Our 3-year-old son has been attending Nightingales for over 2 years. He loves the nursery and we can't recommend it highly enough. Support during his initial settling in and transition between rooms has been exceptional and always at our son's own pace. Staff have an exemplary attitude, they treat children as individuals and are dedicated to their wellbeing and experience at the nursery. The rooms are lovely and bright with a vast range of varied resources. We receive lots of communication about planning of activities/learning and get feedback daily at pick-up and through the app. Support through potty training was fantastic. We are encouraged to provide feedback and staff are very receptive to all questions/queries. The nursery garden is great and our son loves the twice daily visits.

The manager and her staff have been so friendly and helpful and are amazing with my child. They are always so reassuring and provide detailed updates about my child's day. The child loves her time here and waves me off to go and play which is lovely.

Nightingales Nursery is excellent. We were so lucky to find nightingales. Their flexible nursery days, long opening hours, and being open 52 weeks a year allowed me to carry on my career as a nurse who does shift work. The setup at Nightingales is an excellent learning environment, the 3 rooms for different age stages and large outdoor space allow freedom to play. The family app allows us as parents to see into our child's day and setups at nursery. What makes nightingales exceptional is the staff. The nursery care providers are so caring, friendly, and invested in the children. The detailed planning of learning experiences are available to see on the app, free play, dancing, wheels Wednesday, recycling, space week, beach party, and summer trip. So many more opportunities to learn and always keep us up to date with our child's individual learning also. You are always greeted with a warm welcome, which reinforces the safe environment nightingales have created. Exceeds on every level.

Nightingales is a brilliant nursery. Our daughter has attended here since 2022 and she has absolutely loved her time here. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. The nursery provides excellent activities including French and dance classes. The nursery rooms are perfect with how big and bright they are - creating a lovely feel. We are very grateful to have found such a wonderful nursery!

A wonderful environment. Exceptional staff, allows me to send my daughter, safe in the knowledge she is not only well cared for, but nurtured and treated as an individual. Complete confidence in the team overall, can’t fault it at all.

Wonderful, caring and nurturing staff. Great garden area for outside play. My two children have thrived while attending Nightingales and built very happy relationships with staff. We have always felt they are very safe and cherished while at nursery.

My eldest child has just graduated from this nursery and my youngest is still attending. I am so grateful to have found Nightingales. It's been such an important part of all our lives. I have seen them both grow so much in their time here. So many incredible activities to keep them engaged and learn from everyday. We always receive wonderful communication with staff on their progress daily. Complete peace of mind, for us as parents, to know they are in such a safe and nurturing environment.

I have 2 children, the eldest has just left Nightingales and the youngest is still there. I can not recommend this nursery enough. My job involves an early start and I had to drop the kids off at 7 a.m, I don’t think there are any other nurseries that could have accommodated this. When my kids started the transition period was much longer than my friends who were at other nurseries and they actually provided the babies in the baby room a cot rather than expecting them to sleep on the floor. The staff throughout the years have always offered advice. When my oldest started school, it was a breeze because of all the transition work the staff had completed. The staff are the best thing about Nightingales, they do a fantastic job. Every member of the team goes above and beyond for the children, and the children adore them to pieces. There is a large garden which is a huge selling point that the children love. They go outside every day and also go on trips to parks and museums.

Our oldest has just left Nightingales to start school. He has absolutely loved his time here and our baby has settled brilliantly in the baby room since starting in April this year. Amazing staff who always take the time to talk about what our children have been up to that day. When Nightingales introduced the new app, it has really brought to life for us to see how the kids learn and develop whilst having fun, however, the staff still take time to discuss this in person. An excellent nursery that our children have loved going to and making friends.

My son has been at Nightingales Nursery since October 2022. The staff are incredible, I cannot praise them enough! The days are full of fun and varied activities including trips to the local parks, library and museums. The recent addition of the Family App is great and it's so lovely to see lots of updates/pictures of what the children are getting up to each day. My husband and I appreciate the flexibility offered in terms of hours/pick-up times. Hot meals are provided so we don't need to worry about preparing anything and our son loves them. Our son loves his time here. I always recommend Nightingales and will continue to do so.

I cannot praise the staff enough at Nightingales Nursery. They are hard working, full of inspiring ideas for play and learning and very diligent in providing for the needs of children. Communication to me as a parent has been consistently clear and honest. I see these guys as an extension to my support network and a very reliable and friendly service. Cannot think of a negative in the four years my son has attended. So much so my daughter is about to enrol. Best decision I have ever made finding this place.

As of April 2023 we have 3 children at Nightingales Nursery. They have all started as babies and moved through the respective rooms. We have never considered another nursery. We have nothing but praise and admiration for the staff. We find the team to be organised and attentive. The children are well cared for, yet stimulated and challenged. We enjoy having cooked lunches provided and dance/French classes in the preschool room. I enjoy that the nursery is keen to adapt and implement new changes - such as the recent Famly app, which is a valuable addition to the nursery. The most significant point for me, as a mother, is that I am able to go to work and be content my children are being well cared for and nurtured.

Fantastic nursery. Can’t praise the staff enough. The focus is always on the individual and their needs. The days are varied and meals are healthy. Communication has been consistently excellent. The nursery promotes learning opportunities in a variety of ways and takes great pride in the care of the children.

Nightingales is an excellent nursery, our daughter loves her time spent there. The staff provide consistently personalised care encouraging our daughter to really come into her own - learning new skills, making friends and playing in a variety of settings. We have been so grateful for the consistency provided by the nursery during the coronavirus pandemic. Sensible safety measures were put in place quickly but with a ‘business as usual’ feeling for the children, meaning we were able to continue to work knowing our daughter was safe and happy.

Fantastic nursery. Our second daughter is currently there, with my eldest having spent 4 happy years attending it. Staff are great, the children have lots to do in the nursery (large, bright and well-equipped rooms), the large garden outside and the local area. Couldn't recommend it enough.

Nightingales is a fantastic nursery. Both our girls attend here and they look forward to their time here. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. They provide excellent activities, days out, parties and French lessons. Excellent facilities - clean and bright airy layout. Amazing that they provide flexible days to suit each families needs.

My son has just left Nightingales after attending for over 3.5 years, with my youngest son still attending. They have always been great. Very professional, friendly and flexible. I have found them easy to communicate with and understanding of our child’s needs (and the wishes of the parents too). I wouldn’t have any hesitation in recommending to anyone to use.

Excellent nursery for those who require childcare whilst working full time. Very professional and caring staff and great, approachable management team. We have never had any concerns leaving our kids in the care of the staff there. We have now had three kids through the nursery and have absolutely no issues at all. One of the best features is the ability to vary hours on a week to week basis. Not many nurseries offer this flexibility but we find it invaluable and well worth the slightly higher hourly fee. No hesitation in recommending this nursery.

This is a fabulous nursery. All the staff are caring and excellent at their job. There is a family feel about the place and a great team support. Each child is encouraged to be themselves and if they want to do something like make a card or invent a game this is encouraged and staff recognise the talents and interests of each child as individuals. The outdoor play and garden has lots happening and its a fun and interesting place.
