The senior leadership team and all the staff members who have taught my children have always been incredibly supportive and nurturing. I feel genuinely listened to, and it's clear that the teachers know my children very well. They provide thoughtful, individualised support, tailoring their teaching to meet each child's unique learning needs. I have highly recommended this nursery to many parents and they have all been equally impressed and happy with their experience.

Exceptionally caring and developmental nursery. We enrolled our child here having been at another nursery in London last year, and have been so happy with our decision. The staff are extremely dedicated to both caring for the children, and providing a supportive and educational environment.

This Montessori nursery is absolutely wonderful and came highly recommended by a friend. Our daughter, who is quite sensitive and was initially very attached to me, had a slow settling-in process. However, the nursery staff were incredibly supportive throughout, and the teachers were exceptionally kind and helpful. They managed to help our little one feel comfortable, and now she loves both the school and her teachers.She often creates arts and crafts at school and proudly brings them home to show me. The nursery is very creative , educational and caring, offering a forest school once a week where children can explore nature. The nursery is situated in a beautiful location, surrounded by woods, and I'm thrilled that my child gets to experience the outdoors in such a lovely space.All the teachers and management staff are simply amazing. I highly recommend this nursery.

Our daughter has attended Bright Horizons Norfolk Lodge Montessori Day Nursery from age 1. I was apprehensive about sending her so young but over the moon with the nursery facilities and staff. All the staff in the little gems class are wonderful and attentive. We are able to communicate our baby's needs easily and they have been very accommodating with routines, dietary requirements etc. The office staff are also great at communicating and give prompt responses when called or emailed. The building and grounds are beautiful, it really leaves our minds at peace that our little one is somewhere nice during the day. We are sent photos and updates from the class each day so we know how she is doing. I would recommend Norfolk Lodge without hesitation to anyone. Thanks again!

My daughter joined when she was about 18 months and has loved every single day she has been there. All of the teachers are incredible and so are the support staff. She has always been so comfortable and happy and so have we. We had an awful experience with a nursery previous to this one, so it was a lovely change to such a supportive and kind environment.

Norfolk Lodge Nursery is well known to our family having put both our sons into this nursery since they were 10 months old. The staff are excellent, the children are taught to a high standard and most importantly all the children are raised to be happy, confident and independent children. They have excellent outdoor play facilities, and also educate the children on how to be eco-friendly. The manager is excellent and very experienced who is always on hand to offer a listening ear if needed. Right from the first day she knew all of the children’s names, which always impressed us! All the preschool teachers are highly experienced and affable caring teachers. They ensure a healthy mix of indoor and outdoor learning whilst still having immense fun with the children. Our children would always come home smiling and telling us about what they had learnt or done in the school day. I have no hesitation in recommending this nursery to anyone who is looking for an excellent nursery.

Since my eldest joined the nursery in 2022, we have witnessed remarkable growth and positive changes. Not only have they become more confident, but there has also been a noticeable improvement in the academic side of their learning. The same can be said for my youngest, who only started last year. They are both becoming very confident and really enjoy going to nursery. The team have played an important part in creating a nurturing environment that encourages learning and development. It's evident that they go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience for everyone.

My baby has been attending this nursery since September, he has learnt so much already. I'm excited to see what he learns in the future here. He has bonded well with all staff in the baby room and his key person. He is very happy to go to them in the morning at drop-off. The staff are friendly and update me about his day regularly using the app.

My first child has done brilliantly here. They really prepared him for reception. The care the staff give is second to none. At times I felt like they knew him better than I did. The wholehearted investment that they put into the children is reflected in the children’s happiness. My second child now goes to Norfolk Lodge and I couldn’t be happier. It’s a very well-run nursery and there aren’t enough words to express just how awesome the staff are.

My son joined the nursery just after he turned 1 year old. He settled in with ease, from the support, patience, and care provided by the wonderful teachers all across the nursery. My son is now in the preschool class and is continuing to grow, develop and strive in all areas of learning. He has grown confident and independent thanks to the hard work of his key worker and all the teachers who look after him. I receive regular daily feedback from the teachers as to how he has been throughout the day, and they are always available to chat during morning drop-offs. The vast outdoor space (main garden, courts and the woodlands) is what made my decision to send my son to this nursery easy, he is able to spend a lot of time in the outdoor area, as well as experience the fun of being outside in all weather conditions. This is evident when his clothes are covered in mud. My son looks forward to going to nursery to see his friends and teachers.

My daughter and son have attended Norfolk Lodge and they have loved it. My son walks into his class happily every morning and talks all the time about his teachers at home. The level of care is excellent!

Norfolk Lodge is an outstanding nursery. My daughter has been here for 3 years and has absolutely flourished. All the staff are warm, friendly and nurturing. Staff take the time to get to know all the children and their interests and encourage their development and curiosity. The facilities are excellent, with lots of outdoor play, and the menu and food are carefully thought-through and nutritious.

My eldest started here aged 1 in 2018 and my youngest joined in 2021. We have had a positive experience in all classes, each member of staff has been supportive and kind and my children have been very happy. They have become independent, confident children and have learnt so many new skills. The outdoor space is like nothing else in the area - they have so many opportunities to discover new things and play. The food (cooked by a lovely chef onsite) is excellent too.

After 2 years, our twins have just left Norfolk Lodge, more than ready and prepared for big school. They had the most fantastic experience at Norfolk Lodge. The staff are so caring and welcoming, and simply couldn't do enough for the twins. From the first time we met a teacher on the tour, we knew this was a special nursery. She is an amazing and kind-hearted teacher and the twins simply loved being in her class with her. From the first day of settling in as 3 year olds to leaving as nearly 5 year olds, the twins have loved every minute of being at nursery and have learnt so much, including their numbers up to 20, writing their own name and developing a thirst for learning which is nurtured and encouraged by all the different activities such as learning about Diwali, Chinese New Year or science as planned by the teachers. The nursey has amazing outdoor grounds (woodlands, playground and courts), clean facilities, good food choices! Highly recommended!

The nursery has been amazing. We've had both of our boys in (one is finished, the other still in) - we couldn't ask for more. The staff are warm and caring, but also push the development of the children. There is a great amount of space and substantial outside time to explore.

The nursery is incredible, which is all thanks to the amazing staff and brilliant facilities. The garden is huge and there's a lot of outdoor play. My daughter is so happy there and I thoroughly recommend it.

All the staff go beyond their realms of duty. There is something very special about this nursery. My daughter has progressed and going from an anxious child she is now one of the most confident. I can’t fault this nursery, they are amazing.

Norfolk Lodge is a brilliant nursery. I sent my daughter there for 3 years and my son has been attending from the age of 11 months old. The staff are really caring and engaged with the children. Both my son and daughter settled in very quickly and my son often doesn't want to leave. My daughter was quite shy initially but gained a lot of confidence here and looks back at her time at Norfolk Lodge fondly. The activities and outdoor space is amazing. The classrooms are always clean and filled with attractive activities for the children. I plan to send my third child to Norfolk Lodge as we have had such a wonderful experience. Really highly recommend it.

Norfolk Lodge is an incredible nursery that I cannot rate highly enough. Their care for the children is second to none and the activities they do with the children give them the best start in life. The classrooms are fantastic and the outdoor space is incredible. My son struggled with separation anxiety and they were so nurturing and now he absolutely loves going to nursery, running in without looking back. I cannot recommend this nursery enough!

I signed up my little one here after the amazing reviews I had heard but soon after I decided to change nursery. The nursery's outdoor is really good but the building was a bit outdated. In the beginning, we felt that it was a nice place for our kid. However, it should be noted that they have a window of 15 minutes for pick-ups and drop-offs and if you are one minute late they have a go at you or hand over the kid without even telling you whether he has even eaten or slept all day. The breakfast club and the after four activities are charged extra and they combine all the classes together. Also, they never used to inform parents of any contagious sicknesses so my little one for the short time that stayed there was constantly sick. Worst of all is that they do some type of time out like a naughty step and when I raised it they denied it when it was obviously happening as my little one was coming home and was putting me to do time out after the nursery and many parents confirmed it.
