Amazing nursery, really looks after the kids and makes sure they are well cared for. Always comes up with great games and activities and my son comes home very happy. He loves his caregivers and is happy to go to nursery every day. I'm very happy and content with the service they provide.

My experience was good. We were a little concerned when there had been a big turnover of teachers and managers but new teachers and new managers are great. There has also been improvement of furniture and outside space.

Lovely, welcoming nursery, made my child feel welcomed, and they have settled in very well. Staff are engaged and children are reviewed regularly. Great communication, and they cater to our child's diet happily. Not a large nursery which is nice. Would recommend.

Since the recent change of management, we feel more confident in the structure and level of attention shown by the centre director and senior staff. This is reassuring knowing that the current management cares and takes responsibility for ensuring all involved (staff and parents/guardians and carers) feel safe and create an environment which our child loves to attend daily to learn new things and make friends and have fun.

Busy Bee at Watford General Hospital has exceeded my expectations since the beginning. The atmosphere is joyful, and I have observed significant happiness among the children daily. My daughter has developed many essential skills and has gained confidence and social manners during her time at the nursery. The variety of outdoor activities available has been beneficial for her enjoyment and development. The educators provided an extensive range of engaging activities and teaching methods. Additionally, the quality of food has been commendable, with the chef preparing tailored meals onsite including allergen-free and plant-based options. I appreciated the prompt updates via apps. The classrooms maintain a clean and organised environment. I have confidently recommended this nursery to many other parents.

Busy Bees is Watford is a brilliant nursery! My kids love going there and you can see them learning new skills week by week. I feel the leadership is very good and the team seems happy to work in the nursery. Last year, the nursery was struggling due to multiple changes of management and as a parent I was getting very concerned, however since the new management is in place the nursery has flourished!

They have been very good in taking care of my child. He has been developing massively ever since he went to Busy Bees Watford. Would definitely recommend and would be my go-to nursery if I have another little one.

My little girl has been attending since she was 13 months and development has been well supported I always feel well informed and the staff are just brilliant. They do lots of engaging activities there for the children which supports their growth and development. Always seems well-fed from the dedicated chef!

I am extremely satisfied with Busy Bees. My son had a very hard time to settle as he never spent time away from me. The staff were very accommodating and did everything to make his setting easier. Nothing was too much for them, and they were always very reassuring. Every time I pick him up, I always have a full handover. Also, they have a great app where I can see during the day what he's been up to, how much he ate, slept, etc. Overall, I am very happy with Busy Bees and wouldn't choose any other nursery for him.

The nursery is located between the hospital and the football club, hence space is limited, but I recognise the effort of staff to make it as welcoming as possible for kids and parents. I like it is a nut-free environment. I like the fact it's a multicultural nursery with diverse staff and diverse kids in it. I think this will be a positive growth factor for my son, and I am really happy he is enjoying the time he spent in the nursery. I would recommend the nursery to other parents.

My daughter is been in this nursery since 2022, and I have to say that since the manager now came into the nursery I give her 10 out of 10 for everything. Everything has improved so much since 2022 for the best, and the kids and the parents are very happy.

We have been using the nursery since January 2023, and the staff have always been very reassuring and kind. They have always greeted us at the door with a smile and given a detailed briefing at pickup. I greatly appreciate the care that they take with our child, they communicate development very quickly and map out learning milestones very well. I also enjoy the snapshots we get of our child interacting with others and playing independently. I am so grateful to the Busy Bees team for the impact they have had on my child's socialisation skills, thank you so much!

My daughter has been at the nursery since she was 10 months old, and she is now 2 years old and 8 months old. I thoroughly recommend the nursery, and the staff here are so lovely and helpful! My daughter adores it, and as I work in the hospital, I do too, as it's so easy to drop her off/pick her up and reassuring knowing she's having a lovely time while I'm at work. She loves the activities and the meals, and the staff are so sweet with her. She's had Senco assistance, and the nursery has been so supportive and wonderful in aiding her with her speech development and keeping us updated on her improvement. You can really tell that they love and care for the kids here, I couldn't recommend them enough!

Busy Bees Watford is honestly a fantastic nursery! My children have flourished here. It's an incredible environment that allows children to flourish, be happy and reach their potential. They plan a variety of activities, and an array of foods to excite their young developing food palates, and more importantly, ensure a safe environment. Being in a busy job, I feel so at ease that my children are always so happy, clean and interactive with the other children and members of staff. My children warm to everyone including the fantastic chef! The centre director is a champion! She has created a safe, fun and civilised environment. The centre director and the staff are genuinely lovely people who care about the well-being of the children. They cater to every child and the parents. We are honestly so impressed. If you are considering this nursery honestly don't look any further, you will not be disappointed!

The staff are always friendly; they take amazing care of my daughter, who loves to go to nursery and take part in the activities. The snapshots they send throughout the month are always a fun insight and they are great. The rooms and outside area are full of differing activities that my daughter loves and takes great pleasure in showing me during parents' evening.

The nursery is a great place for my child. She enjoys being there and is always very happy. The staff are always supportive and keep us parents updated on everything. It's a positive atmosphere for kids, which is really important.

I am very pleased with the care and cooperation of the educators. The carers have great contact with children and an individual approach. My son goes to the nursery willingly and acquires many new skills. The Busy Bees Nursery is a really great place for a toddler.

We couldn't be happier with Busy Bees, it was definitely one of the best decisions we have made. We feel confident that our daughter has been given the best possible start to her life and that the education she has received at Busy Bees will assist her in her future.

Busy Bees Watford Hospital is the best nursery ever! My daughter settled in so quickly, it's unbelievable! The staff members always ask about my daughter and if we did anything nice in the evening so that they can make activities based on that. At the end of the day, they always give me feedback so I'm at ease knowing that my daughter had a great day at the nursery. Oh, and the chef is amazing as my daughter eats it all and then asks me to make the same food at home! The manager always greets us with a smile and asks us how we are doing! Best nursery ever!

My daughter enjoys her time in the nursery. She always is happy and smiling when I drop her off and pick her up. They have a broad range of engaging activities. All the staff is caring and helpful. Very pleased with their service so far.
