I have been extremely pleased with the service provided by the crèche over the past year. The staff have been absolutely brilliant, so loving, caring, and attentive to my child's needs. It's been wonderful to see how much he loves going and as a parent, it's such a comfort to know he is always happy and content. The crèche does such a fantastic job in so many small ways that often go unnoticed. From the lovely Mother's Day and Father's Day breakfasts to the thoughtful little touches like tea and coffee for parents, the fundraising for children in need, and the seasonal decorations at the entrance, it all adds up to a warm, welcoming, and thoughtful environment for both children and families. I truly appreciate everything the team does and would highly recommend this crèche to other parents.

Friendly and caring staff who have created a calm environment for young children to flourish and to support their early development. Offered a lot of support to our baby and our family as he settled into nursery. They offer a variety of activities for children to encourage motor skills, and verbal skills and encourage play with other children. We especially love that they take the children out into nature and engage the local community e.g. visits to the local forest and greengrocers.

Sleepy Hollow Crumlin is an amazing branch for childcare. My daughter gets excited to go every week, which makes it easier for myself when going to work. The staff are fantastic! Nothing is ever too much for them. My daughter runs through the door most mornings, but the mornings when she is tearful leaving me, the staff have such a comforting way of encouraging her to come in for fun. The wrap-around program is also extremely helpful, I can drop my daughter to Sleepy Hollow then they will bring her to school and pick her up again! She loves getting on the bus with her friends. Most days she will come home with different arts and crafts which she has completed while being there or will sing me songs they have danced to. I could not think of a better childcare facility for my daughter, I know she is safe, having fun and being well looked after

My son has been in Sleepy Hollow Crumlin branch for 2 years and 5 months. The staff have been so amazing with him. Helping him reach all his milestones / helping teach him and encouraging him every step of the way.

My children both started attending Sleepy Hollow Crumlin last January, after a quick and easy settling-in period, they were more than happy with the transition. Sleepy Hollow has helped them immensely with confidence and social skills and it makes everything so much easier, knowing your kids are happy and well looked after while you are at work. We love the updates and photos and hearing all about their days

My little girl has been going to Sleepy Hollow in Crumlin since she was 10 months old (she's now 2 and a half.) Throughout her time there, I can honestly say I have not had one bad experience. She has progressed through 2 rooms and I find each transition has been handled perfectly, with my child's needs being a priority each time. I find this is a reflection on the staff and the care they provide. When we approach the building each morning she gets excited and shouts out "Yay, daycare!" as she genuinely enjoys being there which makes going to work so much easier knowing my child is in an environment that allows her to thrive.

We started using Sleepy Hollow when our oldest daughter was 9 months old, for any Mum it's a very upsetting experience leaving your baby for the first time but the previous manager put us at ease, she always contacted us if she had any concerns at all so I always felt reassured I would be kept up to date with everything. The app is great but the previous manager also lifted the phone to us, I like that extra personal touch. Our second daughter is now in Sleepy Hollow full-time with the new manager and her team is very approachable, great with the kids and quick to answer any queries we may have. It's very clear the staff all adore children and many of the staff who looked after our first baby in 2019 are still there. Having wraparound childcare is essential when we both work full time and we love that we don't need to move them from Sleepy Hollow. They both love it so much I can't get them to leave at pick-up time, they've made so many lifelong friends. It would be great to have 30 hours free childcare but obviously this is totally out of Sleepy Hollow's hands.

My child has the best time when they attend. With lots of activities planned and arts and crafts, we get to hear plenty of stories of what they have been up to. They like to prioritise outdoor play, which we love. Staff are great, attentive and my child is fond of each and every one. We are kept informed throughout the day, through the app, how our little one is doing. We get an update of food which is served, letting us prepare our own dinners at home around what they have got in nursery. Would highly recommend.

The team at Sleepy Hollow Crumlin is truly exceptional. The care and affection they shower on our son are not just evident, but heartfelt and genuine. The bonds he has formed with certain staff members are nothing short of beautiful. Every day, we receive personalised updates, filled with detailed descriptions and delightful pictures of all the fun activities our son has enjoyed in the morning. As parents juggling work and family, this means the world to us. It makes us feel included in his day and assures us that he is not only happy but thriving in their care. We are truly grateful for the love and attention our son receives at Sleepy Hollow Crumlin.

Great daycare with fantastic staff. Both children have been there since they were babies and receive excellent care. The staff makes it special as they are so friendly and personable. Surrounded by lovely countryside the kids get to enjoy the fresh air.

Amazing nursery, our daughter has been with Sleepy Hollow Early Childhood Centre Crumlin since she was 2 years old. In that time, she has come along leaps and bounds with her development and she loves attending, lots of activities. Highly recommend.

We are so happy with Sleepy Hollow. The staff are amazing and have always treated my son with so much love and care. The manager seems to have a real passion for Early Years Education. Activities are varied, creative and engaging. Communication is excellent. I look forward to updates on the app, messages are really personal and the photos are fab. Booking ad-hoc days is very flexible and straightforward. A great nursery.

Our daughter has been at Sleepy Hollow from May 2023 and she absolutely loves it. Her speech is coming on really well, she knows the actions to certain nursery rhymes and she eats such a wide variety of food. She looks forward to going to nursery and this is all down to the staff and environment they provide.

I have two boys at Sleepy Hollow who have both attended since they were 10 months old. My eldest is awaiting an ASD assessment and isn't fully verbal. The understanding, support and love that has been shown to my son is amazing. He absolutely loves attending Sleepy Hollow each day. My youngest son is thriving and is making progress with his speech and overall development thanks to the dedicated staff who care for him. His daily activities are absolutely fabulous and he has so much fun exploring and learning new things. I can't thank the wonderful staff of Sleepy Hollow enough for taking such good care of my boys when me and their Daddy are at work. It is their home from home and their safe place and we'd be lost without them.

I can't praise the staff enough. My daughter started Sleepy Hollow when she was just 6 months old and the staff have just been amazing. She smiles every day going into creche and doesn't want to leave when I pick her up. The staff are always happy and smiling, it certainly makes it easier for me to go to work knowing my child is having the best day ever. She is exhausted at night time from all the activities and fun she has had all day. It's a fabulous creche and if I could give them a 10-star review I would.

I would recommend Sleepy Hollow as a childcare provider, I feel my son has settled very well and is cared for in a safe environment. The communication through the family app is great and keeps my mind at ease and I love to see the picture updates.

Sleepy Hollow, Crumlin have been amazing with my kids! Nothing is ever too much for them and both my son and daughter love it here. They provide a range of foods and activities for them and always keep you up to date every day sending through some lovely photos.

My little one has been at Sleepy Hollow for five months now, and she loves it. The staff made the transition for her to start nursery seamless. They were so supportive, and my baby just loved being in their company. The staff provide daily updates on activities, food eaten and nappies. When my baby had a small head bump accident, they informed us straight away and kept us updated. When I have asked for changes to be made, like nap schedules or dietary changes, the staff have implemented them immediately and made sure everyone is aware. The staff are one of the best things about Sleepy Hollow, and the reason I’d highly recommend this crèche to friends and family. The facilities are great, but it’s the activities planned that I like the most. Lots of outdoor activities are organised when the weather is good. As well as plenty of creative and sensory-stimulating activities. I feel that my child’s development has improved vastly from attending crèche here.

With my children starting back in a new school year with many settle taking place, Sleepy Hollow was great at understanding and working with me on those settles and picks ups etc, and the children were happy and content and felt very safe when being collected and brought back to Sleepy Hollow. My son was especially excited to get on the bus; this was the highlight of getting dropped off and picked up again. The staff within the room are so caring and attentive to all the children, and this made the transition into school become much more enjoyable for everyone.

My little boy loves attending Sleepy Hollow and will talk about the staff positively even on days he does not attend. The staff are always pleasant towards myself on drop off and pick up and are very quick to reply to messages at any time of day.
