View Full Details of Happitots Nursery ErskineMy son started in October at 6 months and the girls have gone above and beyond to put our nerves at ease and welcome him. The app is fabulous as it lets us know what he has eaten/drank, any nappy changes and pictures of all the fun he has.
My child is now in her last year at Happitots Erskine, having been there since she was 9 months old. Any issues are quickly resolved with the management team, who are friendly, approachable and professional at all times. The staff team are committed to the learning and development of all the children and continually develop new ways for learning opportunities including a recent role-play activity involving tents and a 'fire' pit. Extracurricular activities including football and gymnastics are offered in the nursery setting in partnership with a local group.
My son started his 1140 hours at Happitots, Erskine in August. He absolutely loves his new nursery and I am very happy with how well his transition has gone from his previous nursery to Happitots, the staff already know my son very well and provide excellent levels of communication every day, which is a huge plus for me as a parent. It is clear that the staff make excellent use of the resources they have to provide fun and stimulating activities for the children, both indoors and outdoors. My son loves the outdoors and he has lots of fun playing in the nursery garden as well as when out on local nature walks, I love how keen the staff are to get out walks as the nursery surroundings are beautiful. The staff are working hard to develop the nursery and are doing a great job. I am pleased that my son is very happy going into and when collecting from nursery! I recommend Happitots to all fellow parents as it is a great nursery, with friendly staff and they are very accommodating.
Our daughter started Happitots in August 2024. She had just turned 2 years old and hadn't attended any nurseries prior to starting. I was quite apprehensive, to begin with as I was worried she would be unsettled and emotional when we dropped her off. All the staff have been wonderful in terms of setting our minds at rest and making my daughter feel welcome with open arms. My daughter thoroughly enjoys her time at nursery and gets a range of learning experiences from Monday morning yoga sessions to outdoor learning, water and messy play and interactions with friends she has made. I have felt very supported as a patient through the app that gives us an insight into her day-to-day routines, what she has eaten and information updates like a potential change of clothes for example. I highly rate this nursery and all its staff.
My daughter has been attending Happitots Erskine since she was 8 months old, she is now 4 years old and has grown into a clever, kind and caring little girl whilst attending the nursery, she enjoys nursery every day and never wants to leave. All the staff genuinely care about every individual child and have definitely shown my daughter care and compassion whilst at the nursery. The nursery is such a warm and welcoming environment I would recommend to anyone looking for a nursery for their child to visit Happitots Erskine!
This is a fabulous nursery in a great location for the children to go and explore the outdoors. It is in a peaceful safe setting set back from the main roads in the grounds of the local hospital estate. Both of my children have attended from 11 months old and always looked forward to going in to play and learn. They have an online platform where daily diaries are shared to keep families updated with what their children have been doing throughout the day and it's always lovely to see the happy pictures of them having fun and what delicious snacks they had that day. The staff are very welcoming and nurturing with the children. Overall a great nursery for children to thrive and develop.
Staff are very attentive and always give a thorough handover at the end of the day. I have been impressed with the activities that the kids get to do including outdoor walks, garden centre visits, gymnastics and football.
My daughter has been at this nursery since she was a baby and absolutely loves it. The staff are so welcoming and genuinely care for my daughter. I particularly like the amount of outdoor play she gets and being able to go on walks and in the woods to explore.
Our son has been at Enchanted Forrest in Erskine since 1 yr old - we found it after recommended by a friend. The staff and facility are amazing. Everyone who's looked after him starting in the babies room and now the 2's room have done everything they can to make him (& us) feel welcome. There's plenty of space outdoors in the garden for playing with friends - which they do pretty much every day - and staff regularly take the kids out to explore the local area. On the way home, he's always singing new songs he's learnt and his clothes at the end of the day are often evidence of not only how messy and clumsy he is but also what a rich and creative experience he's had (never a problem as it always washes out). He's come on so much and absolutely loves going to nursery. Would recommend without hesitation.
My son loves coming to Enchanted Forest, he gets excited when we pull up at the nursery entrance and cant wait to see his friends. He has great relationships with the staff, which is shown when he is happy to leave me in the mornings at drop off to see them. The babies get out on regularly on walks, which we love too.
My son has been very happy here, attending since he was 6 months old. The staff team are incredible, unbelievably motivated, positive and full of energy. I am always impressed with the nursery's responsiveness, home engagement and a strong focus on outdoor play. My son is always so excited and happy after a day spent at nursery and he has developed so much in the time he's been there - in large part thanks to the nursery.
The nursery staff are always welcoming and friendly. The children always appear happy and are engaged in a range of activities. The nursery seems to value staff development as they promote outdoor learning and have a focus on speech and language development within the rooms.
My son has been going to this nursery since he was 10 months, he will be 4 this year and I am very pleased with his progress from the help and support of all the staff. Even speaking with parents and involving parents in songs of the week, themes etc very well communicated with all that is going on within the nursery. I also love that on dry days the children are taken into the garden to play outdoors which is fantastic not to be cooped up inside all day, go on walks and get plenty of fresh air. The staff are very friendly and caring and support any requests ie toilet training, behaviour and are happy to keep routines that as a parent you have in place. It can get very busy in the "big room" but I think this is good to see how my son copes as when he goes to school the room will be at least 20 or more so will learn to settle in a busy environment.
A brilliant place where the staff are extremely helpful and are brilliant with my child. I feel completely happy leaving him there when I go to work and know he is safe and being looked after. They go out of their way to get to know your child and their likes and dislikes. I would definitely recommend this nursery to others.
I visited a number of nurseries when I was choosing childcare for my son. Enchanted Forest Nursery, Erskine really stood out from the rest. They take pride in their values and provide excellent care for the children. The staff continuously go above and beyond for the children.
Our daughter has been attending the nursery in Erskine since June. We had looked at many different nurseries in the area prior to selecting Enchanted Forest. The reason why we did select this nursery was based on the very warm welcome ourselves and our child got during our initial visit and the fantastic facilities and opportunities provided for the children attending the nursery. Every day my child is happy to go into the nursery and shows a huge amount of affection towards her key workers. This really reassures me how much the children are cared for during their days in the nursery. I am updated daily on my child's activities and I am always very satisfied with the variety of experiences and opportunities to learn that my daughter has through the nursery.
My son has been in EFN Erskine since he was 20 weeks old (he's almost 3). It was really important to me have him somewhere I absolutely trusted especially as he was so young. The team are fantastic and he has thrived being there on all levels. I receive regular updates about what's going on, planned activities and upcoming themes. I valued the daily log when he was in the smaller room and I like to get a handover when I pick him up. He's been through potty training with the team which was a breeze and it was nice to see his reward chart in the toilets. I am comfortable with security as his grandparents have been challenged for the password despite my son recognising them and the door policy is great (only staff to let people in). I could write much more however in short, I made the absolute best choice for my son and I have always recommended EFN to friends.
My son loves it here, he comes home every night desperate to tell you what he has done today. It really is peace of mind knowing that he is well looked after and has such a good time. The staff have been really supportive with me trying to get him to eat a wider selection of food. We introduced hot lunches, although he is reluctant to try new foods the staff have been an amazing help by encouraging him to eat his lunch just like his friends.
Fantastic nursery - staff are so friendly and attentive. Lots of varied activities for kids. My daughter loves going! The Manager is excellent at keeling parents updated and engaged in what's going on and all of the care staff have a cheery manner and know all the kids well making the experience feel very personal and that your child is not just one of many but treated as an individual.
My son has attended since he was 10 months old he is now 4. I am very happy with my choice of Nursery, they go beyond the call of duty for the children. My son enjoys every moment he spends there, and now he his older enjoys telling me about his day. The staff and management are friendly and approachable, and most importantly for me the relationships they have with the children are great. I couldn't ask for anymore.
