My little girl attends this nursery three days a week and loves it! She is so excited to go in and even asks to go to nursery on a Sunday. She has made great connections with all staff and even has some little friendships too. We get updates all day on the app and cute photos which puts my mind at rest. They do lovely activities, loads of messy play and arts and crafts. The staff are so kind and loving to the children, so nice to see. Any issues with funding and fees are quickly rectified by the management, they are very helpful. Really happy with my first nursery experience.

My son loves coming to nursery. He has been to a few nurseries before and I’ve really seen a difference since coming to Hanover House. All the staff are lovely and I can see how comfortable he is with them, especially his key worker. Although it’s a busy environment I always get a great insight of his day, what he’s done and what activities he’s taken part in. I love looking at pictures on the app of him having fun, it really puts my mind at rest knowing he’s having so much fun. There’s nothing better than knowing your child is in the best hands, I can’t thank them enough!

My 17 month old daughter has gone from strength to strength since starting at Hanover House at 9 months old. She has made such strong bonds with her networkers and all the other staff, and I feel she is truly cared about. She always has so much fun at nursery, comes in happily in the morning and leaves happily at the end of the day!

They don’t change baby nappies frequently. My baby was there for 5 hours with that same nappy. I coloured his nappy with a pen mark. I can prove this because I took my baby to the GP. My baby got a really bad nappy rash with fungus. They let babies play with dirty brushes. They don’t give enough water to the kids. On the first day while I’d been waiting during the settling-in session a little girl was with poo nappy for more than half an hour. The teacher just changed because I told her. They don’t update their app frequently. My baby arrived with wet clothes twice. They don’t wash their hands after changing baby nappies. I saw this three times with 2 different teachers on his settling sessions. After all of that, my baby just stayed there for one month due to the month's notice period. Definitely, I don’t recommend Guildford Hannover Busy Bees.

My daughter has been at Hanover House since she was 6 months old. It was a very nervous time for me but the staff settled her greatly into nursery life. Her key worker was extremely patient and caring for my daughter. My daughter has learnt so much from being at Hanover House. As she has transitioned into new rooms the staff in each room all have great knowledge, patience and are very loving and caring towards the children. Management has always been great with communication and keeps parents up to date with upcoming events.

Staff are lovely but get treated poorly. Higher up staff and managers shout at staff for things they haven’t done wrong in front of the children. This needs to change. They are doing an amazing job for our kids but they shouldn’t get treated like rubbish.

Our daughter has thrives at nursery. She loves the creative activity and baking. We are glad of the on-site chef and food. She has a real bond with her key workers and is always ready for another day of nursery. We have been happy with her care.

Our two boys have had such a brilliant time at Busy Bees at Guildford. The team have made them feel so welcome and have nurtured their development over the last two years. The boys love their team and key workers who have worked tirelessly, especially with the uncertainty of lockdown and Covid-19 restrictions. We have now moved out of the area but highly recommend the team and facilities. Thanks to all for looking after our boys so brilliantly.

I would highly recommend Busy Bees at Hanover House. My baby is always happy to go there, she loves all the activities. She accesses such a wide range of early learning opportunities and fun activities. All the staff are very friendly, I really feel that the staff truly care about her and always give us feedback about how the day has gone. I feel reassured when my daughter is there while we are working. I strongly recommend this nursery.

My two-year-old daughter loves going to nursery! She settled in really well and bonded with the staff quickly. Lots of activities each day and plenty of time spent outside. Staff are friendly and welcoming and they’ve been really good during the craziness of this year. My youngest will be joining next year and I hope she takes to it just as well.

We have been thrilled with the care and support provided for our 2 children. The staff are warm, friendly and caring, full of exciting ideas to make smooth transitions from room to room as the children grow up. Excellent communication especially in recent changes due to Covid-19. A very approachable manager to answer any queries. Ever since their first day they have both marched inside without a backward glance! They are very happy there. Many thanks.

I would highly recommend Busy Bees. All the staff are very friendly and helped my daughter settle in; I cannot thank you enough. She always happy to go to the nursery and talks a lot about how much fun her day at preschool was.

My daughter was understandably unsettled when she first started her introduction sessions at Busy Bees, however, I was really impressed with how it was handled by the nursery. They offered her as many sessions needed until her official start date and went above and beyond to make her feel happy and secure. Since, my daughter is doing really well and is loving her nursery life and the staff. Anything that may crop up along the way the nursery have worked with us as parents and visa versa. The wide range of activities keep her busy throughout the day and the variety of meals and snacks offered ensure she's getting a healthy nutritious diet. Regular updates/pictures from the nursery on parent zone keeps me and my husband well informed throughout the day which in turn keeps our minds at ease. We have honestly been more than happy with our choice in nursery and would highly recommend them.

We could not be happier with our choice of nursery. Our youngest started at Hanover House at the age of two and has settled in very quickly, in just a matter of days - she literally pushes us out of the door each morning to get there! The staff are all extremely helpful, friendly and caring and we feel very reassured knowing our daughter is thriving in a safe and happy environment. The meal variation is excellent and there is a wide range of fun play activities on a daily basis to keep our daughter entertained and content.

Busy Bees is a wonderful setting, all the staff are so friendly and have really helped my little one settle in. It’s lovely how all the staff know the names of all the children and everyone is always so smiley! Thanks, Busy Bees for looking after my absolute madam!

My son started Busy Bees when he was six months old and two years later he is still loving it there. He looks forward to his nursery days and always comes home with lots of things he has made throughout the day. The staff are all so welcoming and understanding. The nursery App is updated daily with all the information on which is very handy to look at, I love receiving photos of him.

The management are professional and approachable and the keyworkers/nursery staff are caring and very supportive of the children. My children are very happy there and I would highly recommend. Very impressed with how Busy Bees supported the keyworker children during lockdown.

I cannot thank Busy Bees enough. During the uncertain times of COVID that we are currently facing, my normal nursery was closed and as a key worker, I was suddenly in need of another nursery. Busy Bees at Hanover House in Guildford found a space immediately for my two boys for the days required. It is a big change for the boys to have to leave their old nursery in which they were very settled and to make new friends, have new surroundings and new teachers. Thanks to the care, hard work and kindness of all the staff, they have settled in beautifully. I love hearing about their day when I pick them up and equally love that they update the parents app throughout the day so that I can see what they are up to! The boys are so happy and look forward to going every time. Thank you to all of the staff who are working so hard during these uncertain times, and all with smiles on their faces!!

Absolutely brilliant. The staff are lovely and my son really enjoys his days at nursery. Chelsea is such an asset to the nursery and the manager runs it superbly. All the staff are fantastic we can't thank you enough for making our boys nursery days fun and enjoyable.

I would highly recommend Busy Bees Guildford. The nursery is extremely well managed and staff are caring, friendly and passionate about what they do. The facilities are excellent, food is freshly prepared and events throughout the year are well thought out and very enjoyable.
