Following a bad experience at another nursery, I enrolled my son at Kiddi Caru Soundwell and have not looked back. The staff make a conscious effort to get to know all of the children they work with and take particular interest in their development. They are more than happy to take and collaborate on any wants and needs I request and are incredibly helpful for advising any 'next steps' for my boy. Although unable to talk yet, my boy comes home evidently buzzing every day (and occasionally covered in the evidence of how much of a good day he has had). Additionally, meals are varied and nutritious (a weening menu is also available). Overall Kiddi Caru Soundwell is warm and welcoming for children and adults alike.

All the staff are lovely and welcoming to both of my children at Kiddi Caru. The team go above and beyond to suit the needs to each child. With a lovely environment for the children to learn and play.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough. My child had gone to a previous nursery before this one but did not settle and was really unhappy there. I was recommended this nursery and my child has never been happier. She has made great relationships with the staff and they are all so friendly and welcoming. I think the manager is fantastic and I have seen how much the children of all different age groups run up to her and give her hugs with excitement. Every day there are different activities set up in the room for the children to explore and there are always staff interacting with the children. Each age group have their own garden with a good amount of space. Overall, a great nursery run by great management/staff.

We rate Soundwell very highly. The staff are always cheery and friendly and feedback well on the app. Both our children absolutely love coming to nursery. We feel they are in safe hands, and they look forward to going.

This is an amazing nursery, I've trusted them with two of my children and would send every child I had to them, the manager and her team are truly amazing. Both my children have loved every part of being here.

We love Kiddi Caru Day Nursery and Preschool Soundwell. My little one has thrived there. The staff are very friendly, easy to communicate with, and caring, and I never feel rushed with pick-ups/drop-offs. The manager is brilliant, very responsive and helpful and I feel supported when looking for advice or making decisions about childcare. There is a free-flow system outdoors (weather permitting) which my girl loves. The menu is varied and all meals/nappy changes/meds are logged on the app. Sometimes I wish more photos were uploaded but I understand they need to be checked first and also there are many children!

My child loves going to the nursery. All the staff is always great. Actually, I love going to the nursery as well. The nursery is clean and there are a lot of toys but again the masterpiece is the staff. Thanks a lot.

The staff kept me up to date fully with my son's progress. Excellent handovers daily and the staff always so kind and friendly. My son was happy to be there where he struggled in his previous nursery daily so it was a relief I could leave him and go to work with the worry if he was happy.

In the first days of the nursery, my child did not enjoy going because he did not know the environment, but after the commitment of the staff and the activities, he felt good, and is more interested in things, like singing, painting, trying to spell numbers and the alphabet.

Both of my daughters attend Mama Bears, Pembroke Road and are very happy there. Both have advanced significantly with speech and language and really enjoy the setting. Moreover, the nursery has been extremely supportive of the whole family since my eldest was diagnosed with Stage 4 Cancer in August 2021. The care and support has exceeded expectations and is very much appreciated at a very challenging time. I'd highly recommend to friends and family. We're very grateful to all the staff for their dedication to the children

There isn't anywhere else that I would trust to take care of and support my child. My child started at the setting last year, she has additional needs. The nursery has been extremely supportive, patient and professional, helping my child within the setting. My child has strong bonds with many staff members, she is non-verbal, but when I mention that she is going to nursery she becomes so excited! I think that speaks volumes! As a parent of not only a child but a child with additional needs, it's extremely challenging and the staff at the nursery are always going the extra mile to support us both! I would highly recommend this nursery to anybody and I have done in the past. Thank you all! Keep up your amazing work.

The staff at the nursery are so attentive and caring. My boys struggle with new people and the girls are so lovely in supporting them. The manager is amazing and always available to help! Feel very lucky to have my boys attend this Mama Bears.

The nursery itself is in the perfect location, friendly and safe. All the staff are very kind, friendly and welcoming. My child loves it there, she absolutely adores nursery and has learnt so much since starting there.

My child has been attending Mama Bear's since August 2020 and within that time he has come on so much the difference is staggering. I was unsure if the a nursery setting was the best place for me to send him during the pandemic but I can honestly say its the best thing we could have done for him. His speech and social skills are developing nicely and we are able to keep track of his day using the parents app. My son loves nursery, always runs in smiling ready to start his day. I highly recommend the team at Mama Bear's, Soundwell.

Mama Bear's, Soundwell is a wonderful nursery. The staff are so caring and are fantastic at what they do. This is the second time I have used Mama Bear's, Soundwell for both my daughters and wouldn't think about sending my children anywhere else. Best nursery around without question.

Mama Bear's Soundwell is a fantastic nursery. My daughter has been attending for over two years now and loves it. All the girls are brilliant and genuinely care about the children. My daughter has formed a strong bond with several of the staff and talks about them all the time at home. It's a lovely feeling to know they know her so well and she is happy with them. It's also great to receive the updates on the app on what she is up to. Would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

Wow, what can I say? My little girl has thrived being at Mama Bear's. All the staff have gone above and beyond to make her feel confident and happy. She looks forward to going every time. I feel like it's a home from home for my daughter. Would definitely recommend.

The staff at Mama Bear's, Pembroke Road are absolutely amazing. My eldest daughter has been going there for 3 years and my youngest for a few months now. Both girls have ear to ear grins every morning waiting at the front door. The staff have been a massive part of their lives and they all care so much for the children. I feel happy and content knowing my children are well looked after and loved so much when I’m not around. I couldn’t recommend this crèche more! They are just fabulous.

Mama Bear's Day Nursery (Soundwell) is an amazing place. They provide amazing care for children that attend. They encourage the children to engage in a whole range of activities. Each child is also allocated a key worker that they can develop a really close bond with. The food is also amazing at Mama Bears and they provide information about what your child has eaten. They will also make alterations to food if they know that a child doesn’t like something. Mama Bears Day Nursery is an amazing place, pleased are our little one has developed some great friendships and is now ready to go to school. I could not ask for anything more from them.

My little boy is attending Mama Bear's Day Nursery and he is very happy. He made so many friends. When he comes back home he keeps talking about them and his key worker. All the staff are very polite and ready to help. They are always happy and the kids are happy with them! Thank you!

My child loves going to the nursery. All the staff is always great. Actually, I love going to the nursery as well. The nursery is clean and there are a lot of toys but again the masterpiece is the staff. Thanks a lot.
