The staff are so wonderful and friendly. The management team are truly fantastic, professional and so supportive. From the moment I met Harriet she's always done everything she can to help put my mind at ease and is so flexible in accommodating my family's changing needs. My daughter struggles with drop off and every time I call to check she's ok, the staff are always happy to give me a thorough update and never make me feel bad for calling up. We are always welcome with a warm smile in the morning. The range of activities is excellent, from arts and crafts to messy play, water play, sports and even baking. My daughter is bilingual and the staff have helped develop her English. They do seem to care about her development and well-being. At pick up they always make time to give detailed breakdown of her day. The staff really make this place special and I can honestly highly recommend this nursery.

The staff at this nursery are incredibly friendly, always greeting us with a happy smile and positivity. This is our first time using a nursery, and the team has been extremely kind and helpful during the settling-in process. They are always available to address any concerns or worries, making us feel at ease. Overall, a wonderful nursery experience!

I found the whole process very professional. At first, my husband and I were id, we were introduced to the center director who was lovely and seemed very approachable! We then got shown around both the baby rooms where our daughter would potentially be. The staff in the baby rooms appeared very kind and caring and interacted a lot with the babies. We were impressed that the nursery practitioner showing us around knew all the babies by name even though she worked in the toddler rooms. The practitioner told us all the information we needed to know and beyond most of my questions were answered without having to ask them! The health and safety of the children was at the forefront. She told us what would happen in an emergency or if a child would have a temperature and what the protocol would be. This was very important to me and I was put at ease coming from a nursing background. Busybees is definitely the nursery for us. We would feel our daughter would be safe and well looked after here!

Lovely nursery, friendly and capable staff. Very happy! Both of my children have been at Busy Bees since 12 months plus. They love it and have developed into confident, kind and happy children. Cannot recommend enough!

My son started with Busy Bees when he was only just 6 months old I was so worried knowing how small he was and that I couldn't be there as I was returning back to work early on. From the moment I walked into the building, the team made me feel welcome and comfortable just from settling in sessions getting to know my son and understanding his routine at home and not wanting him to rush to change him over to their routine which really put me at ease knowing when his bottles were needed and his comforters that he has. From that moment I knew my baby was safe and secure and moving on he's been there for over 2 months now he is learning so much and shining daily. I can't thank the girls at Busy Bees Camberley for looking after my baby and protecting him every time he is there. From photos to observation and beautiful handovers in the evening from his key worker and key buddy within his room and doing activities that can't be done at home. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Our little boy has been at Busy Bees since September 2023! From when he started up until now, we have seen a massive in increase in all areas of his development. All of the teachers are brilliant at communicating when doing a handover. The app is updated regularly which we really like so we can track how our boy’s day is going. Everyone at Busy Bees is so welcoming, friendly and engaging. We would love to thank everyone who has been involved in looking after our little boy, as time has gone on he has become more and more excited every time we arrive at nursery. Would recommend Busy Bees to any parent who is looking to put their child into nursery. Well done to all at Busy Bees and a massive thank you from us (first time parents).

Great nursery, my boy has been here since the age of 1 and is now 3. He loves all the staff (his adults!) who are all super friendly and have helped him develop into an outgoing, happy boy. There is a good mix of activities that they do every day and he looks forward to going in and seeing his friends! Highly recommend the team and nursery.

My little one has become such a confident, happy little girl whilst at Busy Bees Nursery in Camberley. The girls go above and beyond and I couldn't recommend them enough. She is excited to go in every morning and comes home buzzing with different stories every day. They have helped turn her from a fussy eater to a child who is now going back for second helpings! You are the best - thank you!

My son has been attending Busy Bees since September 2023, as a first-time parent and first-time nursery user, I could not recommend Busy Bees more. We go to work happy knowing that our son is going to have the best day and that he is being looked after to the highest standard by staff that genuinely take on board and care about our son's interests, likes and dislikes. Not only do we get updates throughout the day, handover on pick up is always detailed and thorough. His development has come on leaps and bounds since starting and staff really help to support this as well as being part of celebrating his milestones which means so much to us. As a parent, our son's teachers are always happy to answer any questions we have on pretty much any topic from routine to encouraging speech and have a work-together approach which is reassuring and thoughtful. We had a vague idea of what to expect from the nursery experience but our expectations have been exceeded time and time again.

We are extremely pleased with the services provided, our son is very happy, content and developing as we would expect. Moreover, we are assured he is safe and the correct safeguarding measures are in place, particularly if he has a fall/bump at the nursery and effective control of building access. Although we have moved jobs which, sometimes means a home move, we have chosen to keep our son at Busy Bees. We value the staff, their attentiveness and commitment. All of the staff, including the admin team have also met our needs, answered our questions and have been empathetic during a difficult time which allowed us to ensure our son was able to be as unaffected as possible. Two key development areas we would like to suggest, strategic planning in the form of a monthly events calendar so we as working parents can plan. And, being informed through discussion of transitioning to the next class; sometimes it appears to be unorganised which causes frustrations and confusion for our son.

My son has been at Busy Bees now for eight months, he started at 1 year old in the baby room and moved up to the bigger room just before Christmas. He took a few weeks to settle in originally and the staff were so supportive and kind. He now walks in himself and doesn't look back. He has learnt so much at nursery and enjoys the variety of activities they do each day, including getting to play in the garden. The staff are kind and gentle and support his development. From an admin perspective, I have felt very supported when I have wanted to swap days or put him in for additional days. He eats a variety of healthy foods I wouldn't have the time to make him every day at home. He sleeps well and has built some lovely relationships with both the staff and other children. I'm delighted with how he has integrated into nursery life so seamlessly. Thank you!

My daughter is in pre-school currently and has been at Busy Bees since she was 7 months old. My son also attended Busy Bees until he went to school last year. We are very happy with all aspects of the nursery - it offers great value for money and has a lovely family feel to it. My kids always love going and seem so happy about their day when you pick them up. All the nursery staff and leadership are so caring and child-focused - it really feels like they get to know your child. In the last year, in particular, they have gone above and beyond to run events and activities, which is really important for building a community for families post-Covid. Pre-school has a structured but fun approach to learning and I can see my daughter's progress since she moved up there. My son's experience definitely prepared him well for school and he is thriving in year 1 now.

My son has been going to Busy Bees Camberley for over 2 years now and he absolutely loves it there. He runs in super excited every day. He knows all the staff and they all know him. It's like a little family away from home, which is exactly what I want for him. He feels safe, listened to and cared for. The facilities are wonderful, the staff are incredible and I really couldn't recommend this nursery enough. Really impressed! Thank you Busy Bees Camberley for everything!

I love the behaviour of the teachers with the kids! They respect the kids and they are very friendly. Very attentive teachers they look after the kids well. For example, today my child was put on a sweater because he was cold in his face. The personnel are very creative so they do a lot of things indoors and outdoors with the kids which fits the age group and development stage. We are very happy with the Busy Bees team at Camberley.

The two amazing managers have been open and helpful to all my requests and tried to accommodate all needs as much as possible. My older daughter who started school last September remembers everyone at Busy Bees and is asking to go and visit and my youngest daughter is so happy to go and spend time there. Thank you millions! You are all amazing in everything you do!

Highly recommend this nursery. The staff are so friendly and amazing. My little one (23 months old) is going for about 6 months now and he loves his key worker, other staff, the garden and the activities they do every day. He wasn't talking, not making eye-to-contact and wasn't even responding to his name, the team made a lot of effort to improve his social and interactive skills but now he is non-stop talking and repeats the word whatever we say. And we have always found him happy moving around and during the end of the day. They act proactively and tries to sort out the issues which is highly appreciable. Special mention to every single staff member. Thank you team you all are doing a great job!

Absolutely satisfying! We have been here for some time from another country and our son goes to Busy Bees in Camberley. The support we have received and continue to receive during the admission, settling in and with the application forms has helped us. The monitoring via the app works great and the staff are always responsive to parents' requests! I would recommend this nursery at any time. Thank you so much!

My daughter has attended Busy Bees Camberley nursery since she was 5 months old, she is now 3 and a half and is currently in the preschool room. She loves coming to nursery to see her adults and peers within the room. She has grown up into a lovely little girl who has the biggest heart. And it’s thanks to the girls at this centre for helping and supporting my daughter.

Busy Bees Camberley has been great for my little boy. The staff communication is great, if I ever have a worry or concern I can talk to the staff and know I am being listened to. They make changes and give me frequent updates on how my child is doing. The app is a great way to have an insight into what they get up to on a day-to-day basis. We have just upped his days as he is so comfortable going to nursery and loves it there! My little boy is doing so well with his speech and development and we know it’s due to him attending Busy Bees. They do a range of activities and lots of outdoor time too! We, as a family, love this nursery!

I am very happy with this nursery. They provide great care and education to my kids. Each time, they look forward to their time spent in the nursery. And I can find them always returning home happy and excited from the adventures they had during the day at Busy Bees. Being a mum of twins, I am benefiting from the twins discount which not every other nursery would provide. In general, very happy with Busy Bees and would advise trying it.

Great nursery, my boy has been here since the age of 1 and is now 3. He loves all the staff (his adults!) who are all super friendly and have helped him develop into an outgoing, happy boy. I am very happy with this nursery. They provide great care and education to my kids. Each time, they look forward to their time spent in the nursery.
