in nature or visit the park. I have seen my son develop from a baby to a preschooler, and his confidence has been building year by year, which has been encouraged by the nursery. I love that I can get daily updates via the app whilst he is at nursery as well as development reviews throughout the year.

My son has attended the nursery in Edinburgh for over a year now, and we are very impressed with the resources available and the level of care. The staff seem to know each other well, and you get the impression they all work very closely, which really helps with the transition between rooms when they get older. From admin staff to management, everyone is friendly, and we are very happy our son is in a safe and nurturing environment.

The nursery has a great atmosphere and really welcoming staff. The children have lovely outdoor areas and creative activities during the day. They get to know the children really well and the daily updates are always fun.

Everyone at the nursery is so welcoming and friendly and do whatever they can to make our little one safe, happy and settled. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nursery, for their child.

Excellent environment, motivating staff and happy children! We had both our daughters at the nursery, since 2016. We feel the nursery have prepared our daughters for school and made it a smooth transition.

The experience of the nursery has been good, given the current situation with the pandemic and managed well in the circumstances. My son appears to be developing well and I am confident he will be ready to start school this year. The app is good for seeing pictures and getting feedback on my son’s day.

We have been so impressed with all the staff in the nursery, they are so caring, attentive and professional. They regularly go the extra mile to help both our children thrive and have nurtured their development. They are brilliant at keeping us up to date via the app and we get lots of useful feedback at pick up.

We are really happy with how our daughter has settled in and are so impressed with the range of activities that are provided. We can see her changing day by day and feel that her time here really has supported her growth and development in a positive way. The family app is great and I really look forward to hearing how she has been spending her days and the photos are a lovely way to keep us updated.

Our daughter has settled brilliantly and the staff have done an amazing job, even in light of all the restrictions recently. Nothing is too much trouble and our wee girl is thriving. She runs in, demanding breakfast every morning which I think sums up how great the nursery is.

Lovely staff and facilities. Our son has a condition, which is accommodated well. In an ideal world, we wouldn’t need to provide his own snacks and they would be included, as the price is quite high. Thanks very much to all in the Seahorse room.

My daughter has settled in brilliantly here and the staff have shown to have a lovely relationship with her. She loves the variety of activities and the freedom to choose what she wants to do. Her social skills have massively improved as well, with her confidence with new people. She just loves to be here!
