View Full Details of Diamond Day NurseryI just need to say that my son has been in this nursery since he was 11 months. He absolutely adores the place and the staff. Not only has his speech and communication skills enhanced, but also his social skills and behaviour. The staff give advice and go above and beyond for the children here. Remember they aren't their parents but the work they put in is phenomenal. He talks about school and the friends he has made. He is 2 years and 6 months now and I can't praise this nursery enough. Thank you for every thing you have done. Oh I forgot to mention, the amount of food he eats there is astonishing, from pie to poached fish and plenty of fruit and veg.
Avoid this nursery, my daughter has now taken my grandchild out of this nursery for some of the following reasons; grandchild had toilet training accident at this nursery, instead of throwing soiled underwear away they placed underwear with poo in a nappy bag and then put it in nursery bag on top of my grandchild's packet lunch and never told us. One member of staff tells you one thing another member of staff says something completely different, grandchild has now started big nursery (afternoons) and they left my grandchild there as they forgot to collect my grandchild who was totally distraught. There's a hell of a lot more that parents/carers need to know about this nursery of which I am not allowed to state but please avoid this nursery. My daughter has had lots of problems with this nursery over a period of months and all they said was give us another chance it won't happen again but the problems did continue.
My kids attended Diamond Day for almost 2 years. It is a lovely nursery and my kids totally enjoyed it there. I was at peace knowing my kids were in safe hands and well taken care of. The manager is so nice and all the other staff are lovely and nice to the kids. Unfortunately, I have to move to another city and I wish I can take the nursery with me. I recommend Diamond Day, they keep improving and I wish the nursery all the best.
