This nursery is absolutely amazing. The staff are so professional yet friendly and comforting. Best decision we ever made sending our daughter here. Her development since starting has been fantastic and her confidence is always improving. She’s so happy!

Amazing staff that know each child by name and are easy to talk to. My child's key worker provides regular updates and observations. Staff adapt to the child's needs, especially when they are unsettled for any reason. They share stories of my daughter's day and have helped her settle in very quickly. She now gets excited when she arrives and does not want to leave at the end of the day. She has learnt to 'talk' a lot more and at a greater rate than before attending the nursery. Extremely good safeguarding measurements in place too; requiring photo and password for collection of a child.

I can honestly say that choosing Bright Horizons Sale Day Nursery and Preschool was one of the best decisions that we've made as parents. This is as close to a perfect nursery experience that I could imagine; I truly don't think that I could ask any more from the lovely team and great facilities. I could rave about every facet: the nurturing environment, the stimulating activities, the kind, caring and knowledgeable staff, the variety of foods/catering to preferences, the strength of the curriculum, the attention to detail, the clear communication, the daily updates and the welcoming and inclusive attitude of the staff. I have friends that often share their varied experiences with other childcare arrangements, so I know that not everyone is lucky enough to have an option like Bright Horizons. I feel so fortunate to have such a comfortable and secure place to send my child every day, where I know that not only is she getting a brilliant experience but that I trust them implicitly. It's such peace of mind.

Our experience of Bright Horizons Sale has been great. My daughter has been attending since October 2021 and I’ve just registered my unborn child to start next year. I could not imagine using another nursery. The staff are friendly, attentive and are always available to talk to me about my child’s development and learning journey. Each day I look forward to seeing pictures on the app of what exciting activities the children have been doing. I could not recommend this nursery enough!

Initially, I was filled with anxiety about leaving my daughter in someone else's care, but the staff at Bright Horizons quickly dispelled my fears. The staff members are not only lovely but also incredibly helpful and supportive, making every day a positive experience for both my daughter and me. It's heartwarming to see how much she has thrived under their care, and I attribute her growth and development to the dedication and nurturing she has received. The facilities at Bright Horizons are top-notch, providing a safe and stimulating environment for the children. I particularly appreciate the daily pictures and updates that allow me to stay connected with her activities and progress throughout the day. Bright Horizons has truly made our experience seamless and unforgettable. A heartfelt thank you to the staff, your dedication and care have made a lasting impact on our family, and we will always cherish the memories of my daughter's time at the nursery.

We moved down from Scotland in September 2022 with our then 2-year-old, so it was quite a big change for her, but the team at Bright Horizons were fantastic and helped her settle in quickly. Since then, she's grown so much in confidence, made so many new friends and the learning environment in preschool has been great. I would highly recommend both the environment and the staff at Bright Horizons Sale.

My son has been with Bright Horizons Sale for the past 7/8 months. He enjoys most of the activities and adores the staff! I cannot thank the team for their continued support in helping my child thrive!

Honestly I couldn’t be happier with the team at Bright Horizons. My son currently goes and my daughter attended when she was younger. We looked round a whole bunch of nurseries in the area, and this was immediately the one that gave us the ‘you know it when you feel it’ feeling. The staff are incredible, they go above and beyond and both of our children have loved going there. The manager is so lovely too which I think can be quite rare! They don’t have a huge staff turnover which says a lot, our daughter who attended 3 years ago had some of the same key workers as our son who now attends. We also still call on one of them to babysit now and again! I know some people don’t like ‘purpose-built’ nurseries, and prefer a ‘home from home’ setting, but what we found with converted home nurseries was that they were tired, lacked some function and logistically didn’t work even half as well as Bright Horizons. Despite being purpose-built BH has the most warm and welcoming atmosphere, we love it.

My little girl's been at Bright Horizons for almost a year now and she’s come on leaps and bounds in that time! Such a lovely environment and all the staff are always so friendly and welcoming. Lots of stuff always going on and fab activities throughout the day, highly recommend!

Our child started in September 2023. He was one at the time. We’ve been so pleased with the nursery and all the staff. He settled quickly and we’ve had great feedback from the staff about how he’s been doing. It’s also really good to see the processes in place and them being used to keep him safe. He runs in to nursery each day which I think is the best way to describe how he likes it there.

Our children have attended the nursery since August 2020. Staff are welcoming and friendly and all staff know the children well. Our children have always felt happy at nursery and we are supported in potty training/any behavioural issues that might be happening at home. The staff have almost become part of the family and I’ll be very sad when my children finish nursery!

I have had an excellent experience at Bright Horizons Sale Day Nursery. My son started there in January 2022. The staff are friendly and my son's key worker helped him to settle in when he needed to transfer to toddlers and helped with this. They have so many creative activities and communication is good via their app.

Second child at the nursery - excellent experience for both over the past 4 years and ongoing! Great care and wide variety of learning. Staff always engaging and we have found both children have formed great relationships that has helped with further development.

I currently have two children at the nursery, in the baby room and preschool and I can’t speak highly enough about it. The staff are all incredibly warm, supportive and really love the children. They go above and beyond to think of innovative and engaging activities for the children, support their development, and are always tirelessly kind. My eldest started at the nursery during the pandemic, and because of lockdown she hadn’t been held by anyone but me and my husband for most of her life but the staff were so lovely with her that she settled really well and we felt completely reassured about leaving her.

I couldn't rate this nursery high enough. They have exceptional staff who really do love the children and their job. I have been at a previous nursery where staff turnover was high and the complete opposite is true here. My eldest has also been through the nursery and now 3 years on the same people are looking after my youngest. The food is excellent, they have an outstanding learning environment and are constantly stimulated in educational play/activities. The thing that really stands out is how much they really care for the children. Recently a member of staff who had their coat on and was in reception on her way home noted my son (who is potty training) needed the loo. Without a request or hesitation she dropped her bags, picked him took him. This is indicative of the type of people they have working there. They love the children, they care for them and as a mother it gives you complete comfort and confidence in them.

Our experience at Bright Horizons Sale Day Nursery and Preschool has been really positive. We have been really happy with the level of child care provided by the nursery staff. The building provides a nice, bright and clean environment and there is a good outdoor space. It’s easy to get in touch with admin staff who are always friendly and helpful. The introduction of the app has made a big difference, it’s great to have an update and see photos during the day and also receive messages about things happening at the nursery.

Our daughter enjoys going into nursery. She has made new friends. The staff are lovely and helpful. The staff helped our daughter settle in really well when she first went in during the lockdown and despite the fact we could not go in for a visit due to Covid restrictions, there was a sense of calm that she was in the right place. The environment is clean and lots for children to explore and structured learning. The family app is great, as it lets me check on her during the day.

My son had been to another nursery prior that he didn't settle into. We started him at Bright Horizons Sale Day Nursery in January and he has settled in really well. He is doing better than any of us could have hoped. The staff are great with him and are proactive in meeting his needs. He enjoys going to nursery now and his social skills are really improving compared to how he was before. I'm pleased we made the decision to try Bright Horizons.

We decided to try our daughter in this particular nursery after her previously not taking to 2/3 other nursery’s at all. She took to this place like it was her home, and the staff are utterly amazing. Honestly would recommend this nursery to anyone, especially if your child hasn’t been able to settle elsewhere.
