Our daughter started at Pied Piper in early 2022 and has felt comfortable, supported and happy ever since. We are absolutely delighted with the experience she has had all the way through, and we always feel well-informed by her key workers as to her development and the next steps to be taken. The team nurtures a welcoming and playful learning environment, and their endless enthusiasm, creativity and motivation would be a credit to any nursery. We’re lucky that our nursery is the one to benefit.

Our 4-year-old daughter attended your nursery from 2021 to 2022 then moved to a school abroad. Academically she now excels in English, Maths and Science thanks to excellent grounding at your nursery which inspired a strong interest in reading and mathematics. Numerous drama and theme activities provided superb vocal, vocabulary, physical, group, social and team skills. Super art activities instilled a great interest in drawing, colour mixing, exploration, and art creativity. The staff provided fantastic, regular and specific feedback. It is unusual to see outstanding enthusiasm and engagement from staff in all activities at this nursery, and a pleasure to see employees in any organisation go above and beyond in such a manner. We thank all staff and management for the wonderfully enhancing, confidence building and learning our daughter received for which you deserve credit and acknowledgement.

We've had an amazing experience in the baby room. Our son was a bit slow to settle into the groove of nursery at first but all the staff made such a big effort to make him comfortable and help with his confidence. We've seen such a positive change in him since starting and can't thank the team enough.

Absolutely delighted with the standard of care and level of attentiveness! My son is settling in so well and it is clear that the staff are very well trained and suited to the job of looking after babies and young children. Staff are all very friendly and easy to talk to and it’s a very welcoming space. The app is also really useful.

Our daughter started at Pied Piper Nursery in February 2023. She absolutely loves it and so do we. As a parent, it can be very nerve wracking leaving your baby at nursery to begin with. But the staff at Pied Piper are wonderful. They are so attentive and you can tell they care so much about the children. My daughter jumps for joy when she realises she’s going to nursery, and loves the staff and her new friends. It’s been amazing hearing and seeing how much she has come on and enjoys herself when she’s there. We rest assured knowing she has eaten well, slept, etc via the Famly app too. Thank you all of you in the baby room for the work you have done and continue to do to care for our children.

My daughter started at the nursery over a year ago and she is thriving there. The staff are so caring and friendly, always smiling and full of energy and fun plans for the children. I’m very happy with all the facilities and resources, and they really make an effort to do different activities and adapt the spaces to make it exciting for the children. Thanks so much for all your hard work!

We are new to Pied Piper Nursery and we have been so impressed with the staff, their help with settling our daughter into nursery has been amazing. She has already formed great bonds with her key worker and is having a fantastic time. The nursery has got great resources, play is child-led and lots of outdoor play is promoted. Couldn't ask for more!

We’ve been absolutely delighted with the care our daughter has received at Pied Piper. Very quickly the nursery became a home from home for her, and that’s all thanks to the amazing, caring and creative staff. Our daughter now can’t get out the door quickly enough when we tell her she’s off to nursery that day, and she’s developed great bonds with the staff and other kids. The settling-in process was a tricky one for us as first-time parents but we were supported and reassured at every step, never made to feel dramatic for finding it a daunting prospect. We love the daily updates to hear what the kids have been up to and especially love when we can spot her in the pictures! The garden’s brilliant too, love to see her getting outside. Thanks so much to everyone!

Our little one didn't have any nursery experience until he was 2 and a half years old, and we were a little apprehensive about how he would settle in but he really loves it - and now doesn't look back when we bring him in. The staff at Pied Piper are very supportive and attentive. We receive daily reports/photos so we feel involved in his activities and development as parents. It's very reassuring. They have also been great at helping us through toilet training. The food seems healthy and varied. All round, a great nursery. I would highly recommend.

My son has recently started at Pied Piper and I have been anxious about leaving him for the first time, however, the baby room team have been great at reassuring me by sharing regular updates and photos on the app, and have always responded promptly to my messages. He now seems to have settled in really well and I feel confident that the team will keep in touch when I'm back at work. There seems to be a range of activities every day and my son is really enjoying it. I'm no longer anxious about leaving him!

Our daughter started at Pied Piper Nursery in November when she was 12 months. She settled very quickly and now absolutely loves attending - she can't wait to get there in the morning and doesn't care to say bye to us when we drop her off, she's so keen to get into the room and get going. The food offering seems healthy and varied. We have seen a big jump in her development in the last 3 months which coincides with her time at nursery. She seems to play outside at least once a day. We don't have a garden at home so we are delighted with the focus on outdoor play. The staff are friendly and caring, and we get regular updates on the app throughout the day. Overall we are very happy with the nursery.

Since relocating to Glasgow, re-settling my daughter to a new nursery was at the forefront. The team at Pied Piper Nursery have been superb since her first day with a very nurturing, engaging and attentive setting. The team have all been great and my daughter is very well taken care of, thoroughly engaged and now looks forward to her time at nursery. The team are also great at keeping parents updated on activities, welfare and wellbeing with regular comms, photos and descriptions of the day’s events. The setting is also lovely, with plenty of outdoor time in a great garden, canopy and studio. I’ve yet to consider the new curriculum clubs which seem like a great concept when my daughter is slightly older. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pied Piper to any parent looking for an engaging and nurturing environment for their children.

Our littlun started in January and we've been struck by how bright, kind and welcoming all the staff are. Our boy also settled in quickly and now reaches out for his carers when dropped off more often than not, which is a great sign and a reassuring relief for us. The activities seem good and varied and the food seems to be great too, smells delicious! In an ideal world the nappy-changing could be a bit swifter, but having said that, it's hard to judge it when you're not present. Overall, we're delighted our son's being looked after here.

We moved to Glasgow in August last year and both of my girls love Pied Piper. The staff have all been so lovely and welcoming. We get great updates on the girls and they are so happy to be there and have settled in so well. My youngest now sings about her teachers all the time. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for nursery.

Our son has been at Pied Piper for nearly a year now and he is absolutely thriving. We have been blown away with the level of development he is achieving thanks to the stimulating and supportive environment at the nursery. The staff are friendly and welcoming, are reactive to individual needs and go the extra mile to build real connections with the children. We are so happy with Pied Piper as our nursery.

I am so thankful to the nursery having lost my husband last year due to covid19 my daughter was only 2 years old. I reached out to the Pied Piper, I went to visit, I'm glad I did. As it was out one house to another such a warm welcome my daughter loved it she's now 3 years old in the toddler's group it helped her to heal come out and enjoy herself at the nursery. We couldn't do that alone all thanks to the nursery and each member of staff who's helped and looked after her. The nursery is very flexible and worked around my working hours. My daughter absolutely loves it and now my nephew will be joining soon the nursery as my brother loves all the staff members there. Greetings and warm welcome. Thank you very much again to each everyone for supporting me and my little one who's a Miss Diva.

We have been going to Pied Piper for 7 years now and the wonderful staff there have cared for both of my children from the baby stage, all the way through to preschool. It has been a brilliant place for my kids to grow, learn, flourish and make friends. My kids are very different in nature but the staff have always known how to bring out the best in each of them. As a family, we are going to miss this place a lot when my little one finishes for school, shortly. I couldn't recommend it more.

Pied Piper has a first-class service. The staff are all fantastic and are always welcoming and helpful in any situation. Every single staff member has been top-class and professional. Two of my children attended here; one started in the baby room and one in toddlers and continued throughout their whole nursery life. Pied Piper has made their learning fun and educational. The app they use is fantastic, and we can see pictures of our children throughout their day, which we love! I would recommend Pied Piper to anyone! Thank you to everyone at Pied Piper for making my children's journey through nursery a lovely one! We will miss you dearly now we are off to school!

We are thrilled with the progress of our 11-month-old since being at Pied Piper. The staff are extremely supportive and she gets a warm welcome from every staff member as we arrive, which helps settle her in for the day. We are happy with the updates we receive and the variety of meals she gets. We highly recommend this nursery.
