We couldn't be happier with how quickly our little boy has settled in. Everyone is so welcoming and supportive. Our little boy loves nursery days. Bright Horizons Otterbourne Day Nursery and Preschool is the best decision we made for him.

My son has been attending Bright Horizons Otterbourne Day Nursery for over a year now, starting when he was 12 months old. It is undeniably a caring, nurturing, and positive environment. The entire team, including management, are friendly, compassionate, and highly knowledgeable. My son requires extra support with learning, and the baby room team, SENCo, and management have gone above and beyond to provide exceptional care and support, ensuring he is learning and making progress. He is well looked after, loves his time at nursery, and is truly thriving. We receive regular updates about his day through the app and at pick-up, and new milestones are celebrated and shared with us. The facilities are outstanding, they are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with a great outdoor play area that offers plenty of opportunities for fun. I cannot recommend this nursery enough. A huge thank you to the entire team for their dedication and care for my son!

Our baby daughter is now 16 months and has been at the nursery since September. She has settled so well and absolutely loves it. The staff are all amazing, caring, kind and professional. We know our daughter is in safe hands and is thriving every day. We 100% recommend Bright Horizons Otterbourne Day Nursery.

My grandson has been coming to your wonderful nursery for over two years now and is now there full time. It is absolutely a most loving, caring and professional place. He has very many specific needs and your team have all embraced this and he is flourishing. I love coming to nursery and seeing what a fantastic place he spends time in. We relocated from Kent 2 years ago and visited many nurseries in the area. Bright Horizons Otterbourne was by far and away the best nursery that we visited. From the moment walking through the door, you can feel how happy the staff are, and how vibrant, creative and clean the nursery is. Every week there is a different theme for the preschool children i.e. travel, growing, animals, and countries. The preschool staff, especially five staff members and others are fantastic. They go out of their way to foster a sense of community, ensure that the children look out for each other and they bring a lot of fun. The Christmas nativity play was a real highlight and a memory I will treasure. The food is wonderful and cooked freshly on-site. The outdoor space is incredible. An app is regularly updated with photos and specific updates on our child which has built a huge amount of trust. I couldn't recommend this vibrant, safe, clean and inspiring nursery any more.

My daughter has only just started in the Preschool Hub at the start of April but the transition has gone so smoothly. The trials went very well and my daughter went in on her first day happy, no tears and there hasn't been a day she hasn't wanted to go in. The team have been amazingly supportive and her key person, in particular, has been a huge support. The Preschool Hub has been set up beautifully, with all their favourite toys and we have had some lovely updates of what they have been up to on the app. The lovely garden has also been a big part of why my daughter loves her new setting. Couldn’t be happier that my child goes to this nursery. The team is really friendly and my daughter seems to be thriving there. Like many, my daughter loves the outdoors, so the space they have is invaluable and I love that they facilitate forest school activities and lots of water play. Her key person is wonderful and I feel that she does really ‘get’ my daughter and is fab at tending to her needs. I am happy with the communication I receive and get regular updates, especially via the app.

Our daughter started Bright Horizons in December and is already so settled in the Babies room. The team have been really supportive and have paid attention to our requests, our daughter has a key worker/buddy who she has a close relationship with but all the team are great and really seem to know and care about the children. We get regular feedback of what our daughter has done during the day. I feel reassured leaving her with the team in the morning knowing that she is going to do interesting and different activities with the team. The meals are varied and balanced and we get reassuring updates in the app on how she's eating and napping during the day.

This nursery has exceeded our expectations. Our son is in the baby room and he’s excited to be there. He is so well looked after, it’s like leaving him with family. Our key worker is so patient and caring of him and every person we meet on visits to nursery are always so kind and friendly. The opportunities they have every day are so interesting and exciting even for the babies, thrilled our son goes to Bright Horizons Otterbourne Day Nursery and Preschool.

Bright Horizons Otterbourne is great! We have always had great communication with the staff, who are always polite and happy to see you. The app is a great addition to the overall experience. We often take tips from the posts on there and create extra activities at home. Thanks to all the staff, who we have had the pleasure of dealing with.

Such a friendly team and very welcoming. From the start I have felt very relaxed leaving my baby in their capable hands. They always give me a nice run down of what my son has been up to during the day and have loads of different toys for him to play with.

I have nothing but good things to say about Bright Horizons, Otterbourne. Both my children have attended and each experience has been outstanding. The facilities are great with huge outdoor areas. The activities are fun and educational. What makes the nursery even more amazing is each and every member of staff. They are excellent with the children and extremely supportive of the parents. I highly recommend this nursery.

My grandson has been with you for 18 months. He is a lovely boy and has learned how to share his toys and play with other children and has learned to do things on his own if he wants to. He has been learning about plants and how to grow them and comes home and tells me and always checks on the things we have at home, like sunflower seeds, broad beans and strawberries and, even, on our caterpillars that are growing into butterflies. He has done so well in his time, so far, with the Otterbourne Nursery. I can't praise this nursery enough for what they have done for his development. Thank you.

Excellent nursery and pre-school. Has done an amazing job to prepare our daughter for school. The staff are friendly and informative about the children’s progress. The online app is great to see how they are progressing.

Our child loves nursery! The toddler room has lots of lovely opportunities, including crafts, water play and themed weeks. It’s great to see all the staff (from other rooms too) know all the children. The feedback is really good with the app.

Our son has been at Otterbourne for a year now and has had the best experience. He has thrived so much and blossomed thanks to the staff at Bright Horizons. They’re so warm and friendly and the pride they take in looking after the children is so wonderful to see. I cannot recommend it enough, it’s been amazing!

Our daughter has been at Bright Horizons, Otterbourne for three years, having started in the baby room in Feb 2020. She has thrived there and is so ready for school in September. She has been supported with all her interests and is a confident and happy girl. The staff are always on hand to chat and help with any issues. Our new baby will be starting there next month to begin her nursery journey which we are excited about.

Our son has been coming 5 days a week since he was 6 months old. All of the staff are wonderful, the renovations have made the spaces amazing for the children and I couldn’t think of a better place to send my son. 5-star review! Thanks for everyone’s hard work and dedication.

This nursery is really fantastic. The staff are wonderful, and very caring. They really look after the children and our daughter has great relationships with all the adults in her room, not just her key worker. We have another baby on the way and will not hesitate to send them to the same nursery.

We moved our little one to this nursery six months ago and are so pleased with the way she has settled in. The staff are so helpful and friendly and our child comes home happy, looking forward to the next day. There are weekly themes and focus subjects to keep them engaged. It's great to see some positive developments and how they encourage children to interact. Can't recommend enough!

Our daughter has been at Bright Horizons, Otterbourne for three years, having started in the baby room in Feb 2020. She has thrived there and is so ready for school in September.
