I couldn't imagine a better childcare setting, both of my children have attended Puddleducks since they were 9 months old. You just need to look at the kids to see how happy and comfortable they are in Puddleducks. My youngest can't wait to get into Puddleducks and start her day. Even on the days that she is not feeling 100% she puts her arms out to one of the team for cuddles. The chef continuously provides menus that are nourishing, healthy, and delicious. My son was very disappointed that he wasn't offered the same standard when he started school. When a child is sick, they inform all the parents by sending an info sheet giving the signs and symptoms to look out for, also tips on how to ease the child's suffering. Throughout the day they send updates/photos of how the child is getting on and regularly give developmental updates. Their patience and understanding is invaluable. I could not recommend Puddleducks highly enough, they all go well beyond the call of duty.

My little boy (aged 34 months) just adores attending Puddleducks! I was a bit concerned as to how he would settle in as he'd had very little contact with other children prior to starting there but from day one he has absolutely loved it and hasn't looked back since! His speech and ability to interact with others has really noticeably improved in the six or so months since he started and he always comes home happy with lots of stories about his friends and what he's been up to. The manager and the team are so welcoming and always ready and able to answer any questions. When we started potty training they were very helpful and really put me at ease that it wouldn't be a problem for them to assist with it while he was in their care; I feel this has been a significant factor in how successful it's been. With fantastic staff, great, healthy food and all the indoor and outdoor facilities you could ask for, I really can't recommend Puddleducks enough!

My Daughter has just spent over 4 weeks by now with Puddleducks Nursery and we are just so happy with how she is getting on. The staff are fantastic. They knew how anxious and difficult I found the process of her starting and leaving her and they were so good (still are) at updating me straight away via the app that she was settling well, how she was doing and lots of photo updates too. We're so glad we have chosen Puddleducks and would encourage any other parents to consider it. Hopefully, our daughter has many more happy months ahead here.

My son has been in Puddleducks for nearly 2 years now and I could not be happier. The team are brilliant with the children, diligent, kind and patient in their care but also very considered in the children's activities. He has come on leaps with his speech, his love of play and books and his diet. I could not recommend Puddleducks to parents, who are looking for a nursery, more. My son is very content and happy when there, and I never have any concerns when he is in nursery.

My little boy has been in Puddleducks since April and I cannot recommend it enough! The staff are fantastic with him, and he's come on leaps and bounds in development with their help. He's clearly very happy there and it helps soften the blow of leaving him in the nursery when I see pictures of him there having a brilliant time with the staff and other children. The communication with parents is fantastic from helpful tips on how to help your child with language development to giving updates on the developing childcare funding initiatives in Northern Ireland.

Puddleducks are now part of our family, my little girl started when she turned 1 and is now getting ready to leave for big school! My little girl has achieved so much throughout her time at Puddleducks, the staff are amazing and treat her as they would their own child. It's such a comfort knowing she is in such caring hands when we are at work. They also provide a fabulous menu each week and keep parents regularly updated. We can't thank Puddleducks enough for everything they do and for becoming a part of our family these past few years!

They are so good at what they do! They gave me enough time for my child to settle down and made him feel second home. He feels so secure to be around them, he has never been away from us still he prefers to go there every day. They give so many updates about the kids' growth, achievements and milestones which is super helpful for parents. They also find the child's interest and encourage them towards it. The app is very helpful in every possible way! I absolutely recommend anyone to trust and choose Puddleducks.

My daughter (1 year old) has just started attending Puddleducks. Being a first-time Mom, leaving her was not at all easy. But the staff at Puddleducks made the settling much smoother for both myself and my baby. They were very approachable and friendly since the nursery tour. Settling in sessions were very useful. They are very proactive in letting us know how my baby is doing there by sending us messages, videos and photos which I love the most. Puddleducks was recommended by my friends who had sent their kids there and I can now do the same for anyone who needs good care for their baby.

I utilise Puddleducks as a back-up facility for my child when her usual childcare is unavailable, and Puddleducks always make my child's experience a great one. The staff are always welcoming and my child settles really well as a result even though it is not her usual childcare facility. I've used Puddleducks many times in the last two years and have always felt like my child is well cared for and has a great experience while she is there. It is always a positive when we arrive and the staff recognise my child as she does not attend regularly.

My child has just started In Puddleducks and I am delighted with the way she is settling in. She is genuinely cared for while in the team's care. The communication through the app is great and knowing your wee one is safe and cared for is priceless!

I would recommend Puddleducks to any parent. The list of positive points is long - but the most important and most impressive is the obvious compassion and care that every single member of staff has towards the children. Children are treated with respect and attention, and their needs (physical and emotional) are clearly a priority. On top of that, they have great indoor and outdoor facilities, a varied menu, and lots of fun activities for the kids. Updates are provided in real-time on the app regarding meals, naps, nappies and lovely photos of what they’re up to - and you can easily contact staff on the app too who are extremely responsive. Really handy to have a car park for drop off as well. Overall everything I’ve seen reassures me that Puddleducks are taking great care of my child!

We just moved to Belfast from abroad with our almost 3-year-old twins. They have been greeted at Puddleducks Nursery by such warm people. Thanks to the app, we can follow their daily activities, nap time and more (we see that they go outside every day and enjoy excellent and healthy food). It is such a relief to see the boys in such good hands. Thank you Puddleducks Team!

I cannot praise Puddleducks enough. The staff are fabulous and my little boy absolutely loved it, he used to clap his hands in excitement when we reached the door. The regular updates are lovely and the food is delicious. Thank you guys, it’s a credit to you all.

Great nursery with excellent staff. They update the app frequently with details and pictures of the activities they're doing and what your child has eaten throughout the day. My little girl loves it so much she even asks to go in on the days she isn't there.

Everything is super. Staff are so friendly, very professional and super kind. My toddler loves each and everyone there. They are treating her as if she is one of their family. I can’t thank them enough. Also my daughter's skills have been developed a lot.

Both of our daughters went to Puddleducks. It’s an incredibly caring and happy place for children. We watched our little girls thrive. The staff are friendly, considerate and sensible. We can’t recommend it enough.

My eldest one used to go here and now my youngest one also goes here. He really enjoys here and all the staff are very good and well trained. My son enjoys all activities and the garden play area. I am very happy with the service provided.

My daughter has been attending Puddleducks Day Nursery since September 2022 and she absolutely loves it there. When she first started attending it was a difficult transition as she hadn't been used to being with non family members but, I found the staff were all very warm and nurturing towards her that she soon settled. The team are also very friendly and accommodating with parents and keep you regularly updated throughout the day with photos and notes of how the children have eaten and slept. It is reassuring for me to know that my daughter is being looked after by people who really care about her and who take their roles as carers of children very seriously. The nursery provides plenty of stimulation for the children with lots of different activities to take part in, plus they get regular outdoor time during the day which was really important for me. All in all I would absolutely recommend Puddleducks!

Really can't fault the nursery. They have built such a great foundation and environment for the children in aiding all aspects of their development. From February 2021, when my daughter started, the family feel they have created was definitely there from the get-go and it still exists to this day. All the staff should be very proud of the job and support they are providing all the children as it's second to none and you couldn't get it from any other nursery in the surrounding area and region. Keep up the great work!
