My child has attended this nursery since she was one and a half years old and it has been the best experience ever. (She was previously on a different nursery) Some members of the stuff treated her like their own child, I was happy to know she was cared and loved while I was working. She has developed amazingly, created fantastic friendship and overall had the best time. Also having Jump available every morning I think it is a massive plus.

This is a wonderful childcare setting which has catered for all the needs and desires of our little girl. The staff are caring, fun and attentive. It is clear to me that this nursery cares very much about the welfare of the children and go the extra mile to make sure the children are put first. The pricing is the best I've seen in the area, and are extremely flexible and accommodating. The management team work hard to keep regular communications with parents. We've been very happy with the nursery and very glad that we found it. Thanks the the Caerleon Nursery team. We would highly recommend.

My child started Caerleon at 11 months and settled really quickly. They're so happy there, sometimes doesn't even want to come home. They've done up their outdoor space which compared to some nurseries may be on the smaller side but is really well equipped and they get tons of outdoor and messy play time, as well as daily visits to Jump which they love and it burns lots of energy. The carers truly care for them and I love seeing their bonds. Many have been there since we started 2 years ago making transitioning/consistency much better. I get good updates, no question is too small or silly. My child loves spending time with them and has even asked to bring them home to play, they're really helping me raise them. Choosing a nursery gave me the most anxiety as a first-time mum but seeing how happy my child is shows I shouldn't have worried. I even booked my second child in when I was pregnant! Hopefully, they'll make as many little friends and 'besties' just like their older sibling.

Both of my children have attended the nursery and they have always been so friendly and will do everything they can to support their families. It is clear that the staff and management care about the children and want to make the experience as good as they can for them. This also shows through their fees, they are far more flexible than lots of other nurseries. There is only a couple of pound extra for a day funded by hours making to accessible to all. We've been very happy with the nursery and very glad that we found it. Thanks everyone.

We are delighted with the care and education the staff at Caerleon Child Care provide. Our son loves it there and we feel it is very safe. The staff are very friendly and supportive. We would very much recommend!

I was nervous for my daughter to start school so young last year. The team has been brilliant, she absolutely loves being there and I have no worries what so ever! Thank you to all the amazing staff!

My child enjoys Caerleon Child Care he has settled in so well! The staff are wonderful with the children and are so friendly. They always respond to queries quickly and handovers at the end of the day are very thorough. My child has additional needs and the nursery have gone above and beyond to care for him and make the setting accessible for him. He is thriving at this nursery! Thank you! Would definitely recommend!

Our child joined the nursery last year and we have seen them grow in confidence since joining. The staff are communicative and very welcoming. We were assigned a specific member of staff who has done a wonderful job of settling in our child and seems to really care about their development. The facilities are really nice and the kids are given a variety of activities every day. The early morning soft play session every day is brilliant fun for them too. We are provided regular updates on our child's development and how we can work with staff on things like helping them take their first steps. We love getting the photos at the end of each day showing what they've been up to!

Caerleon Child Care have been amazing from start to finish! Although my child has not left the establishment yet. They are always on top of everything, you can tell management take care of their staff and the place is always tidy. They are thorough with their onboarding process and take safeguarding seriously. My child attends 2 days a week, with the funded hours and enjoys it very much. He's picking up new words by the day and is learning to share. He's constantly singing and is always happy at pick up time. I've already referred one other mum to this place who would agree this is a great nursery.

Love the nursery and the staff my children have attended for about 3 years and they love it. The nursery have been brilliant in supporting with challenges we had with our son before he went to primary and my daughters confidence has grown so much since she has been in attendance. Couldn't be happier after the kids had tried a few other nurseries, this is definitely the right fit for our family, once our next is born will plan to send him there too.

Beyond grateful for the level of care that Caerleon continue to provide for our son. As an anxious mother, the staff have endlessly provided comfort and reassurance for me. My son has come out of his shell so much since starting nursery here, if I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

This place is wonderful and we made the best choice for our daughter, she loves it (especially her key worker) and she's learning so many things. They also accommodated us in every situation. We are very pleased and wouldn't change it for anything else. Worth every penny!

My child has absolutely loved it here and has learnt so much. They are all nurturing and he loved them all, and couldn't wait to go in. They bend over backwards to help in any way they can, I'm so lucky my second child is starting in September.

This nursery has been amazing for my daughter. Helping her confidence to grow for big school. My daughter has enjoyed her time there over the past year and has made some great friends. She loves the staff, they are amazing with the children. They have had exciting projects like bringing in chicks to watch them hatch, that was fun.

Caerleon Child Care Bristol have been outstanding with the care of my 2 children. After being let down by another local nursery, we had a short amount of time to find another setting and Caerleon couldn't have been more accommodating if they tried! The management team have been fantastic with helping my little ones settle in and the staff really go the extra mile for the children and get to know them individually. Both of my children absolutely love attending the nursery and my youngest even stops at the door of the office to give the manager a cuddle before coming out to me! The staff do so many great activities with the children, lots of messy play which I wouldn't attempt at home! And they get the added extra of spending time in the Jump soft play which has definitely given my children the confidence in these settings. With the additional improvements the nursery have planned it will make the future of the setting even better. 100% recommend

I don't know what more I can say than - Caerleon Child Care Bristol is fantastic and it was the best decision we made to put our daughter in with the manager and team. We moved our daughter to Caerleon from another nursery as their Ofsted rating crashed. The manager was so accommodating to all the parents that came from the same place and she made extra effort to get all the children settled together! The nursery itself is a small setting - but they benefit from being attached to the massive Jump soft play which the kids get access to for an hour a day! It's brilliant. Every day my daughter comes home covered in muck and paint and says she had a brilliant day! The staff do so many activities with the children and always keep them engaged! It's brilliant seeing the photos in the app of what they get up to! All round - Caerleon has been fantastic for my daughter and I'm so sad to be leaving as we are relocating across the country. If it could be duplicated - we'd sign up in a hurry!

The manager and all the team at nursery are just amazing! I wouldn't want my son to go anywhere, he settled in really well from day one and loves every day he goes. His development has come along massively since changing nurseries, I couldn't be happier. Don't pass this little gem up.

I am extremely happy with how my son has progressed since joining Caerleon Child Care Bristol. Prior to moving my son to Caerleon he was in a Montessori nursery and was nonverbal during his time there. This concerned me, so I looked around for other nurseries who had good recent Ofsted ratings and Caerleon came up. I did a viewing and loved the fact that it was open-plan and that my son had the choice to go outside whenever he wanted, they have structured times for learning and then they have free play. As soon as I moved my son here, he came out of his shell and now doesn't stop talking. He is so happy when I drop him off. The rates that Caerleon charge are also more than reasonable and affordable. I can't praise this nursery enough. Whenever someone asks me about a local nursery with availability, I always recommend Caerleon.

The best nursery in Patchway area, staff are super helpful and my daughter loves it! Very good meal plan and loads of activities. Very good development plan too. Worth to mention - we tried "the best" nurseries in Patchway and so far Caerleon Child Care is the best.

All staff in the nursery are amazing, helpful, kind and always in the morning open the door with an amazing smile on their face. My daughter was there from 5 months old to 4 years old and she always comes out with a happy face. She enjoys the time in preschool. Big thank you to the staff for always being there for my daughter and your kindness.
