View Full Details of The Right Track NurseryMy son has attended The Right Track Nursery for 3.5 years and we have nothing but praise for the staff who have worked so hard to ensure he is well looked after and happy during his time there. They are kind, caring and attentive. Curriculum activities are well planned out and circulated to parents in advance for comment. Updates on activities and progress are sent on a regular basis which is reassuring. They often take the children out in nature and to the library, shops, train rides etc to get real-life experiences. Food has always been home-cooked and healthy. Just recently the staff have been preparing my son for his transition to school which is always a daunting time for any child. They have also encouraged friendships with peers which is lovely to see. We would highly recommend this nursery.
The standard really is not good enough. The turnover in staff was extremely high. My child attended from 6 months - May 2024. There were numerous occasions when my child was not adequately looked after, but I tried to work with staff and not be a high-maintenance first-time mum. They could not get her to sleep, but she was a good sleeper. On pickup, we were often told she'd barely slept (at home 3-4 hours). For context in her first three hours of settling-in session at her new nursery, she slept for a full hour. The final straw - a hot day in May, on arrival I thought she was crying. However it was because sun lotion had been applied so poorly, it was irritating her eyes so much tears were streaming down her face. I was shocked by her appearance, so quickly got her home and in the bath. Once in the bath she was limp, shivering and hot, she had heatstroke. Unforgivable. I have never left a review in my life, but I feel this is important for potential parents and also for the nursery to get better urgently.
Wonderful nursery that offers a great variety of activities for the children. The staff are absolutely lovely and my child is very happy to be under their care. I always get an update on my child’s day in great detail which gives me comfort and confidence of his time in The Right Track nursery.
We are very grateful for the genuine love and care shown by the staff at The Right Track Nursery who look after our two children. We are confident that they are in safe, caring hands. Most recently staff supported us when potty training our toddler, leading to a really positive potty training experience. The staff are very accommodating to changes in routine, supporting us and our little ones as and when things change. We really enjoy the regular updates and photos on the App, which as well as reassuring us, help to keep us connected to what activities they are doing. Staff always have a smile on their face, and are always willing to go the extra mile to help. We are happy to recommend the Right Track to all those looking for a smaller, family-style nursery setting.
Our son has been at The Right Track for nine months and we have nothing but praise for this nursery. It is a home from home for him and a place where we know he is cared for and encouraged to socialise and partake in a wealth of stimulating activities. It is small but well-managed and incredible value for money. Every effort was made from the outset to help with settling in, and staff have been uniformly brilliant since. All enquiries, dietary requirements, feedback sharing, etc have always been dealt with scrupulously and professionally, everyone is so friendly and we are just delighted with the place.
We can’t praise the Right Track enough for all the help and support they’ve offered our daughter. The staff are amazing and they go above and beyond to make sure every child is having the best nursery experience possible.
The team at the nursery are brilliant. Our son loves his days here. He is such a confident boy and I put this down to the nursery. They were brilliant through Covid and continue to be. We will be sad when our son leaves for school.
We love The Right Track! Both of my boys have attended: from age 2 until 4.5 and from age 1until now (age 3). My eldest chose it really as it was the only nursery that he interacted with when we did visits - that sealed it for me! Everyone who works there is so kind and friendly and go out of their way to make your child feel at home. Both of mine struggle with change and so have needed extra settling in sessions, but the manager and the team have worked with us to make sure the boys were happy and have recently gone above and beyond helping my youngest to settle back in after lockdown. They have been so patient and flexible, allowing him time and space; he is now so excited to go and comes out full of chatter of what he has been up to. I love that it is a small setting as it gives a real family atmosphere, and you feel like the staff all really care for your child as much as you do.
I have found the staff to be very kind and caring for my child. They have also shown an interest in exploring other cultures including our families which is a great start. The only negative I would mention is that the online app is not always filled out/updated correctly and my daughters eating habits are something I like to keep on top of.
The Right Track Nursery are a lovely nursery, the staff are really caring and my daughter has a great time every day. They actively encourage her learning through varied activities and understand her as an individual. I always look forward to the updates throughout the day on what she has been up to. I would definitely recommend.
Excellent nursery with lovely staff. Our 14-month-old daughter has a great time taking part in a range of activities. The food is balanced and varied and updates from the parents' app are useful and reassuring as a fairly new parent.
After looking round a number of nurseries in the local area, The Right Track is by far the best and was the place that my little boy was happiest playing when we looked round. From the induction forward, all the staff have been so friendly and made us feel so welcome, it’s a pleasure to see everyone on a Monday morning. The care and attention that the children receive is outstanding and the effort that the staff put into the work they do with the children goes beyond any expectation I had of a nursery. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the staff and management for their continued support in making The Right Track the perfect place for all the children to develop and play.
Unbelievably brilliant nursery. I’m so glad that we chose to send our daughter here. It has a wonderful home from home feeling, every member of staff is exceptional at their job and the children are always put first. The management team are extremely rigorous in their staff recruitment and the team are always coming up with ideas to enhance the nursery. For example, their transformation of the garden earlier in the year, providing exciting new areas of play, from climbing to imaginary play using lots of different materials. The nursery communicates so well and keeps parents updated and informed, as well as providing opportunities to meet more informally as a community, such as a summer picnic. The best bit for me is that my daughter wants to go into the nursery, in fact, she runs in and tends to forget to say goodbye. It gives us such peace of mind that she’s being cared for so well and enjoying herself. Thanks so much guys. We are grateful for everything you do.
My daughter joined the nursery at 10 months old and at 2 years, she is now moving into the toddler room and she still absolutely loves it. When visiting local nurseries I instantly fell for the Right Track. The fact that it is slightly smaller than the others only works in its favour. I can leave my daughter feeling confident that all the staff know her and will give her their time. It is easy to see the staff love what they do and put their all into making a lovely environment for the kids. I think my daughter's development can be put partly down to the Right Tracks attentiveness and all the activities they do (that I wouldn't be brave enough to do at home.) The parents' app is brilliant at updating me on her day too and I look forward to the photos. The only problem is getting her to leave at the end of the day.
As a family, we love The Right Track. Our daughter settled in so quickly and that was thanks to the staff being so welcoming and understanding. Going back to work after maternity leave is tough but I knew she was in safe hands.
After visiting ten nurseries, we were in no doubt that The Right Track Nursery was the best fit for us. The staff are all so lovely and have a real passion for childcare. It’s a small set up which I think helps the children feel secure and happy. My little girl was quite shy and clingy before she started but now has so much confidence and I honestly believe the nursery has played a big part. I would recommend this nursery to everyone.
Both of my children have attended the Right Track nursery from 9 months and 12 months old and we have been so happy with every single aspect of the service provided. The staff are absolutely amazing and the facilities ensure that the kids have more than enough activities to ensure their continuing development. We would 100% recommend Right Track to other parents.
Our daughter attended The Right Track from just after her first birthday until the age of three and a half. I cannot praise this setting more highly. We have always felt so confident in all members of staff. There was never a day that she didn't want to go in and she always came home with news of the exciting things she'd done that day. As parents, we were kept up to date with her day through detailed daily overviews via an app, as well as staff taking time to talk through her day when picking up and also parents evenings. The nursery is smaller than the average but this means the children aren't lost in a sea of other children and the care feels so much more personal. When invited to events at the nursery, it was evident that the children were all happy, well cared for as well as learning lots.
Our son has been at The Right Track for 6 months now (he was almost 3 when he started there) and we couldn't be happier. The staff are amazing; they are engaging, happy, so caring, the children adore them and they know each child so well. The manager is outstanding, she is open and approachable and does a fabulous job. We love that the nursery is small and our son mixes with children of all ages, not just his own. Our son loves nursery and all of the activities. He has become so much more confident and all his skills have improved no end. Cannot praise our nursery enough!
My daughter started here when she was 9 months old and I am so sad to be taking her out now at age 2 due to moving house. The staff here are wonderful and my daughter loves going to nursery. When she joined she was so little and would only ever sleep on my chest, so I was really worried about her being left to cry and getting overtired. This didn’t happen - her key worker rocked her to sleep for her naps at first, and slowly got her used to sleeping on her own. She recently moved from the baby room to the toddler room, and again I was worried about this transition as she is so attached to her key worker. We had no problems. As it’s a small setting my daughter already knew all the staff so I don’t think she even noticed the move! You get frequent updates throughout the day on what your child is doing and eating via an app. I love this- it keeps me connected while I’m at work. Thank you to all the staff at The Right Track Nursery for providing such a safe and happy environment.
