Right from the moment I called about signing up my little boy, staff were so lovely and informative. They made us feel comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. We looked at a few nurseries in the area and this one by far blew us away! The amount they offer children each day, from the learning, love and general support is amazing. We couldn’t have chosen anywhere better for our little boy. It is so reassuring knowing he is in safe hands and is cared for so well.

Our daughter started at Little Hands August 2022 and has absolutely blossomed during her time there so far. We were always dubious about which nursery to choose initially, with it being our firstborn and not knowing what to expect but we are so happy with our decision. The staff have been so attentive, patient and caring and she has built some lovely bonds with her key person and room staff in both baby and toddler rooms. We can tell she loves going in each day and engaging in different activities, her social skills have developed so well as a result. I love seeing the videos and photos of the variety of things she gets involved in each day as she's always smiling and involving herself - her confidence has grown so much. When I look back at photos from August 2022 to now and see how much she's developed, physically, emotionally and mentally, it makes me so proud and happy to know that we made the right decision with our nursery choice.

My daughter has attended Little Hands for nearly 3 years and has been there since she was a baby. This is an amazing nursery! As an Early Years practitioner myself I have a huge appreciation for the way in which they challenge the children academically with well thought-out provision, outdoor learning and key group activities. More importantly though, they provide such a high level of nurture and care for the children it’s like a home away from home. I have always felt my daughter is in extremely good hands, we have had a good relationship with all key workers and they never mind going the extra mile to ensure both the child and the parents are happy. Through my job role and as a parent I have seen a lot of nurseries in the local area and this one is gold dust! We highly recommend Little Hands Amblecote and will be sad to say goodbye in September when our little one goes to big school.

Both of my two children attended Little Hands and I would highly recommend them. In the past, we had some issues at their previous childcare setting, so choosing their next nursery was a big decision for us. After plenty of research and reading up on their outstanding Ofsted reports, we chose Little Hands. We are so pleased we did, as they have reinstated our confidence in the childcare provision. You can tell that the staff absolutely love what they do and the children's happiness, well-being and learning journey are their first priorities. Every single morning we were always greeted with a friendly, happy, face and the children were always happy to go through the door, excited to see what the day brought them at Little Hands. We were always updated every day with what they had been upto in the setting and their development has come on leaps and bounds since they started. They have given our children the best start to life and start to their learning journey.

My son has attended Little Hands since April 23. My daughter previously attended here in 2017. They have always cared for my children extremely well. My son currently loves attending and is full of stories of his day when I collect him. He in particular loves playing in their garden. They take the children into the garden a couple of times a day. All activities provided in the toddler room are of a high standard and the children are always well engaged. The meals offered are of fantastic choice and offer lots of healthy nutrients. I am kept up to date with everything my child does via an app which is updated throughout the day. I receive observations and lots of photos.

My son really enjoys going to this nursery twice every week. I transferred him from another nursery, where he was literary crying every day as he entered. Since we changed him to Little Hands Nursery School last year, he is always looking forward to going to the nursery. Parents get to see information of what transpired during the day, on their website, along with some pictures of their child doing the activities. We are overall very pleased with this establishment.

Our daughter is so happy and settled at Little Hands. The support she receives is incredible and her practitioners are so friendly and caring. The activities that are planned have really helped with our daughter's development and confidence. They are also really considered and personalised to the children which is great. The communication we receive as parents is spectacular. Emails and phone calls are always followed up promptly which for a parent is really reassuring and comforting. For us the positive communication and the personable approach that we receive from Little Hand really sets them apart from other settings in the area, making them our number 1 choice of childcare.

We have been taking our daughter to Little Hands for a few months now. The staff are excellent and very friendly. Always keep us updated via the app throughout the day but also give us a little overview when we collect. Our daughter cried at first but now walks in and doesn’t look back. Great sensory and learning activities throughout the day and always take little ones outside for a play and fresh air. Great so far!

Our son has been attending Little Hands Day Care for over 9 months and has so much fun! It has been amazing to see him progress, learn new skills and forge relationships with staff and his peers. We love being able to view his online diary via their app to see what exciting things he has been doing/eating and receiving pictures (great to view throughout the day). The staff are amazing and are so kind and caring and the Baby Room feels like a home from home which is just the environment that we wanted. We are so happy that we picked this nursery!

Well, what can I say about Little Hands? Only that it is absolutely fantastic. I'm a first-time mother whose son started in September 2023, my son has a developmental speech delay and I was incredibly anxious about him being away from me for the first time. However, Little Hands have completely put my mind at ease. He is absolutely loving his nursery experience, and the changes in him already compared to a few months ago are absolutely outstanding. The staff are incredibly friendly, and can't do enough for you. The use of the app is fantastic too as I love to see what my little one is up to during the day. I just know by him attending this nursery, he is going to thrive. Thank you Little Hands!
