My daughter is new to the nursery and had a few settle in sessions and seems to enjoy her time at nursery. This nursery was highly recommended by a few parents and I'm at ease when I drop my daughter off. She's in good hands I know it's early days but so far so good the staff are warm and friendly, which gives me assurance.

My second child now comes to Banana Moon Day Nursery and I cannot recommend them enough to anyone. Staff are really attentive, the chefs make really good, nutritious food that the kids enjoy and my children both love coming here.

My grandson absolutely loved attending Banana Moon Day Nursery. He came on leaps and bounds. Brilliant staff and management. Always happy to go and smiling when picked up. He made some lovely friends and loved the outside space, especially the mud kitchen and sandy beach area.

My son has been attending Banana Moon Mere Green for nearly 3 years now. He has therefore been in each of the rooms and looked after by the majority of the staff. We have nothing but positive things to say about the nursery. They really care about the children and their development. The nursery is clean, safe and fun for the children. My daughter will also be starting to attend when she turns 1 in a couple of months.

My son has been attending the nursery since January this year in the baby room and has settled so well. The staff are very caring, and lots of interesting activities are planned each day. There are regular updates through the app which we love seeing what he is up to, and it is reassuring to know what they have eaten etc. The food is all very nutritional. the staff also provide detailed reports on their development and are focused on the wellbeing of each child. They have also renovated the outdoor space recently with the addition of 'banana beach' which my son loves.

My youngest son started at Banana Moon in February this year aged 12 months. It did not take him long to settle in as the nursery staff are very caring and friendly. My son is very happy here and I had no hesitations to increase his days from 2 to 3, 3 months later when our circumstances changed. The nursery was able to accommodate it 1 month after my request. My oldest son who is now 8 attended here also and the quality of care remains of the same high standard. I love the app they use to share my son's daily activities and their communication is spot on. You can message the nursery via the app and the staff are always quick to respond. The variety and quality of meals and snacks is also very good. The outdoor space is small however Kim and her team have made good use of the space and created an engaging and fun environment for the children. My son always has time outside on the days he attends.

The staff are very caring and go above and beyond to help the children and improve their learning and provide feedback to parents. The food menu and snacks are very good also. My child has a lot of fun at nursery!

Both my children go to this nursery and they have been since they were little, the staff has helped both my kids to develop their skills and talking to the expectations we wanted. A daily diary update of their nursery days is convenient as it keeps us notified of what they learn and eat and the kids love looking back at their photos during the time they have spent at school when they get home. All the staff are really nice and friendly, they help my kids settle in every morning and let us know how they got on at the end of the day.

Both my daughters have been to Banana Moon! I love the fact that most of the staff are still the same as they were when my older daughter attended- giving that continuity is so valuable! There are always smiles at drop off and pick up, by all staff (including my daughter) and I always have the confidence that my daughter is safe there while having the opportunities to develop in a variety of ways. I would definitely recommend this nursery! The only downside is the parking, but to be honest the majority of parents/ carers that drop off and pick up understand the issues and respect each other with the stress this might cause.

My 2.4-month-old has been attending for almost a year now. I am extremely grateful for the wonderful care that every single member of staff provides to my little girl. The staff are lovely and calm, the environment is calm and full of learning opportunities. My little one has learned many new words, loves her routines at nursery and is incredibly independent for her age (insists on feeding herself, taking the empty plate to the kitchen and understands to help tidy up her own toys, started going potty whilst at nursery etc) all this thanks to the brilliant staff at Banana Moon. The food is cooked in their own kitchen and changing menus are posted on the wall. This is the best start in life a little one could have. I get updates throughout her session with photos and observations on the nursery app. Staff set up different environments with various practical activities throughout the day and little ones go outdoors every day. I could not ask for more.

All the staff at Banana Moon, Mere Green are very friendly and helpful. When we though our child may need some additional support, all staff were very comforting and helpful. Action was taken straight away to support. They always keep the activities and environments engaging, creative and fun.

We have been really impressed with the staff, they are very friendly and caring towards the children and communicate well with parents. The structured approach to activities is very beneficial for our child's development. Our child really enjoys the lovely meals provided. The only downside is the lack of outdoor space, which can't be helped - however the nursery make up for this with the programme of activities inside.

Our son has been attending for over a year now and we have been so impressed with the care he receives. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, going above and beyond. We always feel up to date with the things he is doing throughout the day, and it is clear to see the creativity and thought that goes into the activities. The kitchen is fantastic, making sure to cater to the dietary requirements of our son, taking a load off our mind. The nursery is incredibly well run and we would highly recommend.

I only have positive things to say about Banana Moon The staff in the Baby Room are so kind and nurturing and it’s reassuring as a parent to know that your child is happy and comfortable when you’re not around.

This is my second child at Banana Moon and just like my first experience, this has been excellent. The staff are warm and friendly and knowledgeable. The nursery is light and bright and stimulating for little ones. The atmosphere is really lovely, the food options are fabulous. My daughter has settled in well and come on leaps and bounds thanks to all the hard-working staff. Highly recommend, fab nursery.

The staff are all so lovely, really kind and helpful. My daughter loves attending her days at Banana Moon. She has plenty of fun activities to do and loves interacting with the other children. The food is excellent, a great choice and lots of healthy snacks during the day. The staff are really passionate about my daughter's development.

The baby room has incredibly caring and knowledgeable early-year professionals working alongside other staff in the room. The caring team is creative and hard-working. My little boy has learnt so much! Great own kitchen onsite. The baby room has a separate sleeping room with cots which is another point that stands them apart from other nurseries. The nursery occupies a purpose-built building which provides great indoor space, rather than lounge size rooms I have seen in other nurseries. Personally important to me that shoes are taken at the door before entering the baby room.

My daughter recently started at the nursery and she's settled in really quickly. The team are lovely and so friendly. There is a great range of activities and facilities. They take security seriously and the food is of great quality. It's easy to stay in touch with their app. Highly recommend.

Great nursery, lots of interesting activities for little ones, attentive management and welcoming staff. We have experienced baby room, toddlers and preschool, there are lots of children so lots going on. Would recommend if you want your child to experience a larger setting to prepare them for school too.

My daughter really enjoys nursery, and I have noticed a real change in her confidence, speech and general milestones. She’s been at Banana Moon for a while now and has created some great relationships with staff and peers in her group. I must say she loves her food, and two members of staff, I could not speak higher of! They are amazing!

My son has been attending Banana Moon Mere Green for nearly 3 years now. He has therefore been in each of the rooms and looked after by the majority of the staff. Great nursery, lots of interesting activities for little ones, attentive management and welcoming staff. We have experienced baby room, toddlers and preschool, there are lots of children so lots going on.
