Our son has been at Bright Horizons for a year now, and our experience has been really positive. He is always welcomed in - indeed all the staff seem to know his name regardless of whether they are in his room. There are plenty of activities, our boy enjoys the food, and the garden in particular is large, well equipped and a perfect place for an energetic toddler to run and have fun in. Would recommend.

Bright Horizons Crouch End Day Nursery and Preschool has been brilliant! Especially for a nervous mother leaving her little one all day for the first time, the staff in the baby room are fantastic, they put you at ease, provide updates throughout the day and have special activities each day. Our daughter has attended since 12 months old and has developed a lot since, learning and playing with her room friends. Would recommend this nursery.

We've had a fantastic experience with Bright Horizons Crouch End, both with our first child and now with our second. Choosing the nursery again was an easy decision for us. The staff are always friendly, attentive and reassuring, making us feel confident that our child is in good hands. We love knowing that our child is well cared for and engaged in a variety of activities every day. The new family app is a great addition, allowing us to check in on our son's day, view pictures and see what activities he's participated in. The nursery setting is great and very spacious with a large outdoor space. It was however starting to look a little worn when our first child was leaving but the ongoing refurbishment which was required is already making a positive difference. The nursery always feels busy, so I'm not sure about availability, but based on our experience, we would highly recommend Bright Horizons Crouch End.

Our daughter has attended the nursery for three years and has transitioned from baby to toddler and now to preschool rooms. She has benefitted from the passionate and attentive staff in each room who have worked hard, offer her lots of fun learning opportunities alongside the chance to build her social skills and make fantastic friendships. The space itself is clean and inviting and the garden area is a huge bonus for our outdoorsy girl. We will miss the nursery when transitioning to reception but would definitely choose it again should we need nursery provision in the future.

We absolutely love Bright Horizons Crouch End Day Nursery and Preschool. Our 3-year-old started there just over a year ago and loves it. The staff are all really kind and attentive and so friendly when you go in to pick the kids up. The activities they do are a great mix of educational and fun and the garden is an amazing space for them to burn off some energy! Management has always been really helpful if we have had any questions and the staff always give feedback at the end of the day at pick up. A lovely nursery!

We recently relocated to the area from Australia, where our son (30 months) loved his daycare, and his transition to a new nursery was a worry for us. He absolutely loves Bright Horizons and found educators he felt instantly safe with. They have a consistent staff that's warm and encouraging for kids which helped our son adjust quickly. Even though he's in a younger room, educators from older rooms know his name and always say good morning to him by name. The nursery has a large garden out the back that's had investment to make it a great space for kids to explore, with different types of play fostered by the educators to cater to kids who gravitate to different styles. I'd highly recommend Bright Horizons, Crouch End to any parent wanting a nursery where they can drop their child off in the morning and know that their child has a safe space to grow, learn and thrive.

The staff are simply wonderful with our daughter. They have taken the time to understand her additional needs and work closely with us to ensure she thrives at nursery. Couldn't recommend Bright Horizons Crouch End Day Nursery and Preschool enough. Our daughter is a huge fan of the enclosed garden and sand pit too.

I couldn't recommend this nursery more. Our son has been here since he was 1 when we were nervous, first-time parents handing our child over after a rocky start with another nursery and from the day the manager showed us around and the love she had for the job and kids (they were all hugging her legs when she entered the room) we knew it was somewhere special. Our son has been through the baby and toddler rooms so far and every time we have transitioned from one room to another, we have been so sad to leave the team but with a very thoughtful transition we learned to adore the staff and opportunities for growth in the new room. All the staff are incredible, with some key staff (men and women) who have played such important roles for my son at particular times. The team leaders especially are lovely and have helped us, as parents, as well as my son. He has learnt and grown so much with the team here, his physical development, social skills and speech have just soared starting, he loves it!

Our daughter joined at 6 months old as a part-timer for two days a week. She has been there over a year now and the nursery team are brilliant. It is a well-organised and safe environment that encourages learning in a very friendly and supportive way. The play is varied and encourages development, they utilise the garden area well and are very good at keeping you up to date with insight and feedback. We are delighted with the care she gets there and would recommend them to anyone looking for great daycare.

We started our children at Bright Horizons Crouch End Day Nursery and Preschool in September 2023. Our kids were 1.5 years old and 3 years old. The school is warm and nurturing and our kids are happy to go each day. They eat nutritious meals and the garden is fabulous. The teachers and management are wonderful.

They are absolutely fantastic. My son used to be very shy, but they worked a lot with us and now he is completely changed; he is able to play with others. We informed them that my son ate very poorly and they spent more energy helping us so that my son would try more types of food. They regularly give us feedback on how they see my son's development, which is really helpful for us. They don't just do childcare; they are like second parents. I'm happy that we chose them last year, and I wish them the best. My son is starting school in September, but he will miss them and so will I. If you are looking for a nursery, don't look any further; just choose them. I'm sure that they will help you with everything, and your child will be in the best hands.

This nursery is well organised and safe with friendly staff. My 3rd child is at this nursery and my other 2 children went to different settings and this one is the best by far. The communication from the nursery is good with updates on an application daily. The staff does not rotate much and bonds with the children and is friendly and engaged with my child's development. The food is nutritious and varied and my child is encouraged to try different foods. The manager is amazing, she sorts out a problem as soon as one pops up, clearly communicates, and knows the kids and parents well - I cannot recommend the nursery enough. The kids spend a good deal of time outside in the wonderful garden space and inside there are varied materials to stimulate and educate the kids. My daughter loves going and drop-off is not a problem with staff always available to help.

We love the nursery. Our son joined in pre-school and our daughter joined in the baby room (now in toddler 1). All rooms have been excellent. The staff are brilliant and have made such special bonds with our kids. The garden is great - kids love it there. Could not be happier and would highly recommend.

We loved Bright Horizons! My son joined from when he was 1 year old and he is 2 years old at the moment. They were very understanding and helpful while I was trying to potty train him at 18 months old. Lovely activities and the app was kept up to date. Beautiful garden too. Love it!

Excellent nursery. Teachers, managers and support personnel are caring and loving. It is a safe and nice environment for my child to be. I visited several nurseries and this is where I think there is the best value for money.

Sadly we have to leave the nursery but I would like to say our son and we, as his parents, have been really happy with the nursery. The management is really good and they are always available. The staff are really friendly and we feel they really cared for our son. Every day they give us information about how our son spends the day and it is really reassuring. When we pick him we can go inside and we can see how happy he is playing around. Also, every day he is looking forward to going to nursery, he even knocks on the door impatiently to go inside. That makes me really happy to see. They organise a lot of activities for them and we enjoy seeing the photos in the application. I feel he is learning while he is having a lot of fun; they stimulate them all the time. There is also a garden so the kids love being outside!

We've unfortunately had to move on from this nursery, but my daughter loved her time and all of the staff here. The activities seemed to really engage her and taught her a lot. She now has a catalogue of a million songs that she loves to sing at home and lots of new words that she enjoys using. She ate so well too! The food is delicious for the little ones and really nicely planned out for balance, they have a top chef here! She had a great relationship with many of the staff. They all seem to give each child a lot of attention, care and love, so I felt very comfortable leaving her there at her young age. The facilities are great, especially the outdoor areas. Will miss taking her here!

Our daughter attended this nursery and we couldn't have been happier during her time there. The staff were great and very knowledgeable. The facilities are really clean, spacious and professional. We were so pleased to see our daughter getting involved in a wide range of activities and she would come home and sing and say new words all the time! Lastly, the food served to the children is delicious and there's a nice variety of healthy meals, which our daughter loved. The chef is very good and creative. I would highly recommend it.

Our son started to attend this nursery 15 months ago when he was 9 months old and has been the happiest since then. The staff has been so helpful and caring with him and us! Our son has developed a special relationship with the staff (as well as we did) and made good friends. We will never thank them enough for their care and support. Also, the activities and the garden are a massive plus! I cannot recommend this nursery enough.

I am currently attending Crouch End Day Nursery and Preschool with my second child. We were very happy with the care of our first boy so we decided to return. It's a lovely nursery with great outdoor space. The staff is friendly and caring, they plan and offer a range of activities for the children every day. The management team is supportive and happy to help when needed. We are so pleased with the care that we decided to increase the sessions.

Bright Horizons Crouch End Day Nursery and Preschool has been brilliant!
