We can not fault the care shown at this nursery to help our child develop. They have been with them since just before turning one and are now in the pre-school class. The activities are carefully thought through and they take on board the current interests of the children to make their learning experience more fun and relevant. Our second will be joining soon - we wouldn't have chosen anywhere else.

Both our children currently attend Bright Horizons and both are very happy there and look forward to their nursery days. The staff are always professional and caring and they are well supported and nurtured. We have been very happy with the facilities and learning programme and the regular photos and updates uploaded onto the app are a really good feature. We would have no hesitation in recommending the nursery.

This nursery is lovely! The staff are very professional, whilst being friendly and approachable. My granddaughter is really happy here - which is the most important thing. The staff are very caring and nothing is too much trouble.

All of the staff at Bright Horizons Dorking Day Nursery and Preschool are so kind and so friendly. My daughter really loves her nursery teachers. They are very supportive when the children struggle to say goodbye to parents in the morning, which is a comfort to everyone! I love the fact that all the staff know all the children, including the nursery manager, it feels like they are all really invested in the children's care. The range of activities they do with the children is fantastic and the outdoor space is lovely.

Great nursery - really caring staff that have helped my daughter adjust beautifully! Also love the meal varieties and the app as well. Photos are frequently posted giving you peace of mind as a parent during the day.

My child has thrived at Bright Horizons Dorking Day Nursery and Preschool. She has developed so well socially, as well as from an educational perspective. The staff are fantastic and very supportive. They put on a range of interesting and fun tasks to keep the children entertained and engaged while they learn.

My granddaughter is so happy here. Comes in happily each day. She has grown in confidence and independence. The staff really understand her likes and needs. She loves playing in the garden and this happens frequently.

We are happy to have such wonderful and caring staff looking after our child. Fun and educational activities are arranged throughout the day and there is plenty of space for the children to play in. We are kept updated with all that has gone on during the day via the app and at pick up, including reports on their developmental progress.

Both my daughters have attended Bright Horizons Dorking Day Nursery and Preschool and I have always felt confident leaving them in the capable hands of the caring and attentive staff. There have been a few changes over the last year with respect to staff but this has been managed professionally and with the children in mind. My daughter has always loved going and there are always creative learning activities as well as lots of outdoor time. The app is great for communication and keeping up with her activities and development. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to other parents.

Lots of lovely staff members who seem genuinely interested in the children and their families. My child seems to come home having had a fun day, playing with the friends they've made there and learning new things. Lovely learning experiences for my child, doing things she wouldn't ordinarily do at home which is what makes it fun and exciting. Children are encouraged to eat a good range of food throughout the day. Good communication through the use of the app to inform us about our child's day.

My son really enjoys going to nursery. He’s currently moving rooms from babies to the 2-3s room, the process has been really great with settling in sessions and communication from the key workers. My son has enjoyed the babies room (started when he was 10 months) and his key worker is amazing, so caring and he gets so excited to see her. The app is great for tracking what my son has been up to, I can see meals, nappy changes etc. At pick-up, his key worker has time to talk with me about his day and what he’s been up to. I'm very happy with the nursery and I highly recommend to others.

My 2 1/2year old has been attending since she was 18 months old and absolutely loves coming to nursery she is always talking about the staff in the nursery and always has a good day. The staff have been amazing and very supportive with potty training and getting rid of her dummy. The app the nursery has is great, photos of her day are uploaded throughout the day and we can see how long she has slept and what/how much food she has eaten, you also get to see the progress of their development through the app by being able to look at observations and reports. Management are able to be contacted easily through the app and is great at adding my child in for an extra session if I need extra childcare. The staff care for my child is amazing and I know she is well looked after and loved at the nursery which has made me as a first-time mum feel very happy and confident dropping her off every week without any worries.

My son absolutely loves going to nursery. He is in the baby room and his key worker is amazing. She is so caring and he gets so excited to see her. At the end of every day, his key worker has time to talk with me about his day and how he got in. I'm very happy with my nursery choice and would recommend Bright Horizons to other parents.

Our two little boys are very happy here. The staff know them well and help them with their development. Transitions between rooms are well planned with settling-in sessions planned gradually to help them get used to the new room and staff. The staff are always engaged and friendly and keen to hear/share updates about my children. Communication is good via the app. It's really nice to see pictures of what they've been doing each day, to be able to talk to them about at home.

Our experience of this nursery has been a very positive one. Our child has honestly learned so much in the short time he has been here and his confidence amazes me every day. From day one in the baby room he was well cared for and formed a bond with a couple of the girls. He still gets to see one of them most days as they mix the children and let them explore different rooms which I believe has done wonders for my child’s socialisation and confidence around others. It’s also nice they don’t just stare at the same four walls every day! The transition to toddlers was seamless as he was already familiar with the staff (his new key worker is brilliant and very informative on handover), children and the room, which was such a relief to us. Now the weather is getting nicer he is spending more time outside. I find that he eats well here around the other children and naps well too. He leans into the staff as I hand him over when I drop him off and for me, that tells me everything I need to know.

A friendly, happy and welcoming nursery, where the staff genuinely care for my children. The staff supported us through the initial nervousness of starting, for each of my children and they now bound their way in to start their days. The parent app provides useful updates about nappy changes and what has or hasn't been eaten, alongside pictures of what my children are doing. I highly recommend Bright Horizons, Dorking for all ages.

We are so pleased that we decided to send our daughter to Bright Horizons in Dorking. The staff are amazing and give us so much reassurance that our daughter is receiving amazing care each time she attends. They are always there to chat and respond to any queries we may have. Our daughter loves going to nursery and she has grown in so many aspects. Her communication and social skills in particular have exceeded our expectations and we put that down to the fantastic experiences she has at nursery.

Very caring and interested staff, such imaginative and varied activities with lovely resources. The new app is great. Lots of photos and enjoying the new progress update function. Both children are very happy here and well cared for.

A team of caring, nurturing and hardworking women who go above and beyond to make our son feel safe, listened to and above all have fun. The nursery is spotlessly clean and the facilities are brilliant. He comes home having learned new skills and telling stories of the fun and engaging activities that they do each day. Especially given the hard year everyone’s had, I have to hold my hat off to the whole team and their dedication, in looking after the children so well. I hope this nursery and the wonderful staff, especially the head, gets the recognition it deserves.
