My daughter has been going to this nursery since she was 1, mostly full days. She'll be turning 4 this April and I could see how this has shaped her character and growth. Being an introvert myself and most of our family members, I see my daughter to be very social, could express herself, connect and communicate very well. Also, she has learnt many things from the nursery about emotions, arts, team games, different cultural celebrations, environment, planting seeds and many more. She's been talking about her exciting nursery times at home and I could see the bonding that she has developed with most staff in the nursery. I'd like to thank all the staff in the nursery who supported and are supporting my daughter's EYFS journey from Chestnut all the way through Willow room for the massive contribution to building her confidence, working through her different skills. And massive thank you to Kealey for being the front door to the team and responding promptly to all the parent queries.

I started sending my child to West Drayton Day Nursery from January 2025 for 15 hours a week, since, the beginning of this term unlike last term, where my child struggled a bit longer to settle in, is now enjoying a lot in the nursery and become very enthusiastic to go there. My child's communication skills are improving a lot, along with all other learning skills. The staff are really supportive, caring and safeguarding oriented.

Amazing nursery! As soon as I walked into the setting I noticed how calm and inviting it was. The manager and deputy manager were very welcoming and answered all questions. The staff within the rooms show they have good knowledge and work well to meet the children's next steps. Highly recommend this nursery!

My son started 15 hours in April 2023 when he was 2 years and 3 months old. I was not feeling very confident that was the right moment to send him to nursery. But since day one, he loved the experience! He was ready to go. The team was always very supportive with him and with me answering my messages and requests straight away. He always asks to go to nursery when away on holiday. I couldn't be more glad than I am with his development and the importance of the nursery team on that. He will leave the nursery next September to start Reception and I am pretty sure we both will miss the team very much.

My son has been at the nursery since November 2024 (11 months old) and we have had a wonderful experience. He has grown so well since joining, more social and eats more, started walking etc. The staff are lovely and we get updates throughout the day on what he's up to which is really wonderful. He gets up to lots of activities and learning.

I can't recommend the nursery highly enough. From day one the team have been more than welcoming to both my children, with my older one now in school having been at the nursery for 5 years. Currently, my younger son goes to the nursery and all the staff are very warm, extremely friendly, patient and accommodating. It is really lovely to see him developing every day with all the fun and diverse activities that they do. Communication and facilities are excellent, with updates being provided on the app throughout the day. Even though we have moved out of the west Drayton, I would never dream of moving my son elsewhere as I know he's well taken care of! The support and care the nursery has provided over the years is immeasurable.

My daughter has been attending Grandir West Drayton since she was 1 year and 10 months and now she is 3 and enjoys being there! The nursery is a lovely environment and the staff are very welcoming and caring towards my daughter. I could not ask for a better place to send my daughter. The management have also been very welcoming and are always there to help when I have any questions. I always get updates daily and sent photos of my daughter playing which makes me happy. She has bonded well with the staff and the children, that she even talks about them at home! Really recommend sending your child to this nursery. 10/10. A wonderful nursery with caring staff who provide excellent support. Our child has learned so much and grown in confidence. We're grateful for their nurturing environment and the positive impact on her development. Highly recommended!

Staff are very helpful and they are keeping me updated with everything by app or even by phone! Thank you so much for supporting my son in his development and hopefully as soon he will be transitioning to the next group he will be in good hands like here! Really appreciated!

My daughter has thrived at this nursery, we moved from a great setting when we relocated to the area and were nervous about finding a good nursery, but West Drayton Day Nursery was the best choice we made. My daughter has gained so much confidence since being here and become such a social butterfly, which I never would have expected before. Want to mention the fabulous staff. These ladies are so amazing, nothing is ever too much trouble. All the staff greet the kids with a smile and whenever you raise concerns they are dealt with immediately. The only critique I have is that some of the indoor resources could be better, but the staff are very resourceful with what they have, creating fun tasks and experiences for the children, as well as using the garden and taking the children out for local trips. My daughter can't wait for school and is so prepared thanks to this nursery. She will really miss it here, thank you so much.

Both of my children came here for nursery and the team looked after them both and bonded with them. They kept them entertained, helped to instil good behaviour and helped them to reach their milestones. Everyone who works there has a big heart and they clearly love the children who they get to know over many years. Thank you for everything.

My child has been well-supported and loves the teachers in her class. She has thrived and enjoys taking part in all of the activities. We particularly like the messages and pictures to see what our child is up to, and they are very understanding and thorough in response to any concerns we have when our child is having challenging days at home, and when she returns home after nursery, she has always recovered from any earlier upsets with us at home! And they are very honest about whether she gets upset and why. Their record keeping and courtesy calls to keep us informed are also very helpful and feel organised. Overall they are an outstanding team. Office managers, room leaders and teachers, and the kitchen staff are all warm and lovely to all of us. A very happy experience.

My daughter has been in this nursery since she was one and a half years old. She has been progressing and learning so much from this nursery. She loves it so much that we still keep her in this nursery even though we moved out of the West Drayton area. I am glad I chose this nursery and would like to say thank you to all the teachers for being so professional and amazing.

My two youngest children attend the Nursery and I couldn't be happier with how they are cared for. The staff are amazing - friendly, transparent and have great relationships with the children. I love that I can see what they have done through the app which they regularly update and upload pictures to! I would recommend this nursery to anyone and I always bang on about how grateful I am that my babies have a place there.

First the staff, they are friendly and welcoming that was the first impression I received from them. They are good with the children and all the children receive the same attention from their teacher. Well organised and communicate effectively when needed. My child has been happier attending there.

My little one has been here since June 2022 (10 months old) and has thrived, shes loves it all the staff and has made some really lovely friends along the way. Always happy to go in when I drop her off and tell me about her day when I pick her up, they go above and beyond here and I will always recommend them to anyone looking for a nursery in the area. I never have to worry about the food as it's always fresh and cooked on site and she's always learning something new. One very happy mum.

This is really a very nice daycare. The staff are all very friendly and cooperative. I am happy with the activities and the learning. My kid has been looked after nicely here. I recommend this nursery to others.

Really helpful and welcoming staff. My daughter got settled very well after a few days. Absolutely loves all of her carers, happy to come to nursery every day and leaves still giggling. The nursery provides a nutritious well-balanced diet and she eats a variety of meals throughout the day. She receives great attention, both in group and at individual playtime, improved her social skills and her development has skyrocketed since she joined a couple of months ago.

Both of my kids go to West Drayton Day Nursery and really enjoy it. As a mum, you feel guilty about sending them to nursery for a long day but I can see that the staff really care about my kids and have built bonds with both of them. You can keep up to date on the app and particularly when I want to find out how my youngest is doing the staff are always very responsive in providing updates. I have had no issues with any of the staff over the past 2-3 years and I can't thank them enough for taking good care of my children.
