My son started when he was 1 years old, he went straight into their tots room his his key person was introduced to me, we had a great bond and so did she and my son. He go in great but did settle in the day (he had been with me only really). His key person was honest with her feedback and I really valued that, I got updates via the app of photos and general care updates. He now runs in and we even got him a uniform so he knows where hes going just like his big brother for school. This worked really well and he looks super comfy in it. He's been there 5 months now and I can't complain about the room, he's almost 2 and I'm sure toddlers will be just as good.. i know they will love their garden space! My only down side is I would live to put him in more days/hours than funding but it is very expensive, of course you oay for the provision so the price is satisfactory for the place but I couldn't give a good/excellent however would be happy to pay if my work hours changed and I needed to

Our son has absolutely flourished since starting at Kids Planet in May. He has become such a confident individual and is always happy when we take him/pick him up. The staff are lovely and clearly make sure he is engaging in activities he enjoys as well as supporting him to progress developmentally. Very happy for our second to be joining there when they are born and ready.

Amazing preschool, my child goes in to the nursery happy and comes out happy as well as talking about all the fun she has had. That’s all you can ask for! She has loved all the activities that change daily, thanks.

Fantastic nursery. The app keeps me updated all day and the parents evenings and monthly reviews are really helpful. They don’t send poorly children home as quickly as other nurseries. They will administer Calpol and keep children in if their temperature drops which means we’ve barely had to miss work at all. They were also happy to accommodate reusable nappies and trained all staff on how to use them.

We have both of our daughters here and we can't sing the nursery praises high enough. The care and attention they provide both girls is outstanding and they look forward to going each day. The staff are fantastic, always friendly and always smiling. We get regular updates throughout the day on activities, sleeping and eating which is very handy indeed. We would highly recommend this excellent nursery! Thank you to the amazing staff!

What a fantastic nursery! Our son has not long left the preschool room and our daughter is currently in the toddler's room. Both kids started around age 11 months and have loved every day at nursery. The staff in all of the rooms are so nurturing and caring. The kids absolutely love going there and we've not had any issues with settling in. We know they're so well looked after. The app is brilliant, it keeps us updated through the day with photos and meals/naps etc and we get a full rundown of the day when we pick up. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

We love Kids Planet Prestwich! We've sent two kids there now and both have thrived/are thriving. The staff are absolutely incredible and treat the kids like family. The food always smells amazing in the morning when dropping off and both have not only eaten everything given there but sometimes have more than one portion which is unheard of at home. The outdoor space for all age groups is fantastic and the best we've seen from any of the nurseries we looked at when making a decision and the kids get loads of outdoor time which is fantastic.

Staff are always friendly and approachable. The information and updates are always handed over in a timely manner through various means either verbally, in-app or by email. My daughter always looks forward to attending, enjoying playing and learning, and enjoys the large variety of meals provided.

Really pleased that we chose Kids Planet Prestwich for our little boy. All the staff are really friendly and approachable and know my child well. They have been very accommodating with my child's needs. The nursery is a lovely purpose-built building which provides very well for the children. Communication is excellent. As a teacher myself, I couldn't wish for better for my child.

Wonderful nursery and all the staff are amazing - so caring and helpful. Always keen to update me via the app and on collection and if there are any issues, always call even if just to check in. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since starting in the baby room and now in the tot's room and I’m so excited for her to continue on her journey. A very big thank you to all of the staff!

A fantastic nursery! Beautiful, modern and spotless. An incredible garden, fab activities, amazing food and the staff just go above and beyond in every way. My daughter started in babies, has gone through tots, is just leaving toddlers and going up to preschool, I'll be gutted when she leaves! Couldn't recommend them enough!

My daughter has been attending Kids Planet Prestwich for the past 3 years and absolutely loves it. The staff are wonderful - they build such a lovely relationship with the children and genuinely care about their well-being. Communication is great, we always receive a very quick response to any emails sent to management in the office. The quality of food is excellent and has really helped my daughter to be more adventurous with trying new foods. They are great with catering for allergies/intolerances - my daughter is intolerant to wheat and dairy and she still has very similar meals (if not the equivalent) to the other children. Activities are varied and well thought out with occasional walks to the local church or park. A great, safe, outdoor space for each room to play separately and a large car park - have always managed to get a parking spot no matter what the time. Would highly recommend to parents looking at nurseries in this area!

My child has been at this nursery almost 2 years and is very settled and happy. His key worker is very understanding of his needs, but there have been times when other staff have been less supportive (particularly around potty training). Clear communication through the app and on pick up. Great range of activities for the children’s playtime.

All staff at the nursery have gone above and beyond to help my daughter settle in comfortably. They have been patient with her and always make sure she is happy and content. As my daughter is speech delayed, they have set things in place to make sure she catches up and always encourage her. I cannot thank the staff enough for everything they continue to do for my daughter.

We can’t thank the staff at Kids Planet enough for helping our little boy settle into the baby room. As a breastfed, non-walking, rather sensitive little one we were really apprehensive about sending him off to nursery. The staff in the baby room made the settling in process easy and our little one now goes to the staff for cuddles and comfort as he would family. The food offered is varied and they cater for my son’s dairy allergy well. The extended opening hours are also really helpful for us as we work long days.

Our son has been with Kids Planet Prestwich since March 2023 when he joined the baby room. We receive consistent updates on his progress, daily activities, events at the nursery and of course his food/drink intake. We’re really pleased with the commitment of his key workers and the bonds they create so the children can confidently develop. I love the six-seater buggy for tots, so they can go on day trips, and the creative ideas for events such as a spa day and themed craft activities.

A massive "thank you" for the truly wonderful experience our daughter enjoyed at Kids Planet Prestwich. For the past three and a half years that our daughter attended, she has been privileged to be on the receiving end of the highest standard of nursery education and care. The nursery practitioners she has got to know from baby room to pre-school are so switched on and genuinely care about the children who attend, exhibiting a real warmth towards the children. Our daughter has progressed so well and enjoyed coming to nursery, settling into each room very well - a testament to the professionalism and dedication of the team. The quality of food is second to none with freshly prepared and wholesome menus with a great variety of dishes. This has opened our daughter's eyes (and mouth!) to some dishes that she probably wouldn't have had at home and she has loved the food. Last but not least, thank you to the management team who help set the culture to begin with.

Our daughter has been attending Kids Planet Prestwich since she was 8 months old - and is now in the pre school room. I cannot recommend the nursery enough - the activities are so varied and fun, lots of outdoor time and the staff are all very friendly, approachable and caring. The meal times are healthy and interesting - and my daughter loves attending!
