We are very pleased with Kids Planet on Church Walk. The staff are attentive and make a genuine effort to establish personal connections with our son as well as both Mum, Dad and Grandparents. The environment appears to be safe and other children looked to be well cared for during drop-off and collection times. Daily updates through the app are regular, detailed and very much appreciated.

Excellent childcare for my daughter, always comes home happy and has really developed into such a confident girl, the activity variety is great and the use of the app is fantastic for keeping up to date with how your child is going day to day.

Kids Planet is a warm, nurturing environment where children thrive. The staff are attentive, experienced and do engaging activities that promote learning and creativity. The facility is clean, safe and well-equipped, providing opportunities for play and development. Communication with us is excellent, ensuring a strong support system for both children and families. A wonderful place for my little boy.

The nursery is simply wonderful! My son really enjoys going there. When I come to pick him up, I can see that he is sorry that he has to go home - he only assures me that this is a very great place for children! The whole team is always smiling and full of energy. Everyone is very helpful. Children have a lot of activity there, which is very important to me. My child is bilingual (first language is not English) and each of the caregivers really engages my child in learning the language (now he is doing great). I am very happy with the choice of this nursery! My younger child will be there soon too! I really recommend this place to every parent!

My little girl has been going to nursery since she was eight months old. The staff are amazing and they really helped my girl to settle in easily. They also make sure they engage with the parents. The team is great and I would recommend the nursery to anyone.

My daughter has attended Kids Planet Church Walk for 9 months now, she is in the baby room. She really enjoys attending nursery and puts her arms out to the staff in the room! She has a lovely bond with them all and her key worker. We get regular updates throughout the day, it's so nice to see the pictures of my daughter. She really enjoys the food as she always eats all and it's a good variety of food.

Best nursery, my little boy loves every second of it and such lovely staff in the rooms and the offices. Thank you for helping little man settle in. Looks like they do good activities to help the children grow the nursery are very well organised.

My son has attended Kids Planet Nursery since September of 2024 and absolutely loves it, he can't wait to get into the nursery in the morning he has a great time every time he attends. He has come so far in his development, his speech has come on loads and he's even started walking. My son is 2.5 years old now and has struggled with gaining the confidence to walk but since attending nursery and seeing all the other children walking and playing, all the encouragement from staff has finally encouraged him to walk. One day at school to everybody's shock he just stood up and ran across the room and hasn't stopped since! Kids Planet is full of lovely, kind, and supportive staff members who always have your child's best interests in mind! They really are an incredible bunch and I have 0 regrets about the decision to enroll my little one!

My daughter has been going to Kids Planet for the last two years, and I am happy to say she enjoys it a lot and has observed a drastic improvement in her learning skills. I am overwhelmed to say for any new parents who are dropping their kids for 1st time, that this nursery is perfect. The staff and management take very good care, note down any concerns for the child and monitor the child thoroughly. A big thanks to the entire team!

Registered my little one in their Baby Room. The process was flawless from getting the tour to starting settling sessions. We have been welcomed, and my little one was given good care and attention all throughout. The staff are friendly, and they know how to deal with cranky/fussy/tired babies. The best part is their daily and timely updates about the baby put my worries at rest! I know exactly how the kid has been when he’s spending his full day. Good facilities, and although it gets very crowded sometimes, they have tools and activities to keep little ones busy. Happy so far!

My son has been coming to this nursery since he was eight months old and is now three. All staff have been amazing with him as he’s moved through each room as he’s gotten older. My son can be incredibly shy and very clingy to me, which means not every drop-off has been easy for us. However, the staff are always super supportive for both of us and he soon settles down. I have to admit, I haven’t been getting as many updates as I used to throughout the day on his activities, they are always keen to inform me at the end of the day when I pick him up on everything he’s been up to. It’s been amazing watching my son flourish and grow, and I know that the staff at the nursery have been a key part of his development.

It was really nice to start my baby girl at nursery again after 6 weeks of break. Key workers have played an important role in getting her adjusted again to daycare. First day she was a bit uncomfortable, but they made her comfortable again and from next day she was the happy baby at the daycare door. Thanks a lot for all their efforts to make kids happy.

We feel so comforted sending our little boy to Kids Planet Church Walk. It is clear the staff are passionate about their jobs and invest a lot of time in the children and their development. They are happy to work with the parents when it comes to weaning, dummy usage and the general development of the children and are always friendly and approachable on drop-offs and pick-ups. Our little boy loves his time at nursery and has a strong bond with his key person. He is also a big fan of his meals which are well balanced and nutritious. I was initially nervous about my little boy being in nursery full time and it was a big adjustment after maternity leave, but I have always been left reassured he is in good hands.

My experience so far has been excellent. The staff at Kids Planet have made me feel more at ease and comfortable during my daughter’s first weeks. They communicate really well and all my questions have been answered with enthusiasm.

My son has been coming to the nursery for just over a month or so now. He has settled in amazingly and is very fond of his key worker. They have formed a great relationship and he follows her round. He loves interacting with the other children and I enjoy getting sent photos and captions of his adventures and meals he’s enjoyed daily via the app and always get stories of what he’s been up to when I pick him up in the afternoon. I struggle to get him to want to come home with me as he’s enjoying himself so much! His walking has come on leaps and bounds since he’s been attending nursery and I feel he has gained confidence in many social aspects too. All the key workers are very friendly and supportive, I know he is in good hands.

From the first time we dropped our lad off, he has loved going here. He started with one day a week and as parents, we were a little unsure on how he would settle in. The staff made us feel welcome and him really welcome and he loves it! We moved him to two days and on a Sunday he is talking about going to nursery in the morning. They are a great team here who really care about the kids and go above and beyond to give updates and make sure you know your little is ok.

My child likes going to the nursery as her carers/staff are friendly and there are different activities/toys/resources for her which helps her development. The staff listen to my requests and gives valuable feedback on my child’s development. I feel my child is safe and well looked after in the nursery’s care. It was good that they changed the security lock to facial recognition instead of fingerprint. More storage space outside for the strollers would be appreciated as we have difficulty getting our strollers in and out due to strollers just on top of one another. Thank you.

The staff is fantastic, very supportive and understands personal situations and sometimes goes beyond the call of duty for the child. They are caring and attentive, encouraging the child to develop their own individual character and have fun. My daughter has been there since she was a little over two years, and she has always been excited to go and attend her nursery day. I would definitely recommend this nursery to my friends.

It was very happy environment when I visit the place, all day care team were so good in terms of coordination and explaining things to do with baby. It was clean and good for kids growth as they will learn things from other children and get socialised.
