Staff is very friendly, our child struggle with separation however they are always so patient with her and whenever we come to pick her up she is happy and smiling. The app is great so we can see what she ate and how she was in the nursery. All together we are very satisfied and would always pick the Kids planet nursery for our children.

Great nursery with really lovely staff! My little girl is in pre-school and has loved her time here from being 12 months old. She will be sad to leave at the end of the Summer term! She has really thrived at Kids Planet and looks forward to going each day.

We absolutely love this nursery! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by such lovely, caring staff who have made our child feel right at home. It's clear that everyone there genuinely cares, and that means the world to us. We love all the activities and experiences they give the children. But most importantly, we feel completely confident that our child is safe and well looked after. That peace of mind is priceless. We couldn't ask for a better environment for our little one!

Nothing short of exceptional . The staff and management at kids planet Blackrod are brilliant . We've never had any issues and feel completely comfortable leaving both of my children . Thanks for all you do

My son started Kids Planet Blackrod in December 2025 and he absolutely loves his time in nursery. The girls in the baby room go above and beyond for myself and my son and I have huge amounts of trust in them. We have always had a lovely welcome, a brilliant and thorough hand over on every pick up and the communication is brilliant. He's currently in the process of moving up rooms which has been done professionally and to fit my son's needs. The app is absolutely wonderful and updated well throughout the day. The manager is so kind and attentive and always very accommodating. I have no complaints and only positive feedback for this nursery.

My little boy has been coming to Kids Planet Blackrod since around July 2024. There has been no issues here at the nursery since he began and he's settled well here, the staff are very loving and nurturing towards him. They are very supportive of him when he does have his bad days and give him endless cuddles to help him settle. They have also helped in weaning him off his milk during the day which has been a massive help with his eating during the day too. Highly recommend this nursery! :)

My son has attended Kids Planet Blackrod since April 2023, when he was 8 months old. Our experience has been absolutely amazing. The staff are so caring and you can tell that the children are at the heart of everything they do. My child has always been happy and content with all the staff as he's progressed through the different rooms. We really couldn't ask for more from them. Thank you to all the staff!

After raising an issue with the toilet facilities they were resolved within a few days. Which i really appreciate. Thank you. Staff are freindly and my son loves going to nursery. Staff are approachable and i feel i can go to them with anything i need. I also love recieving updates and photos on the parent app used to communicate between nursery and parents.

Kids Planet Blackrod is a fantastic nursery. Both my children feel safe and happy attending and walk in every morning with a smile! The staff are attentive and caring, my children have good relationships with the staff. The communication between nursery and home is good and I receive regular updates and photos of what my children have been up to most days. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

We love Kids Planet Blackrod! Our Son has grown in massively in confidence since starting. The staff are friendly, the environment is very nurturing and it is a well organised nursery. Keep doing what you are doing Kids Planet Blackrod!

Brilliant staff, always ever so friendly. My kids really enjoy going to nursery. I would highly recommend! Shout-out to the Preschool and Toddlers staff as they're all approachable. Different days will include different activities.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Kids Planet Blackrod. The staff are caring and attentive. The facilities are great, and the activities have helped our children's growth and development in lots of ways. We highly recommend the nursery to any parent looking for a lovely environment for their little ones!

Amazing place! Very welcoming and communication is 10/10. My little girl has attended since she was nine weeks and the staff have been amazing from the get-go. It's a big deal trusting people with your children and they shown so much care from the start. The baby room is well set out and has good facilities. Lots of interactive play, singing, and reading. The app is also such a good feature to help keep track of every day to day activities. Food intake and nappy changes. The Staff are so supportive too. The safeguarding is outstanding with facial recognition. Would 100% recommend.

I cannot recommend Kids Planet Blackrod enough. The way my little girl runs into the nursery and has never cried going in is a testament to the staff. My little one has allergies and I've never once had a problem with the way her meals etc have been planned or given. The staff are friendly and take on board anything you ask of them.

Amazing nursery, staff are so pleasant and lovely and my daughter absolutely loves them all! Always keeping me updated with the app, providing pictures and the nursery is clean and tidy. I rest easy going to work knowing that my daughter is well looked after 10/10.

Amazing nursery. I feel like the staff actually care about each individual child and cater to their personal needs. Staff go beyond their duty and have great communication. I would highly recommend Kids Planet Blackrod.

The staff have been very helpful, giving us a lot of information about how our son is doing, etc. They tend to keep us up to date with pictures, nappy changes, etc, which gives me and the dad a lot of reassurance that our son is getting the care he needs.

My little girl started in January when she was 10 months old, and she is now in the tots room. She has progressed so much within her development since starting at Kids Planet! She is confident, happy and comfortable and I can only thank Kids Planet for that. The staff across the baby room and tots have been amazing and so accommodating, you can tell they really care for the children and their safety. I have not been disappointed so far and hope the amazing staff team continue their hard work and dedication towards my child's learning. Just want to say a big thank you for making my little girl feel happy and settled. I would definitely recommend Kids Planet Blackrod to any parent looking for quality and trustworthy childcare.
